It's a beautiful diner 400 meters from my house that offers excellent quality meats, cured meats, cheeses, desserts, and much more. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I think the location is perfect and the decor is traditional, with cheeses and cured meats to choose from. However, it's just a very accurate reconstruction. My rating is 5/5. I recommend it especially to those who enjoy typical foods from our region.

The staff were welcoming and very kind, the food was excellent, the only thing (probably also because I went there on Valentine's Day) was the long wait.

10/05/2026: Like every time you go to a new place, there's always a bit of excessive curiosity and expectations, which you hope will always be met. And so it was... absolutely! The staff were extremely kind, polite, and professional above all else (they were also my partners in crime in creating a little surprise for a special occasion 😚). The meat was wonderful... you can definitely tell that quality reigns supreme here. They explain everything and help you choose, even though in my opinion everything would have been excellent.
