02/08/2025: Esperienza davvero positiva! Oggi a pranzo ho ordinato polenta al cinghiale e stinco. Piatti abbondanti e ben cucinati , ottima la loro birra artigianale. Personale gentile e ambiente rilassante nel verde.

28/07/2025: Sono stato al birrificio del Catria con una coppia di amici dopo aver fatto trekking dato che la zona si presta anche a questo. Menù sfizioso con ottimi prodotti locali e varie qualità di birre. Noi abbiamo preso due bionde classiche e due fikla (ambrata al pane di Chiaserna) con Crescia di Urbino con vari salumi, umus, formaggi crostini e carote. Molto soddisfatti, sarà motivo per tornarci molto presto.

05/10/2025: Food: Pasta with clams was spectacular, spicy, flavorful... You have to mop it up! Very friendly service; we arrived before opening, but without batting an eyelid, they offered us a glass of wine while they set our table. Very nice and clean place, rustic yet modern in style.

10/05/2025: Right in the center of Matelica there is this bistro bar of unparalleled quality. My girlfriend and I stopped here on a Sunday in May, we were alone in the restaurant and we asked the owner (forgive me for not asking your name) if we could do a tasting of local wines, she doesn't usually do this type of service but she satisfied us by giving her best. Upon my request, he let us taste 4 niche wines from new wineries in the area, explaining the history and the various structures, all accompanied by an abundant mixed platter full of goodness. Available, cheerful and friendly, with very honest prices, he deserves to have the place always full. Thanks for everything and if we ever return to the area we will definitely come back, take the photos!!

25/10/2025: A romantic location in a corner of one of Italy's most beautiful villages. Unfortunately, that's all that's redeeming. We arrived at 11 PM and were told the kitchen was closed; the only thing we could order was a prosciutto platter with a little focaccia. In my opinion, an hour before closing time, in a week in August, and for a delicatessen, that's unacceptable! A completely watered-down mojito and two tiramisu with only a few drops of cream and a few drops of coffee certainly didn't improve the evening. The staff was unsympathetic. Unfortunately, aside from the location (and Quasimodo), there's very little else to redeem it.

25/10/2025: Many restaurants open and then sooner or later give up because, due to inexperience, presumption, or a desire to make a quick buck, they fail to nail their winning formula. Uldergo, on the other hand, in Pesaro is a truly historic institution: a friendly, serious, honest, and competent person who has made seafood a top-notch culinary art. In the many times I've dined at the restaurant and in the countless takeout dishes I've ordered, he's never disappointed me. The quality/price ratio is absolutely excellent from every perspective. The wine list is top-notch. What can I say? A tourist or visitor to the city can't leave Pesaro without experiencing what it means to eat quality seafood at Uldergo's! 🥳🥳🥳

22/10/2025: Excellent food, very friendly owners, a place that's not exactly new but has character. I expected more from the grilled fish and would improve the service, which is a bit rushed. The dessert platter is a must-try!

24/08/2025: I don't often go to the area, I went one evening on Friday, August 22nd. It's a nice place, a renovated location! Nice music, good cocktails! And the bartender, Cristian, is very good!!!

19/08/2025: ITA: Go here. The night before, we went somewhere else and... "Help!!!" Solero, on the other hand, made me appreciate eating at Palombina again! Top mussels, delicious octopus, very nice location for lunch! Wonderful service. Go there! I didn't take photos because I ate everything without thinking, it was too good. ESP: Highly recommended. 21/10/2025: Much more than a cafeteria: a true high-end restaurant, but with cafeteria prices. Everything is always excellent, and everyone is extremely kind. A guarantee!

07/10/2025: Despite the perfect location, right on the roundabout, and the friendly service, the pizza wasn't to my liking at all—it was chewy and too soft. The same was true for the main course, which was bland in both presentation and substance (all marinated ready-made products). Very touristy and expensive.

05/10/2025: It was absolutely disgusting, I had to wait 50 minutes for 3 pizzas, it seemed like they were making one pizza at a time, the place is always dirty and at least the food is good but I can't stand the wait, I saw people taking 5 pizzas per plate and leaving before me
