28/12/2025: I stumbled upon it like so many other places, but this is one of those places you can't find on the Civitanova seaside. We went to eat this evening and were very surprised by the varied menu and its rich selection of combinations. The excellent quality of the venison, fallow deer, and roe deer cold cuts surprised us, and we'll definitely be back as soon as possible, especially since the owner, a very nice young woman, told us that her brother also has another restaurant here on the seafront where they do fish. And if so, congratulations to both of you.

26/02/2026: Sunday lunch in mid-February, booked. We waited outside to be seated, another 30 minutes to order, with children impatient with the long wait. The food was decently plated, but lacking in quantity and flavor for the price. Overall, a rather disappointing experience.

15/02/2026: First of all, the dining room was cold. We had an appetizer, and the mussels weren't good. The appetizers were a completely unseasoned seafood salad, not to mention the fried calamari, which was awful. My daughter's cuttlefish were raw inside. It was a terrible experience for me, my wife, and my daughter. We won't go there again.

08/03/2026: From the outside, it doesn't look as special as these establishments can be. But once you step inside, the ambiance is the thing you forget about, as the food and service are impeccable. A truly top-notch all-you-can-eat experience, both in terms of quality and price.

23/12/2025: Recommended by a colleague, Chalet Galileo lived up to its promise. Large windows overlook the beach, the winter sea. Refined seafood cuisine, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Small snacks offered before and after meals demonstrate the customary Marche hospitality and customer service.

30/11/2025: The restaurant is located right on the promenade and beach. It offers good, refined cuisine, but the dishes seemed lacking in my opinion. It lacked something to enhance the flavor and make the menu items memorable. The dishes are designed especially for those who enjoy healthy eating, free from excessive spices and sauces. They are very simple, yet tasty. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and aesthetically pleasing. However, I found them a bit bland and lacking much creativity. It must be admitted, however, that the presentation of the dishes was good. Furthermore, it's worth mentioning the extensive wine list, elegant table setting, impeccable cleanliness, and pleasant, intimate atmosphere. I might return next year, although it won't be my first choice for restaurants in Civitanova Marche. In any case, the quality of the products speaks for a return visit.
