09/02/2025: Terrible service due to delays, approximation and laziness. Radio Subasio's Americana is in your ears everywhere. Not very tasty pasta arrived half an hour after the end of the starter and overcooked, despite having been assured that it would be al dente. Given the new delay between first and second, our stomachs closed and we thought of paying and leaving. Unfortunately we stayed and after a few geological eras we got a "zigotto" with an inedible fake sauce that tasted like flour, unseasoned supermarket vegetables and cold "baked" potatoes. Definitely too expensive for what it is. It's a shame about this negative experience, because Urbino is beautiful, we've always had a good time elsewhere and we would have preferred to have only positive memories.

12/02/2025: Sono stato sabato a pranzo con mio padre, sono veramente senza parole per la freschezza del pesce la bellezza del locale della gentilezza del personale, la signora credo sia la titolare di una professionalità incredibile, fa tutto lei e penso serve molta forza per pensare a tutto come fa lei… antipasti di livello e soprattutto la trippa di rana pescatrice che tornerei solo per quella… ho preso una cosa semplice uno spaghetto alle vongole e bottarga… e dalla semplicità si vede la vera esperienza e maestria… ne ho mangiati tanti ma uno spaghetto così buono mai mangiato in vita mia… ritornerò molte volte devo provare tutto il menù .. ne vale la pena complimenti a tutti

04/02/2025: Addetta alle ordinazioni molto scortese e poco professionale. Cibo tutto con lo stesso sapore simile alla plastica. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!

25/02/2025: Esperienza veramente da non ripetere. Intanto, preparatevi che la cucina serve tutti contemporaneamente quindi se arrivate per dire alle 12:30 ma un tavolo arriva alle 14:00, anche voi comincerete a mangiare alle 14:00. Oltre a questo il servizio è tragicomico, cameriere che quando chiedi “scusi puó portare un’altra caraffa di vino?” Rispondono “un attimo!!!!” Molto scocciate. Il cibo era anche buono (ad eccezione per il fritto, con olio palesemente esausto) ma l’ambiente non ə quello accogliente di una osteria, è ostile. Anche la pulizia è da rivedere. Il prezzo è corretto.

13/10/2024: Ristorante piccolino ma super accogliente, gestito da personale giovane e ben preparato disponibili ad agni vostra richiesta. Essendo un locale piccolo se non si prenota bisogna avere pazienza che si liberi qualche posto. Per quanto riguarda il cibo è prettamente casareccio ma veramente di ottima qualità tutto in linea con prezzi giusti. Lo consiglio vivamente per chi è in zona e vuole sentirti proprio a casa.

24/02/2025: Ancora una volta esperienza imbarazzante ! Volevo portare un dolcetto per un compleanno e purtroppo era l'unica pasticceria in zona. Entro e nessuna saluta, la commessa dietro al bancone stava mangiando ed ha continuato ignorandomi completamente ! Non ci entrerò MAI PIÙ !

31/12/2024: Night at the end of September...the rain rages on the city of Ancona...rigid temperatures, almost winter...at a certain point, a sweet and sensual perfume reaches my nose...I follow the trail...it takes me in a kiosk near Piazza Cavour, and that's where I find the El Dorado!! I am greeted by the smiles of the owners, Laura and Michael. They invite me to sit down. They offer me their specialty... the bag with grandma's meatballs, and from then on the rest is history. I spent a wonderful evening in the company of fantastic people!! I recommend everyone to stop by them if you want to feel at home!!

23/02/2025: Pranzo domenicale con amici alla scoperta di qualcosa di diverso dalla solita routine. Location molto bella e spazi interni ben curati. Nota negativa la cucina. Abbiamo optato come antipasto per dei fagottini di ciauscolo, tartare nuda e cruda. Per i primi fisarmoniche al ragù, tortelli di zucca, spaghettoni allo zafferano e ravioli al tartufo e per secondo guancia di manzo, coniglio ripieno e patate arrosto e cavoli come contorno. Orbene, porzioni decisamente scarse e prive di reali sapori per non parlare delle dosi massicce di sale su tutte le pietanze. Prezzi decisamente alti per un arte culinaria che non esiste. Unica nota positiva il vino veramente un fiore all'occhiello. Consiglio che tale locale si trasformi in una degna e semplice cantina per il suon buon vino. Ah dimenticavo i dolci consistenti in millefoglie, tortino al pistacchio, tiramisù e salame al cioccolato assolutamente non all'altezza di una valida pasticceria.

13/01/2025: Organizamos nuestra boda aquí en agosto de 2024 y fue absolutamente un día para recordar! Por supuesto, las vistas impresionantes eran hermosas, pero el personal también era muy servicial y consciente de cada solicitud. Alessia fue la persona que lo hizo todo muy especial y se mantuvo en contacto constante con nosotros para hacernos saber cada paso de la manera en que esto era realmente importante para nosotros, ya que somos del Reino Unido y no siempre podía contactar con los proveedores. Nuestros invitados eran internacionales y vinieron de más de 15 países y el veredicto fue unánime - les encantó! La calidad de la comida era espectacular, desde la frescura hasta el sabor, y todo era de origen local. El vino, oh Dios mío, el vino era algo con lo que soñar. Incluso nuestros favores de boda fueron botellas de 75 cl de su delicioso vino. Me duele la boca mientras escribo esto. Recomendamos este lugar 100% ya sea para una simple cena, un bautizo o, como nosotros, una boda! Gracias de nuevo Alessia y equipo por hacer nuestro día tan especial - Dulce & Luca

05/03/2025: I applied for a waiter position and, rightly, asked about the pay and shifts. The owner's response? He told me that anyone who immediately asks about the pay is already a no and he rejected me right away. Asking how much you will be paid for a job is not a demand, it is a right. If an employer is annoyed by a question like that, maybe there is a reason why they do not want to answer.

16/03/2025: Great environment with friendly, helpful and professional staff. Children's menu. Fast and impeccable service. Excellent cuisine with well-prepared quality products. Highly recommended!!

15/12/2024: We were in Ancona for work we stopped by chance to eat lunch on the entrance it said €15 fixed menu the girl arrives and says what was there today we chose two spaghetti in white with mussels which we have mussels they only had three in number and I couldn't even smell the scent my son took the penne, bacon and tomato as the pasta was just thrown into the water as hard as a stone then we chose two mixed fries which only had five prawns, a little ring you squid and an Alice My son took the pork loin which seemed fried and was full of oil. We go to pay and he tells us €61 that I didn't care about the money but the problem is that we also felt sick to our stomachs. I will never go to this place again
