29/08/2025: I called the day before to reserve an umbrella, asking for the price of an umbrella and two loungers. I was told 20, but when we arrived at the beach, we paid 35. Communication between the staff was so poor that when we booked by phone, our reservation hadn't been communicated to the beach. The beach showers were inaccessible, dirty, and one even had excrement in it. No comment.

21/08/2025: I'm told that only on Wednesdays can you enjoy such a relaxed atmosphere, with lovely, soothing background music. You can enjoy some of the best pizza I've ever had! I've also seen some interesting dishes being offered... But the pizza is simply fantastic!

28/12/2025: What can I say? I'm sorry that a place where you can eat can be ruined by a small, VERY IMPORTANT detail. They aren't entirely honest when it comes to the bill; the prices don't match those on the menu, and they're a bit sneaky by adding inexplicable amounts. It's a shame because in a place like ours, in Ascoli Piceno, there aren't any places where... like in this case... they grill meat. It's one of the very few places here, BUT it's ruined by the dishonesty of those who run it. HONESTY WINNS ABOVE ALL. What a shame!!

27/11/2025: When it comes to the bill, the owner applies the prices he decides, they are not those on the menu... the final bill is excessive, the POS doesn't work, ... the receipt?? Who saw it!?!?... goodbye!

15/08/2025: The lady who serves at the bar, change your job because your rudeness is shocking. I should have left everything on the counter and taken my €20 somewhere else.

14/08/2025: We spent two days in San Benedetto and happened upon this beach resort, which has absolutely everything: the family who runs it welcomed us warmly and with great kindness. The facility is equipped with every comfort and serves a thirst-quenching and delicious draft beer. I highly recommend it!

14/09/2025: I wish I could judge the food, but when I walked in asking for just a slice of tart and a quick coffee, I was met with a curt "no." Then let's talk about "tourism"...

02/09/2025: Sunday lunch, a quaint, family-friendly place, which is why we chose it. We sat down at 1:00 PM and ordered a slice of vegetable quiche as an appetizer to share. I should point out that there weren't many items available on the daily menu, but whatever, we ordered a bottle of still water and two first courses. When we sat down, two tables had finished eating and a table of six had already ordered. At 1:35 PM, the quiche arrived, cold, to share. Meanwhile, another table of four arrived and ordered. We kindly asked how long it would take for our first courses to arrive, and they told us they'd be there in a few minutes. At 1:45 PM, the first courses were delivered to the table that had arrived only 15 minutes earlier, and another table of three (one adult and two children) arrived. At this point, we asked the girl again how long it would take to get our order, pointing out that the table of four people who arrived much later than us were already eating. She replied, "Well, you ordered the appetizer, so the main courses come later." This left us speechless, and we continued to wait in silence, quite annoyed at this point, I admit, and I repeat, they didn't even bring us bread. At 2:00 PM, the guy came back with some plates. We thought they were ours, but no, they were served to the last table that had arrived 15 minutes earlier! So we got up and went to the cashier, VERY annoyed. With the utmost politeness and respect, I asked for the bill, reiterating that we felt mocked by such a lack of respect and professionalism! The girl looked at us like we were out of our minds for such an incomprehensible gesture, and charged us €18.00 for a bottle of water and a slice of cold quiche, including a cover charge (4 cutlery and two glasses) because there was nothing else on the table! I don't need to reiterate the total lack of professionalism and humility; hospitality is something else entirely... just say, "Sorry, we lost your order" (I don't know where, given the small size of the place). If we were working, it happens. We would have understood and put a good face on it, but no... they didn't even do that. NEVER AGAIN!!!

31/12/2025: We were supposed to celebrate my boyfriend's graduation party. Since we only knew the graduation date about two weeks in advance, we found ourselves having to plan everything a bit last-minute, but we knew that L'Accipicchia has a room rented specifically for parties (birthday parties, graduations, etc.), since other friends of ours had already celebrated there. So I immediately contacted the number on their Google page. After asking for various information, I was told I could come and see the room in person during the week and that I could simply call the same day, even half an hour before the chosen time. Furthermore, during the first call, I had already confirmed the room to reserve it. We had agreed to stay on Saturday morning. To be fair, I WhatsApped them on Friday evening to confirm, but received no response. On Saturday morning, I tried calling their landline three times and their cell phone three times, with no response. So I sent another message, thinking I could perhaps come in the afternoon, but that too went unanswered. When the day of the party arrived (another week had passed), I received a call saying, "You're having a party this evening!" I replied that yes, but somewhere else, because I hadn't been notified of anything further. They asked me, "But why not at least a text?" when in reality I had made numerous calls and sent two messages, which had never been viewed (despite WhatsApp being active). Immediately after the call, when I re-entered the chat, the checkmarks turned blue. Luckily, we managed to find another room at the last minute and celebrate, but if that hadn't been the case, we would have found ourselves without anything to do, not through any fault of our own, but due to the careless and disorganized management. I never expected such a lack of communication and organization, especially after having given clear confirmation. What a shame!

24/08/2025: Terrible... selection at the entrance, they prevented me and my partner from entering because in their opinion we were not elegant enough. I wore long black trousers and a Desigual shirt, she wore a long skirt and a red shirt. Only to then let people in in shorts, swimsuits and flip-flops. Never again.

17/08/2025: Service requested twice at the beach. Service not provided.

14/02/2026: The owner is very nice and the service is wonderful. The entrée is a must-try!

07/12/2025: There's no food, the waitress answers you rudely saying that we can't bring drinks or food from outside and drink them inside even though my friend had a low blood sugar. Horrible.

06/10/2025: The place is right in the center. The Aperol and beer were okay. We also received chips and peanuts. I don't know about the food. The restaurant's location is definitely a big plus.

01/10/2025: The location by the harbor is great. The food was average. My pasta was too soft. My husband had pizza. The salami was advertised as "spicy," and it was! I didn't try the Gorgonzola that came with it (I think it's terrible).

22/09/2025: Easily accessible from any direction, I recommend it for the friendliness, warmth, and helpfulness of the family owners: yes, it feels right at home. Mirella and Luisella make you feel just that, offering simple menus every day, with fresh, local ingredients, expertly cooked for 52 years. A must-see, definitely worth a stop and recommend to anyone who wants to eat well and have an excellent quality-price ratio. Congratulations "Girls"

18/09/2025: The place is dirty and very old. Today I happened to stop by for lunch and ordered a tube of matriciana pasta. Inside, I found a piece of plastic. Of course, I pointed it out to the waitress, and she just smiled at me, not even apologizing for what had happened. Of course, I didn't order anything else, paid for what I consumed, and left. I'll never go back.

12/09/2025: This evening three glasses of ice with a little ready-made spritz and a brut with a little Campari four crisps and two peanuts €29, at the Suisse in Madonna di Campiglio (former hunting lodge of the emperor of Austria) a quality spritz €7 I'm speechless, given that they are in Porto Recanati every summer they will never see me and my friends again
