26/08/2026: We came to this restaurant after reading the good reviews on Google, but unfortunately our experience was very different. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a young woman with glasses who began speaking to us in Italian. Since we don't speak Italian, we tried to make her understand that we wanted to eat. Instead of helping us, she continued speaking to us with an annoyed expression. At one point, there was a long silence while she looked away, almost as if we weren't there. When I explained in German that we didn't speak Italian and that we wanted to eat, she responded in German in a very irritated and rather loud tone: "Do you want to sit on the terrace or inside the restaurant?" This was accompanied by annoyed looks and eye rolls. We didn't feel welcome at all. Next, we were served by a man: the service was adequate, but completely cold and without any particular attention. We ordered the "medium" meat, but it arrived decidedly too raw for our taste. The woman who picked up our plates also didn't say a word to us. At the next table, however, he asked the guests if they liked everything. Unfortunately, no one asked us anything. In the end, the overall impression was very disappointing: a cold atmosphere, unwelcoming service, and an experience that left us feeling completely unwelcome. The food, unfortunately, also seemed as "cold" and characterless as the service. We just wanted to leave as quickly as possible and forget about this experience.

26/08/2026: The cuisine is excellent, but the atmosphere must be preserved. The quality of the food, the wine selection, and the exquisite efficiency of the staff would have made our evening perfect. Unfortunately, the romantic atmosphere was marred by the uncontrolled behavior of a neighboring family, with constant noise, childish screams, chanting, the parent's loud voice, and cutlery falling to the floor at least six or eight times. As parents, we understand the children's exuberance, given that our daughters also frequented restaurants with us, but we firmly believe in respecting other guests and would never have imposed their excesses on other diners. A constructive suggestion for management: in situations like this, proactively offering a more secluded table to guests seeking peace and quiet would really make a difference. Such a high-quality dining experience deserves an equally refined setting.

19/08/2026: Wonderful lunch after a long train trip. Not many places were open when we arrived. We were so happy to find such a wonderful place. The food was excellent, and the staff were lovely. Our Italian is poor at best, and they went out of their way to accommodate us.

17/08/2026: Fantastic PUCCIA (a type of bread). You can customize your own and individual sizes, and the prices are very reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

02/08/2026: We were passing through in our campervan. The restaurant is located right on the main road, opposite an impressive church. We hadn't made a reservation. When we entered the restaurant at 7:30 pm, it was packed. A waiter greeted us warmly and explained that a table would be available again in five minutes. It worked out perfectly. We ordered two pizzas, water, and house wine. The huge pizzas were absolutely delicious. Truly Italian! The entire service was incredibly friendly and efficient. They left nothing to be desired. The whole restaurant had a traditional decor. The restrooms were spotless. Our highest recommendation!

14/08/2026: Excellent place where I ate really well. The staff and service were impeccable, friendly, and professional. I took one star off for the atmosphere, not because the place isn't worth it, but because it was a very hot day and I was outside. Definitely worth a try 👏🙏😉

09/08/2026: A disappointing experience. The pizza was overly salty, so much so that not even two liters of water were enough to quench my thirst. The service was equally unsatisfactory: the staff barely understands Italian, and one of our orders was actually wrong. There were four of us: one dish was served almost immediately, while the other three arrived much later. It's certainly not pleasant to go to dinner together and find yourself eating at different times. Furthermore, in my opinion, the prices are decidedly too high for the quality offered. The atmosphere is pleasant, but unfortunately, it doesn't make up for the rest of the experience.

06/08/2026: Terrace near the town hall with delicious food. The pasta is homemade, and the Pizzoccheri is definitely recommended.

07/12/2025: We came all the way from Milan specifically to admire this fabulous view, ruined by tasteless dishes. Bland cured meats (except for the lard—in fact, I gained weight because I only ate that—and the spicy butter). The sciatt were sloppy, and I stared blankly at this fantastic view while chewing on bland pizzoccheri. Let's just say it wasn't worth it. Next time, I'll eat them at home while looking at a beautiful photo. The decorative antipasti salad is recommended. The owner was as cold as the outside temperature. But my internal anger became very hot when I was stuck on the road home for more than 40 minutes without being notified by her. Summary: never again.
