12/03/2026: A truly special experience. High-end cuisine that successfully combines Marche tradition with great creativity. Grilled meats are the main focus, and the dishes are meticulously crafted, with intense flavors and high-quality ingredients.
Extremely professional yet friendly service, in an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. It's easy to see why this restaurant has a Michelin star. An absolute must-visit for anyone who loves high-end cuisine.
31/01/2026: Excellent cuisine rooted in very good traditions. It's a shame we chose the wine pairing selection. We were served some truly low-quality wine, including a Binachello del Metauro Campioli (with all due respect to the Fiorini winery), but it's the basic wine that in many restaurants is usually served as the house wine. From a Michelin-starred restaurant, I would expect a different selection, especially since with the cost of the wine pairing, we could have bought the entire bottles selected and not the glasses. Not to mention the surprise on the bill... They had given us the option of exchanging one dish on the menu for another of our choice, which we requested. We had chosen the fumo menu and asked to exchange the first course for the cacio ai 7 pepi, but the waiter told us it wasn't necessary because there would be a taste of that first course anyway, because that's what they always do. It's a shame they then added it to the bill as an extra. It's a shame... we'll be back because the food is very good, but we felt cheated and deceived.

04/02/2026: I go there every now and then, and every time, it's hard to find anything to say. Quality, price, service... I think it's one of the few seafood restaurants where you can eat well for less than 50 a head.
I have one complaint, thinking about it: parking is limited and on the street, so you need a bit of luck. But it's worth it, even if it means taking a few extra steps.

19/02/2026: I can speak highly of the restaurant. Everything was very good, from appetizers to dessert. They come back several times, the food and seasonings were excellent, the quality was excellent, and the service was fast and attentive.
08/02/2026: The restaurant is located just outside Loreto, on a hill with a sea view that extends from the beaches of Sirolo and Numana on the Conero peninsula to Porto Potenza-Civitanova, and to the southwest, a view of the blue mountains of the Apennines. It features spacious interiors on the ground and first floors, ideal for business lunches, social gatherings, and reunions with colleagues or friends. Space and time seem to stand still. Thanks to the family management of the Bartoletti brothers, the cuisine is simple and authentic.
The head waiter, Mr. Walter, is a unique host who proposes dishes to be sampled. Try not to argue with him; choose the daily menu he presents. Arrive promptly at the scheduled time. If you're looking for an authentic, no-frills restaurant, this is the place.

I must say that thanks to their kitchen.. in several dinners I saved myself, making a good impression by pretending that I had cooked 😂😂.. if you eat there, you feel at home.. good food.. quality and fair price.. menu of healthy and excellent foods... specialties for my tastes are the gnocchi with duck and fish sauce on Fridays... specialized staff and always available with politeness and a smile.. even an aperitif becomes a moment of relaxation for the way you are welcomed... 👍🏼

24/08/2025: We were here for dinner with friends.
In short, we could say that Chef Cannavacciuolo could use some help.
The staff is visibly unenthusiastic, having become resigned to the service they offer. And it would take very little to improve.
We were warned about the slowness of the complex dishes. There are nine of us, and five of us decide to order a grilled dish, two meat menus, a chicken breast, and a fish dish. Plus a few side dishes. We ask for two stuffed olives to shorten the wait, and they arrive after twenty minutes. The waitress warns us that the order is too complex, five people sharing the same dish; so why do you keep a five-page menu?
Luckily, we chose the meat, which unfortunately arrives almost cold; the chicken breast is a meager slice, perhaps 1/4 of a breast. The monkfish is probably frozen.
When the bill arrives, after the dishes excluding the two menus arrive an hour after ordering, the manager suggests rounding up the bill.
Guys, get help to rediscover your enthusiasm and desire to do things, and simplify your menu if you want to serve fresh food within reasonable timeframes!
