23/12/2025: Company Christmas dinner, warm and relaxing atmosphere with a fireplace, just the 17 of us in the room. Young and knowledgeable waiters. From appetizer to dessert, everything was delicious, especially the risotto! Excellent wine. Everything 💯
13/12/2025: I returned to visit the Vimercati Castellini family after some time and spent a lovely evening with friends.
I must confirm that the dishes they served were very good.
I will definitely try to return.

25/10/2025: I've been to the Badef brewery and I have to say it really surprised me! I tried three different beers from their brewery, all excellent, with attention to detail and distinct flavors. The pulled burger was also truly delicious, with quality ingredients and perfect cooking.
You can tell right away that this is a place that focuses on quality craft beers and good food. A place definitely worth recommending, and I'll gladly return! 🍺🍔

15/03/2026: The location isn't exceptional, but it's well-maintained and clean. Service is average. The staff is friendly and helpful. We opted for the full "Share" tasting menu. The ingredients, despite often being locally sourced (which I usually appreciate), aren't harmoniously combined and properly showcased. The vegetable flavors are often overpowered by the seasonings. We found the dishes to be very fatty and generally overly flavorful. One dish in particular was overly salty. The very kind waiter asked if we wanted the dish remade, which we appreciated but declined. The rose cake was cloying and terribly full of melted butter. In France, they use butter extensively but don't overpower it.
Overall, the combinations were timid and showed little respect for the ingredients. Compared to other tastings, in our opinion, the expense wasn't worth it.
14/03/2026: A set menu of exceptional quality. The farm-fresh vegetables are delicious and expertly prepared. The goat butter is excellent. The wine selection is very good.
The dishes are superb.
Expensive, but worth the price.
The goat farm is very clean: the level of care given to the animals is truly remarkable.
Top-notch.

26/01/2026: The environment is huge, beautiful, bright. The food is excellent, the service is average except for the very nice bartender who welcomes you with smiles and jokes😊😊 I am very satisfied. The beer is excellent. Well done!!!
11/01/2026: Food: I found a nail in my sandwich (pork), the sandwich wasn't crispy even though it was black, and it smelled almost like expired cheese.
The fries aren't salty. I'd recommend not stealing them from McDonald's (you'd be better off getting them at the Burger King). I'd also recommend adding a bag of salt because they're not salty.
SERVICE: The guys are really good, very professional, except for the thumb on the fries (they were hungry). Unfortunately, too many plates fall. It's not the first time I've been here. The owner doesn't show any kindness or elegance; she's rude, clumsy, aggressive, and clingy with customers. Plus, she gives off a bad smell and aura.
The bartender doesn't pour the beers well and always seems under pressure. The cashier is bad with the bills, inaccurate, and gives away money.
The bathrooms are clean. I found a soft turd on the floor on New Year's Eve.
Too much chaos in the dining room. You can't help but burp, which isn't good. Plus, the prone swearing from the drunks.
The black chef always leaves hair on his plates, purposely undercooked hamburgers, sandwiches identical to those at Esselunga, oil and chips, always the same, never change it.
I would never recommend eating here.

We made a change to the traditional menu, which was surprisingly offered to us. Truly exquisite courtesy, as was the food.
I highly recommend it.

30/11/2025: We went for lunch.... Besides, we waited over an hour for fries, which were greasy, cold, and raw when they arrived. I had fried scampi and calamari, which were also greasy, cold, and not even cleaned.
The rest of the family also left the restaurant disappointed and dissatisfied.
The manager was quite rude. Needless to say, I won't be returning.... The quality has drastically declined compared to last year.
29/11/2025: It's a shame because I had a good opinion of this restaurant, but today was a disaster. The prices have gone up and the service was terrible—one tiny slice of bread per person, a wait of almost an hour before everyone got a plate, and at one point they even forgot what we'd ordered. But the quality of the dishes was no less. The carbonara had only two pieces of bacon, and many of the ingredients were too salty. Needless to say, I won't be coming back.

