07/05/2026: A very pleasant surprise. We've known about the place for a while, but we'd never had the chance to visit. Seizing a favorable opportunity, I visited with my wife... A truly pleasant surprise: friendly and attentive service, a menu full of local delights, and fair prices. A truly enjoyable experience. We enjoyed a charcuterie board and gnocco fritto, which is on the appetizer list but is truly complete for two, and two excellent pizzas (thin crust), well-topped and with creative twists. I had the pizza with Piacenza salami and a Gutturnio reduction, a nice local touch.

22/12/2025: The fog, the trees, the river, a village and its trattoria. Between the clatter of glasses and the steam from a fireplace, everything remains as it once was. Nostalgia stings, but here it doesn't hurt, because ancient flavors and old traditions heal the nostalgia of hometown life that plagues our memories. We are witnessing the last echo of a world gone by, which still lives on in the dishes, in the friendships, among the tables of this tavern, the last bastion of my lowlands.

26/04/2026: Very beautiful and characteristic on the outside, even on the inside. But unfortunately I slept badly also regarding the fact that in a completely closed room the window could not be opened, even in the bathroom the roof window did not work to open it, and I think that the windows especially in the rooms are essential. For the rest, the staff were very kind.

10/12/2025: I don't remember having a review last time, but if I wrote a great review about Burbero and the beers last time...this time I'll do it about the pizzas! Excellent, easy-to-digest dough, served super quickly, there's not a huge selection, but you can always customize! Everything is delicious!

09/11/2025: Mediocre food with decidedly small portions, unlike the bill. Wide selection of draft beers. I'll be back to try the pizza and give it a second chance.

08/02/2026: We celebrated our son's baptism and couldn't have made a better choice! We immediately felt welcomed from the moment we decided on the menu with Elena and Paola, who recommended dishes and, most importantly, accommodated all our needs (including various intolerances and allergies). Despite being about fifty people, the service was impeccable, both in terms of timing (we all ate at the same time) and the quality of the food, which was very high and delicious! The food was truly delicious! We had the largest room completely to ourselves, with two tables for confetti, favors, and the cutting of the cake! The staff was friendly and helpful, ready to accommodate requests and do their best to fulfill them. Highly recommended for events of this type and more!! We'll be back soon 🥰

19/12/2025: What a discovery! Passing by chance and feeling a bit peckish, I stopped in. Very tasty and light pizzas; I tried the Margherita and the spicy salami. Next time I'll stop by with my son, an aspiring pizza chef, and I'll also enjoy one of the good craft beers available. Congratulations! PS: Really great prices.

The service was impeccable, the quality of the raw materials exceptional, I was sorry that the rubia gallega was under-aged but we will definitely be back... it has now entered the list of my favourite restaurants... the entrees are very welcome... if I may give a piece of advice, add to the list of desserts (in addition to the sorbet) a lactose-free or vegan dessert so that we can all finish on a sweet note... for the rest, everything was top notch... congratulations!

04/05/2026: The ambiance is charming, with soft lighting creating a lovely, relaxed and elegant atmosphere. The service is prompt, friendly, and attentive, yet unobtrusive. For a place that serves grilled meat, it's surprising not to notice a hint of odor in the dining room. We ordered an appetizer and a Florentine steak. They brought us a simple welcome appetizer, which we thoroughly enjoyed, and the bread with butter could have been a main course in itself. The waiter explained the appetizer we ordered precisely, without taking up too much of our time; the Florentine steak we chose was an excellent cut, matured for a long time, and this was also carefully explained to us when we ordered. The wine by the glass was exceptional, and the desserts were very good. Of course, when you're at this level, you shouldn't expect to spend cheap, but the quality/price ratio was absolutely adequate. Highly recommended.

15/04/2026: I stayed one night on a transit trip. I must say the room was very comfortable and clean, with a modern style. Located near the toll booth, it's still far from traffic, making it very quiet inside, providing excellent night's sleep. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend it.

15/04/2026: We often stay overnight at Hotel Nord while traveling through the area and are very satisfied. It's right next to the exit, yet relatively quiet. The service is friendly and attentive; you immediately feel welcome. The food is also really good – ideal for relaxing after a long drive. We'd especially like to highlight that dogs are allowed, which is a big plus for us. The absolute highlight, however, is the lockable parking spaces directly in front of the rooms. After unfortunately having our car broken into twice in hotel parking lots in Milan, security has become extremely important to us. That's precisely why this hotel is our first choice on this route. Highly recommended!

15/02/2026: An excellent meat restaurant inside a real butcher's shop. In Castelnuovo Bocca d'Adda, you'll find the butcher's shop, which is a splendid, characteristic restaurant with fireplace-filled rooms perfect for dinners with friends. The meat-only menu is excellent, beautifully presented, and truly delicious. Not exactly cheap, but fair for the quality and quantity offered. All accompanied by a good wine list.

24/04/2026: I had the pleasure of meeting Amrik, the owner, as he rented a car from us. My family and I had dinner here last night. They welcomed us warmly and friendly, offering a clean place and excellent cuisine. I recommend a visit; you won't regret it.

15/02/2026: The two of us sat down at 12:15, a biblical wait despite there being 25 other customers in the room, and we got up in despair at 3:00 PM! As if it were a wedding reception. We each ordered a cured meats appetizer (excellent), a first course, a second course with side dish (served at 2:45 PM), which we didn't eat because our appetites had faded due to the unnerving wait, water, and wine. No dessert or coffee for a total of €32.50 each. Very slow. 3 hours is definitely too much.
