29/04/2024: A beautiful discovery in the center of Crema. We had already heard a lot about chef Michele Minchillo but we had not yet had the opportunity to try his cuisine. Excellent dinner, discovery of new flavors and very particular and completely spot-on combinations, very careful plating and noteworthy crockery. Super easy, refined and chic location. The only "sore" note (even if it is not the most appropriate term) is the service, which is not in line with the cuisine. The girls on the staff were all very kind but a little "immature" for being in a starred restaurant. Even at the time of the bill we were "liquidated" with an "everything was fine with dinner"?! When my husband answered "yes" they placed the bill in front of him and that was it. We would also have appreciated a greeting to the chef who usually leaves the kitchen at the end of the evening.

Porzioni abbondanti come cercavamo!

14/06/2024: The goat meat steak was delicious and not fishy at all. Colorful risotto is a pleasure to look at and a pleasure to eat. The red wine was good, and the grappa (coffee + 40 proof wine) also had a strong taste. It's not even Poland, so I take another last shot before heading out the door. Chamomile liquor. Thirty-five degrees... lol

12/08/2024: Elegant, attentive and never intrusive service. Super helpful and attentive to diets: from the entrée to the dessert the proposals were truly excellent. Considering that often when faced with a request for a vegan alternative I am offered pasta with tomato sauce and grilled vegetables, this denotes professionalism and passion. Highly recommended!

28/06/2024: Excellent restaurant for eating both first and second courses. Good quality food. Very good table service. Clean and well kept place. The lactose-free tiramisu is excellent, usually difficult to find lactose-free desserts in various restaurants, especially homemade and not packaged!

11/08/2024: If you are looking for a good trattoria with a typical Roman cuisine menu, you will find it here, in the Crema countryside; I am a "Roman from Rome" and I believe I can express a qualified opinion. The two young waiters are efficient and very kind. The air-conditioned room is simply furnished; it is a modern trattoria, clean, tidy and without frills. The honest price for the à la carte lunch, €32 per person for starter, main course, side dish, dessert, coffee and drinks. On weekdays cheap price for "business lunch" (I will try it), they suggest booking. A real discovery! Good in the kitchen and in the dining room.
