20/02/2025: I rarely give my opinion about a place but in this case I would say it is definitely a must. I tend not to eat pizza outside of home (due to difficult digestibility) but at this pizzeria I tasted both the pizza with wholemeal dough and the slices and focaccias. One better than the other! Super digestible dough, excellent taste, excellent quality of ingredients. Here in Monza I have not found such good focaccias. Super recommended.

22/02/2025: Tried it today, super happy that it has an entire Vegan Menu, in line with evolving times...luckily!!! To preserve the planet and other living beings, as well as to feed ourselves better. All very good, friendly staff, very nice location. I will go back and recommend it!

16/02/2025: I ordered orecchiette with turnip tops, very good I must say. Well... maybe a little too tasty for my tastes. The chilli pepper and salt were, in my opinion, excessive. In any case, both the flavor and consistency are excellent. The appetizer was also tasty, but very salty! I chose green Polentine with aged Roquefort cheese. In fact, the latter is also particularly tasty in the classic version. I think it's a personal question, in fact for years salt has been almost completely banned from my diet, I'm no longer used to strong flavours. The tiramisu however was perfect. Not that it matters, but does Hug also offer classic cuisine? I ask myself this because the girl who serves the tables asked me if I preferred traditional or vegan tiramisu. The prices are a little high in my opinion, but I expected it. Informal, welcoming, pleasant place. Excellent service.

02/02/2025: I do not express judgments on the products because I was not allowed to taste them. We arrived on Sunday morning, it was around 11.45/12. We sit outside at a table for two, as soon as the staff arrives to take the order, we wanted to have breakfast (on a Sunday it seems more than legitimate to me even at that time) as soon as I say a coffee (but we would also have had a cappuccino and something to eat sweet/savoury but I wasn't even able to continue ordering) I was informed that the opening hours for the cafeteria had passed and therefore it was only possible to have an aperitif at the tables outside and breakfast was only possible at the counter , but at that point we left. It's the first time something like this has happened to me, it's never happened to me anywhere. Then we are not talking about a starred restaurant, a simple bakery/pastry shop/café so don't get too carried away.

28/12/2024: Sitting waiting for at least 25-30 minutes without being served, indeed, ignored by the pseudo "workers" who seemed to be anything but professional. Ignored, even after drawing the attention of the staff, I would say to be at least "considered". Other tables, including the one next to ours and which obviously arrived later, were quietly served. At the third call from the staff a sound echoed in the ether... "We're coming... Immediately", a sound which very shortly after became yet another echo aimed at repeating itself, dispersing and fading more and more. A service that is better not to comment further because it could not even be defined as such. We got up and left. Congratulations for the service, perhaps someone should seriously consider doing something else in life. I also read in the feedback that we were not the only ones, I am pleased, also and above all by the fact that the operator is not even interested in investigating/finding such eventualities. Be wary people, be wary of such "entrepreneurs" who regardless of the possible service/product, do not know what respect for the "customer" is first and foremost. We remind these pseudo entrepreneurs that they are the customers competing for their survival.

11/03/2025: I have a lot to say...a place that I recommend for public and private events, to organize exclusive parties, parties with friends, birthdays, corporate and non-corporate dinners. Wide choice of cocktails 🍸 the barman will be able to give the best advice... it's one of the dishes I love to spend an evening with friends during the week and to let loose during the week with live music and disco! Ricky and Stefano are very kind and always available as are all the staff who work there The place is well looked after, elegant, and there are well organized and also very intimate niches inside enhanced with lamps that are suitable for pleasant conversations, both inside and outside where there are green areas that in summer give that feeling of short holidaymakers. Large outdoor parking easily accessible. I highly recommend

08/01/2025: Really friendly and helpful staff, we had a pizza as a starter and the Monza risotto. The pizza was really excellent, fragrant dough, the risotto was exceptional. To return when passing through the city.

24/03/2025: Classic Neapolitan style pizza with traditional dishes. The prices are very high for what is served. Sometimes they make a fuss about separate bills to be paid by card (everyone has the right to pay with the means they find most convenient and it has been law for years now).

21/03/2025: The pizzas are great. They do it Naples style, which is very good, they also offer a "deep fried" calzone which is great. Beware of the "Nutella strings", as they come in a large pizza plate, make sure you are at least two or three people to eat them! They are delicious 😋

28/03/2025: Locale carino, atmosfera accogliente, servizio veloce. Ci sono stato un paio di volte, provando hamburger e pizza. La pizza è molto particolare, bassa e ovale. Mi sono trovato bene in entrambi i casi. Ho apprezzato anche la cortesia del personale.

03/03/2025: After having lunch at Kon Tiki, I and two other colleagues, who had had the same dish (Piedmontese hamburger), all found ourselves with the same symptoms within two days: high fever (39°), abdominal pain and intestinal disorders. I can't say with absolute certainty that the cause was the food served, but the coincidence is too strong to ignore. For a place that offers slaughtered meat, food safety should be the ABSOLUTE priority. This experience leaves me with serious doubts about the quality and management of food. A customer should never fear for their health after a restaurant dinner. Of course, I will never return.

18/01/2025: An important refreshment point after walking, for a tea, a herbal tea, but also a pinsa, or a hot dish with polenta and salami. On Sundays, especially when the sun is shining, the tables outside are crowded.

31/12/2024: Very nice place both for the garden overlooking the park and the interior. Friendly staff, very good food and fair prices. We're almost regulars

12/02/2025: I think we were the only non-locals in the restaurant and we could not have been made more welcome. We had a lovely lunch of perfectly prepared pizza and pide (photographed with a bite missing, sorry, they were irresistible!), with a half litre of the red wine of the day, which was very good. Coffee afterwards came with a plate of baby meringues and delicious fresh cantucci. We will look forward to going back next time we are in Monza

14/01/2025: A due passi dal Duomo, in un angolo tranquillo e caratteristico, si trova questo locale molto conosciuto. Non certo per la location, essendo per la maggior parte ospitato sotto delle tensostrutture, ma sicuramente per la qualità e la quantità del cibo proposto, senza tralasciare la gentilezza e la professionalità del personale. Abbiamo organizzato un pranzo tra parenti e ci siamo trovati davvero bene, mi sa proprio che torneremo.

23/02/2025: Few tables inside attached to each other. Terrible pastries at 47 euros per kg, baba' soaked in liqueur (real disgusting). FAILURE WITH FULL MARKS!

22/01/2025: The chocolate is good, the biscuits are good, but better to take away. The table area is very small, the bathroom has a light that goes out. I came across this place on a holiday and perhaps that's why the staff who served me were a bit rude.

16/03/2025: 9 of us went here today for a birthday 6 paellas arrived cold 45 minute wait for Catalan style gnocchi and lobster Wrongly cooked fillet, requested medium cooking and arrived rare 2 baked potatoes not received at the time of review after 60 minutes of waiting I highly recommend the place