12/02/2026: came here fully planning not to get any food especially sweets since it was right after christmas and i wanted to be disciplined. that plan changed when i saw them filling cannoli on the spot which looked too good to ignore. i ended up sitting in the area overlooking the place which felt quiet and relaxing. the cannolo was really good and very indulgent and the service was great. quite a dangerous place for anyone trying to resist dessert and definitely worth a visit.
08/02/2026: I have to edit the review I wrote 4 years ago.... Now it's self service... You have to bring your own dishes and clear the table and the costs have increased... The food has gotten worse.... Ai ai ai

02/11/2025: A charming place, but the food is underwhelming and the service is lacking.
The veggie sandwich is greasy, heavy, and flavorless, the burger is overcooked, lacking vegetables, and the fries are the only decent option.
No cutlery, and the drinks are served in paper cups.
19/10/2025: All very friendly and nice young people, excellent service, and high-quality ingredients.
One of the few, if not very few, better places to enjoy a good old-fashioned club sandwich.
A must-visit.

01/03/2025: Ci siamo andati per la volta per curiosità a cena ed abbiamo preso, un antipasto un primo due secondi ed un dolce, era tutto molto buono e le porzioni abbondanti. Sono soddisfatta del cibo e della cortesia del personale, rapporto qualità prezzo buona. Anche il servizio è stato veloce. Di sicuro ci torneremo e lo consiglierò.
29/11/2024: Posto che si presenta con una certa pretesa, ma che poi cade in fallo su particolari non certo trascurabili quali:
Mancato riscaldamento dei locali
Fettuccine ai porcini di scarso sapore
Coniglio al forno e patate preparate per il pranzo e serviti riscaldati a cena
Macedonia al limone servita senza nemmeno la forchetta per spremere i due pezzi di limone serviti

27/02/2025: Ottimo cibo , location bella e pulita ,staf gentile , tappa fissa per la mia famiglia ogni volta che andiamo all’outlet Franciacorta, domenica a pranzo anche con amici prima volta per loro e ne sono rimasti entusiasti . Lo consiglio a tutti !! Self service di alto livello !!

21/10/2023: servizio pessimo, dopo diversi solleciti prdndono ordinazione .
Chiediamo un ca del bosco prestige , e ci portano due calici oramai senza più perlage.
Dobbiamo pure insistere per farci portate delle patatine, questo dopo che la camerriera ci ha fatto pure pagare in anticipo e con fare maleducato subito la consumazione.
Pessima esperienza

27/04/2025: Eravamo con un gruppo di 26 persone...mezza pensione a prezzo fisso 75 euro a persona a notte.
Camere con arredamento attuale, non lussuose ma grqdevoli, letti comodi
Ci aspettavamo colazioni e cene abbastanza standardizzate con menu quasi fisso.
Invece siamo stati tutti piacevolmente sorpresi.
Cene e buffet colazione ottime.
A cena un buffet di antipasti notevolissimo: sformatini di verdure, pizzette, torta salata prosciutto e formaggio, frittatine con verdura, affettati, cocktail di gamberi, alici marinate, ciliegine di mozzarella, pomodori, insalata di mare, insalata russa... e sicuramente mi sto dimenticando qualcosa.
Poi il menu a " prezzo fisso" proponeva 4 primi e 4 secondi, oppure tagliata e verdura.. e dolce!
La scelta di primi e secondi,per niente banali, comprendeva tagliatelline alla polpa di granchio, caramelle alla bresciana, risotto fiori di zucca e speck e gnocchi con formaggio bagoss.
Per i secondi invece filetto di maiale arrosto, coniglio ripieno con accompagnamento di polenta, vitello arrosto con patate arrosto e branzino con verdure
Nelle due serate due dolci differenti, tiramisu e semifreddo al mandarino.
I camerieri gentili e disponibili.
Anche la colazione variata e abbondante... cereali, torte, cornetti di vario tipo, frutta, yogurt, succhi di frutta di buona qualità, te e caffe freddo a buffet piu caffè e cappuccini espressi dal bar.
Per essere in un viaggio di gruppo non potevamo capitare meglio. Un saluto e un ringraziamento dal gruppo trekking!!
23/12/2024: Ieri Domenica 22 Dicembre ‘24 con il gruppo di famiglia abbiamo pranzato al Ristorante Locanda Primavera di Rodengo Saiano (Bs) e siamo rimasti tutti soddisfatti sia del cibo che del servizio attento e cortese. Varietà nelle proposte e buffet antipasti e verdure ben fornito e di buona qualità. Ambiente sobrio ed elegante. Noi abbiamo optato per la scelta menù fine settimana: buffet antipasti e verdure, 4 scelte sia nel primo che nei secondi, acqua e caffè ad euro 25. Tutti i miei familiari hanno apprezzato questa scelta.
