14/01/2026: Bedbug infestation, nauseating filth, and arrogant staff. If you're looking for a hotel, move on. It's not a hotel, it's a public health risk. We were literally forced to flee at 2 a.m. after experiencing a nightmare I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. The infestation: The room was literally infested with bedbugs. We killed over 30, but they kept coming out of cracks, furniture, and curtains, so much so that while we were in bed around 2 a.m., they jumped on us and we literally ran away. A horror movie situation of unprecedented hygienic severity. Imagine that when we got home and unpacked our backpack, we found them inside too. The dirt: In addition to the pests, the conditions in the room were degrading: blood-stained sheets, yellow pillowcases to the point that we had to change three, and a stale and unpleasant smoke odor in the common areas. The staff (the real low point): When we reported the problem, we were ridiculed. The staff, with unprecedented rudeness, downplayed the situation, saying that "it's normal for them to sleep with bedbugs" because the property was on a hill and that the problem was us, who weren't "capable." A total insult to the customer and to the most basic standards of hospitality. The insult of the refund: Added insult to injury: when requesting a refund, they made surreal excuses, going so far as to say that "all the staff had been fired," including the sole director, Mr. Simone, to avoid responsibility. They also said we could do whatever we wanted because the Albanian owner didn't care. A place like this shouldn't stay open.

03/01/2026: New Year's Eve 2025 I have no words to describe the dinner. €85 for almost nothing, and even less for the lack of fish, which, reading the menu, seemed starred. The fish stank; the smell disgusted me. A seafood risotto that was just flavorless white rice, and for the fruit, two mandarins. An anisette dessert that tasted like anything but anisette. The music was almost nonexistent; I could go on, but I'll stop here. The worst New Year's Eve ever!!!!! If you happen to try it, absolutely NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

04/06/2025: Booked with the fork the same day for lunch on April 25th, there was a fixed menu for €30 per person which included an appetizer, first course, second course, dessert and a glass of wine. Sicilian-Norwegian cuisine.... everything delicious.... appetizer of fried food with Aramaic, first course of packets with cream of peas and bacon and for the second course fusion chicken (special) with vegetables, to finish a tray with 4 desserts... everything really good... to return absolutely. Very kind and nice waitress. They have a high chair for children. Perhaps the only flaw... the environment was cold... it needed to be heated up a bit.

21/03/2025: A terrifying experience, starting with the welcome, the service, and the food. The atmosphere was aseptic and icy, just like the waitress and the temperature. I've never had an experience like this before, traveling the world. After an hour of waiting with the room empty, a dish arrived that was absolutely sad, not even in a company canteen. We got up after leaving the dishes almost untouched, to pay the bill, which was presented in full. NOTHING TO ADD

20/11/2025: I come from Latina to Fabriano for an eye exam where I had a corneal transplant and I'm staying for two days. I found this pizzeria on Google and I recommend everyone to go and eat there. Everything is excellent, from the pizza to the food 👍👍👍👍

28/12/2025: Unfortunately, after waiting over half an hour for tea and hot chocolate, we had to leave without being served because they hadn't "passed the order." In similar situations, the competition would have at least apologized and, in some cases, offered free service. But none of that happened. Never again.

28/12/2025: Yesterday we sat at this bar at a table indicated by the waiter, which was cleared only 10 minutes after our arrival, but understandable given that the place was packed inside and out. We asked to order, and ordered two coffees and a caffè del marinaio. Meanwhile, other tables were being seated, and after a couple of minutes we began to see those who had sat later being served first. After about 15 minutes, I got up to ask for an explanation and was told they would be right there. Finally, after a couple of minutes, they arrived with the coffees. Unfortunately, the caffè del marinaio was served in a glass, whereas tradition dictates it be served either in special red cups or at least porcelain ones. However, aside from the container, it had a predominantly citrus flavor and was quite bitter. Since a coffee served at the table costs 2 euros and the caffè del marinaio 6, I expected them to at least be accompanied by water, which was instead only listed on the receipt. What can I say? A terrible experience. The three of us spent €10.20 and spent a total of 30 minutes for three coffees.

01/12/2025: Absolutely avoid! Sunday, November 30, 2025, the opening of the ice rink. The bar was initially half empty. The waitress mixed up our order and, after more than 20 minutes of waiting, explained that there was only one person in the kitchen. She took our orders back (mistakenly again), and in the end, we received four platters (we had only ordered one to share) without any drinks. Another 10 minutes of waiting and finally, everything arrived. The quality leaves much to be desired, and hygiene is not the best. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

08/09/2025: Good product quality. Very fair prices considering the surrounding area. The girls are always kind and smiling during service, which is a significant asset in my opinion.

