22/10/2025: We loved this place, which was a wine cellar back in the 1500s and was located beneath a family palace. We ordered pizzoccheri, which were excellent. The service was excellent.

04/10/2025: Recommended by our hotel we arrived ordered our drinks. When they came we said we’ll wait a bit before ordering. He said we should order now because it takes a while to make it so we did. 5 minutes later they brought our pizzas, among the worst pizza we have ever had. Canned mushrooms, not much cheese. They were obviously hurrying us to free up our table. BAD!

25/10/2025: A lovely little place located across from the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Tirano with excellent food and reasonable prices, and friendly and attentive staff. Recommended!

22/10/2025: All in all, it was solid. The pizza with venison was truly excellent. My wife's salmon pizza was rather bland, and the salmon itself was very salty. The service was okay, but it was very annoying that tables were already being moved and the restaurant was being cleaned even though people were still eating at several tables. The prices are okay, but certainly geared towards tourists.

Their gelatos were not only delicious but artfully presented with unique toppings that made each scoop feel like a treat for both the eyes and the taste buds. The variety of flavors was impressive—something for every craving. It’s clear they put care and creativity into every detail. A must-visit for anyone passing through Tirano with a sweet tooth!

19/10/2025: A delicious dinner with truly delicious pizzoccheri and authentically prepared Angus beef. The atmosphere was refined and the prices were reasonable.

They add extras to the bill, but for €1.50 I'm not going to make a fuss. Reply to comment: What's bothering you, excuse me? I see you're having a hard time understanding Italian. If I ordered the Adriatic Coast pizza and instead of tuna (which costs more) I wanted spicy salami, and it costs €8.50, why did you charge me €9??? And two out of one, she asks for packaging because she doesn't want to throw away the food, you also charge me for the cardboard? So be a little transparent and tell her that I would have thrown it away, so based on your reasoning about takeout, you're charging an extra €1? And besides, I don't think I have to tell her where I'm spending my vacation. I certainly won't come to you again to get ripped off, you sly bastards! You're right, I changed the stars, maybe that's better for you since you're so polite with your customers.

24/08/2025: An alternative option for a delicious, authentic meal in Tirano. Plus, it's very reasonably priced, which is a plus given the area. Not far from the center, with both indoor and outdoor seating, generous portions, and a wide selection of perfectly prepared Apulian specialties. The atmosphere is casual and simple, and the owners are always friendly. Definitely worth a try!

05/10/2025: A restaurant won't serve you simply because you arrive with a backpack. It's a complete disregard for tourists. I don't recommend it to anyone. Terrible.

11/10/2025: The tagliatelle with mushrooms and truffle cream were spectacular! The polenta was also excellent.

02/10/2025: A pizzeria and restaurant serving traditional Valtellina specialties and pizzas, located in the square featuring the Sanctuary and—a little further on—the frequent passage of the Bernina Express. Pizzoccheri (buckwheat flour), sciatt (fried cheese fritters on a bed of chicory), gnocchi, egg pasta, dishes featuring forest ingredients, and pizzas are all highly seasoned and high in fat.

05/10/2025: Menu changed and all from earlier reviews/picture gone from menu. All pasta is vegetarian now, maybe other people like it more than me...

23/09/2025: The location and the view was amazing. However, the food was not nice. They had really small portions. The ravioli was undercooked. We had a Salmon tartare that did not have any seasoning. Overall the food to price was not worth it. Would not recommend it.

29/06/2025: "Io e mia moglie siamo stati in questa osteria per la cena. Il ristorante è ubicato in una frazione di Tirano a circa 800 metri sul livello del mare. La strada per arrivarci è molto stretta, anche se molto panoramica (due Suv in senso contrario crea un po' di problemi nella circolazione). Il menù comprende sia pietanze a base di carne che di pesce. Dall'osteria si ha un bellissimo panorama dal quale è possibile ammirare la città di Tirano e i paesi limitrofi. Per quanto riguarda le pietanze gli antipasti sono molto buoni, sciatt e bresaola tipici della Valtellina. La carne è di qualità. Da migliorare i contorni. Le portate potrebbero essere più abbondanti visto che il costo non è basso. Personale di sala molto gentile. Parcheggio a circa 200 metri dal locale o fuori dal locale. Prezzi un po' alti visto (senza vino per un antipasto e un secondo siamo sui 45-50 euro a testa). Consiglio a tutti questa osteria per mangiare piatti tipici della Valtellina"
