15/08/2024: A very beautiful structure, well looked after and well managed! We spent 3 days here to relax a bit and the objective was fully achieved! We relaxed and refreshed in the beautiful pool, the rooms are nice and clean. We ate very well at the restaurant and above all all the staff were very kind and helpful, especially Lucia (I think the owner) who was very helpful given our needs having a very small child! Thanks for everything! We will come back to visit you in winter to try the spa!

06/08/2024: There were closed! Thought it was written they are open on google. If you work with tourists you must adjust the times! UPDATE: I recently left a review about my experience with this restaurant, where my companion and I arrived to find the doors closed after a 15-minute walk in the heat. My initial intention was to inform others about the inconvenience of incorrect operating hours listed online. Unfortunately, instead of receiving an apology or explanation, the owner’s response was rude and accusatory. I was surprised to be called ignorant and strange for simply sharing my experience. I understand that sometimes unexpected closures happen, but it’s essential for businesses to keep their hours updated to avoid situations like ours. Google Maps does adjust times promptly when they are updated, so this issue could have been easily avoided with a simple update. Had the owner acknowledged the mistake and apologized for the inconvenience, I would have happily amended my review to reflect their accountability and understanding. However, the response I received only reinforced my concerns about the management of this establishment. It raises doubts about their customer service standards and overall responsibility. I’m relieved we didn’t dine there and potentially encounter further issues, especially given the unprofessional response I received. For those considering a visit, please be aware of the potential for outdated information and a less-than-friendly attitude towards feedback.

I would have preferred to pay more for the fish dishes and less for this nonsense for the rest it is highly recommended both for the quality and for the table service

15/02/2024: Raramente lascio una recensione, ma questa volta mi sembrava doveroso. Ho cenato da Clairvaux54 due volte. Entrambe le volte è stata un'esperienza molto positiva. L'ambiente è molto intimo e curato, le proposte dello Chef sono interessanti, di qualità e mai deludenti. Un plauso particolare al personale. La seconda volta che ho cenato da loro, essendo incinta ed avendo delle restrizioni alimentari, sono stata costretta a chiedere anticipatamente l'adattamento del Menù e loro sono stati disponibilissimi e attenti alla mia situazione. Durante la cena hanno anche rimandato indietro una portata, che conteneva delle verdure crude e me l'hanno ripreparata immediatamente, secondo le mie esigenze, a fronte di un gusto al palato completamente conservato, perché poi, si sa, quando la materia prima è eccellente, le guarnizioni sono sono un surplus. Ho apprezzato davvero moltissimo. Tornerò sicuramente.

28/01/2024: Veramente una bella scoperta vicino casa. Torneremo sicuramente. Piatti particolari curati e veramente buoni , tutto buono compreso i dolci. Un ottimo vino consigliato assecondando le nostre preferenze.. servizio inappuntabile, si vede e si sente la passione per quello che si fa. Ambiente carino e anche ottima musica di sottofondo. Prezzo assolutamente in linea con la qualità e il servizio offerti.

19/07/2024: I found this place because being on the coast it is difficult to find options without fish. All the staff are very friendly. The managers, including Pamela went out of their way to set up a table just for me my second night when they were busy and had no open tables. They are very welcoming and accommodating. I was here in 2022 and 2024 and they continually offer great food and service.

16/06/2024: Excellent food, but the thing that struck me most was the kindness of the staff at the tables! A thousand precautions! Then there may be some forgetfulness, we are all human beings! But the kindness and attention to table service are 5 stars!

06/07/2024: On the advice of a relative, I went to this restaurant for lunch. Nothing to say about the service, really excellent. Unfortunately the dish chosen, that is spaghetti carbonara with fish, was very disappointing. Very little pasta but lots of egg and cheese, mixed with mussels which are almost all closed, two prawns and a few small pieces of very hard squid that you can't chew. A semi-liquid mass that my husband didn't eat. A disappointment, I hope it was an unfortunate event, because from the photos online they seem capable of doing something else well. Too bad, it was a negative experience for my husband and me

30/06/2024: Io e mio marito siamo stati un paio di giorni a Numana e abbiamo scoperto questo locale tramite TripAdvisor. L’esperienza è stata perfetta! Personale gentile, ottimi piatti. Abbiamo preso due primi e due secondi. Vi consiglio i ravioli fatti in casa con vongole! Uno spettacolo.

03/08/2024: All very good, with a friendly owner and ditto service! Large portions, but without exceeding! The only flaw, I wonder how you can eat on August 2nd, with an external temperature of 34/35 degrees, and no air conditioning inside! In practice, what you ate and drank (above all), you sweated out instantly! Too bad, because everything else was fine!

21/06/2024: A beautiful environment in which the kindness of the staff and the quality of the dishes are appreciated. I enjoyed Tagliatarra salmon and lemon and crispy Panzanella with octopus as well as an eggnog semifreddo. Portions generous but not excessive. Advised.