08/09/2025: What can I say? The ice cream portion is large but in my opinion it's a single flavor. You can order chocolate, strawberry, yogurt, etc. and you can be sure they'll have the same flavor (fior di latte). The whipped cream wasn't delivered, and the place wasn't very clean.

24/09/2025: The place is very elegant, but the space for tables is too small. The outdoor seating is at exhaust height due to the constant traffic. Parking is often very difficult to find. Unfortunately, the coffee has changed recently; the previous blend was excellent, but this one doesn't satisfy me. The pastries are excellent, especially the cream filling, but even then, lately, I've found some croissants that weren't too full! They could have done without the mural!

24/09/2025: I went to this pastry shop because I had high expectations and for an event that was close to my heart: my son's first birthday. I explained in great detail how I wanted the cake in question, but these requirements were not respected and completely distorted the principle. The main colors were supposed to be red and yellow, and the Mickey Mouse theme was supposed to cover the entire cake. The result was a completely broken cake (the cream decorations), the color went from red to PINK, the color on top changed the entire cake, and the Mickey Mouse wafer on top was faded. It was supposed to be a sponge cake with pistachio and hazelnut cream, but instead the flavor seemed like a mess, the sponge cake was not noticeable at all. EDIT TO BE FACTUAL!! I initially left a negative review because the cake did not correspond to what I requested. However, I must recognize that the pastry shop handled the problem seriously and professionally, refunding me the full amount. Even though the experience didn't go as I had hoped, I appreciate the helpfulness and honesty shown.

13/10/2025: Extremely unfriendly. We'll take your money, but you're not allowed to stay on "our beach." Never again!!! There are plenty of other nice bars.

19/09/2025: The ambiance is very nice! The sunset is breathtakingly beautiful! The food is below average for salad and frittura mista. Sorry, but even simple dishes don't taste good. 😪😪. By Italian standards, all the plastic waste produced in such a natural idyll is shameful. I don't support it at all. It's now banned in many EU countries. Where is the pride of Italians for no longer serving their food and drink in glass, porcelain, and with "real" cutlery? Where is the culinary pride of serving oil and vinegar in plastic bottles instead of glass ones?

04/02/2026: When I entered, a sad girl welcomed me. After giving me a croissant, she made me wait quite a while before giving me a coffee. I had asked for a cappuccino, so the coffee was poured into the cappuccino cup, resulting in a boiling hot latte macchiato. Never again...

The staff is visibly unenthusiastic, having become resigned to the service they offer. And it would take very little to improve. We were warned about the slowness of the complex dishes. There are nine of us, and five of us decide to order a grilled dish, two meat menus, a chicken breast, and a fish dish. Plus a few side dishes. We ask for two stuffed olives to shorten the wait, and they arrive after twenty minutes. The waitress warns us that the order is too complex, five people sharing the same dish; so why do you keep a five-page menu? Luckily, we chose the meat, which unfortunately arrives almost cold; the chicken breast is a meager slice, perhaps 1/4 of a breast. The monkfish is probably frozen. When the bill arrives, after the dishes excluding the two menus arrive an hour after ordering, the manager suggests rounding up the bill. Guys, get help to rediscover your enthusiasm and desire to do things, and simplify your menu if you want to serve fresh food within reasonable timeframes!

18/08/2025: Comfortable and welcoming hotel. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast, but lacking savory options. Clean. TOP location. Dinner is available at the other property just a few steps away.

11/12/2025: A bar in a historic location in Pesaro's main square. I had the best coffee with cream I've ever tasted! Definitely worth a try!

08/12/2025: €5 A takeaway hot chocolate in a paper cup (the classic plastic water cup, the white one to give you an idea of ​​its size) with a plastic spoon that had completely melted into the chocolate! Kudos to the service, and nice, dear....

15/08/2025: Very rude when serving customers. We arrived in the morning. We asked if they had sunbeds and the response was, "Who told you we have sunbeds?" Thinking the owner was joking, we asked if they had anything to eat for lunch and the guy replied that they made spaghetti with clams but didn't have anything for us. Of course, we went to the next restroom where we were treated with more respect. It doesn't matter how many years he's been in this job (it's my first time in the Marche region), he still has to learn that customers shouldn't be treated rudely and arrogantly like he showed towards me.
