26/09/2025: I can't say enough good things about it. A warm welcome and great customer service. I can't comment on the food because I didn't use it, but I was very satisfied with the breakfast, even though it's not a true continental breakfast (i.e., including eggs and bacon). I didn't even ask if it was available, so maybe it was. Very clean. Old-fashioned decor, which I like. Thanks to all the staff. Francesco - La Spezia

05/09/2025: I had an elderly lady in front of the room who I think is the owner who was shouting and insulting some poor little boys travelling with the team who had had nothing unpleasant experience

11/08/2025: Bad experience and little courtesy. We were on holiday and we ordered a birthday cake for my 12 year old son. I specified more than once that the sponge cake was alcohol-free. Surprise, it was full of alcohol. No one ate the cake, only a taste. The party was ruined. We went to report it, but in response they told me we always make it with alcohol, even for children, and no one ever complained. Not an apology or anything else from them for a serious mistake towards the customer.

23/06/2025: Private place with excellent street terrace, perfect for the spring-summer period. Excellent food quality with vegan options to request at the time and maximum availability from the kitchen. Wide selection of craft beers with excellent quality-price ratio.

27/09/2025: Everything was really good! Nice place and friendly staff! We had tagliatelle with ragù, 10 out of 10!!! The burgers and cold cuts were also excellent! We'll definitely be back when we pass through Civitanova.

27/09/2025: We were there this evening with my family, the place was very nice but the prices were exorbitant for having eaten sandwiches. We left there and went to eat somewhere else.

14/06/2025: I am writing this review following the catering service offered during an event at the Ancona Astronomical Observatory 🌌. The food was good 🍽️, with quality ingredients, although the prices seemed rather high 💰—but I can understand that quality has a cost. What left me a little disappointed was the relationship with customers 🤷‍♀️. In particular, the attitude of the older gentleman, with white hair, was not welcoming at all. A more courteous and helpful tone would have certainly improved the overall experience, especially in a public and collaborative context like that of the event.

11/06/2025: This deli's window display is truly appetizing, and the dishes don't disappoint! The octopus salad was delicious 😋 Be careful with the quantity, as they tend to be heavy-handed, and the bill shows! A great place for a change from restaurants...

10/09/2025: I think it's the first, and hopefully only, restaurant I've left before even eating. It was recommended to us, so we booked our table. We arrived, and about 40 minutes later, after the lady in the dining room repeatedly asked us to make our selection (from an interesting menu, I must say), the chef, or owner, arrived and told us that service was on a first-come, first-served basis. So, first the three tables present, and then us. Now, obviously, all restaurants take reservations from tables on a first-served basis, and the kitchen prepares the orders accordingly, but no way, so faced with an indefinable wait, we got up and left a table free for others.

13/08/2025: We stopped by several evenings for both pre- and post-dinner drinks. Friendly people and good cocktails!

24/06/2025: Karaoke night... Pleasant even if the music was a bit loud and conversation was difficult... We ordered a Neapolitan style sandwich... very good... Even if the final bill was a bit high...

09/09/2025: The place is very beautiful, even if we went there at night so we were not able to fully appreciate it... but what we did appreciate was the cuisine... very good, refined and abundant dishes... a meat-based menu but there are also alternatives for those who do not eat meat such as appetizers or dishes with truffles... the roast potatoes are the best I have ever eaten... and then the person who looked after us was very kind and helpful.

05/09/2025: I really liked the place; it's a collection of renovated farmhouses with an adjoining pool and gazebo for dining. The rooms are generally more than good. I didn't dine in the restaurant, but I can say the breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Overall, it was a very positive experience, especially since there are beautiful places to visit just a few kilometers away (Urbino, Fermignano, etc.).

14/09/2025: It was an epic. They opened the restaurant's gates at 1:00 PM, but until 2:00 PM we couldn't get anything except water and bread. The first courses came out very slowly and in batches, in small portions (which they charged dearly for), and in the end we received two portions less because they had run out of everything. At one point, I asked how long the second courses would be, and the cook rudely replied, asking what else I had to do (in the meantime, our children were exhausted after waiting so long to eat). At 3:15 PM, we had to threaten to leave to get the second courses. We left after 4:00 PM after having to half-argue with the owners, who wanted us to pay for the dishes they hadn't served and the service (given the price they charged us, they could have saved it). Excellent food, but terribly managed.

14/09/2025: We were there for lunch. We arrived 10 minutes before our table reservation and had to wait 15 minutes in front of a locked door. Unfortunately, the wait continued. After over an hour, we finally got our water and some bread. The first course arrived after 1.5 hours, but only half of it. After another 45 minutes, we were told that the gnocchi were unfortunately sold out. Another 15 minutes later, we were given a portion of pasta instead. The second course also took a long time to arrive and also only arrived in 10-15 minute increments. In the end, we spent 3 hours there just to eat lunch. We were then asked to pay for more than we received... They didn't apologize, but simply tried to get out of it with flimsy explanations. Conclusion: Very poor service, small portions, endless wait times.
