24/08/2025: I've been to the posteria. I've been there often, convinced I'd still find the tapas I loved so much. Disappointment: they've completely overhauled the menu. The menu is complex, the dishes too elaborate. As a result, the cuttlefish I ordered tasted only of feta and cucumber, fish was not available. The Fassona beef tataki, as I saw, was not available. Honestly, the dishes weren't worth the price they asked. Simply simplifying the recipes would enhance the flavor of the main ingredients.

22/08/2025: 35 euros for just one dish and a glass of wine. Nothing else. Crazy prices. Definitely good, but for that price, I should get goosebumps from the deliciousness.

26/08/2025: Friendly service and delicious food. We had the lasagna bolognese as a starter (to share) and the rotstreek with advertising, tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese as a main course. More than enough!

02/06/2025: Not an interesting building with a tiny parking lot, but the interior is old and elegant. Three appetizers, two first courses, a second course, two desserts, water and two drinks, about €40 per person. Everything was very good, my gnocchi with parmesan cream and truffle flakes were worth the visit alone. Too bad we were all practically teetotalers, because the sommelier has certifications hanging everywhere. The place is a bit cold, I recommend a sweater.

22/07/2025: Your local bar in Varese. The brothers who own this place out their heart and soul into looking after people. Great place if you need a venue for an event, Franki the chef who has experience from around the world will put together a menu to please everyone. A place to feel at home

09/08/2025: Superlative appetizers, especially the eggplant parmigiana... so good I didn't even have time to photograph it! 😄 The meat was tender and flavorful, while the gnocchi, with their recipe, can be summed up in one word: out of this world. The warm bread upon arrival was a real treat, and the desserts... well, they ended up the same way as the parmigiana!

13/08/2025: Extremely disappointing; it once stood out for its quality, but something has clearly been lost along the way. A plate of plain pasta for a child, served freshly drained with the cooking water, the Grana Padano in a plastic bag... The adults settled for dishes cobbled together as best they could. The price was decidedly exorbitant, in the spirit of fleecing tourists. A real shame, it was a place where ethics and morality were in place. After all, that's all there is to it.

02/09/2025: The welcome, the room, the generous breakfast, the pools—everything was great. The only downside is that it's located next to a noisy busy road. It's a shame about the poolside nap, but you can't hear a thing inside the hotel. There's a zoo right next door, so you can have breakfast and see ostriches, llamas, and other very friendly animals. The massages are high-quality, and the spa includes a sauna, a steam room, a sensory shower (three different mist sprays), a hot/cold shower, and a relaxation room with salt stones. The indoor whirlpool is heated and very pleasant.
