A beautiful experience, a place surrounded by greenery among vineyards and fields, with everything carefully crafted inside, a warm and peaceful atmosphere.
The food experience was incredibly positive; I especially loved the uniquely prepared vegetables. If you're with more than two people, they offer a sharing menu, and while the portions may seem small, you'll be happy with the experience!
If you have any food intolerances or dietary restrictions, they offer very good alternatives!
Friendly and helpful staff, ample parking outside.

I passed. It wasn't a perfect lunch, as we had a reservation on Saturday at 1:30 PM and were served whipped butter, bread, focaccia, and an amuse bouche at 2:25 PM. But from that point on, everything was excellent: the dishes (€65 menu), the attentive service, and the kindness of the staff. The place is a bit basic, but we truly ate very well and a lot, and that's the most important thing for me. We'll see you again!

A remarkable experience, even for vegetarians. Dishes are carefully crafted with flavor combinations, the staff are very friendly, the wine selection is excellent, and the ambiance is simple yet refined. The welcome from the kitchen captivates the palate: goat butter, sourdough bread on a hay bowl, and a small vegetable croque.
The gnocchi with grilled peas are excellent. Interesting desserts. Worth a stop.

So-so experience.
A very nice and intimate restaurant, with very creative and unique food, and excellent ingredients (medium-high prices).
The only downside, unfortunately, is the service, which is definitely too slow! I fully understand that weekend lunches can be chaotic everywhere, but I don't think it's acceptable to wait 20 minutes for a menu and another 35 minutes for food.
We were also hoping to visit the dairy to purchase the products they've promoted so much on their channels, but unfortunately it was closed.
We did, however, appreciate being able to go into the barn and pet the goats; they were so cute!

I'm very happy I tried Il Colmetto, finding it lived up to my expectations and the positive reviews I'd heard. We had lunch on the bright veranda, in a fresh and youthful atmosphere. Since there were six of us, we couldn't order à la carte, so we opted for the "reduced" tasting menu, to which we added pigeon and sweetbreads (the winning dish for me). Aside from the meats ordered separately and the final course, the delicious suckling pig, the rest of the dishes were vegetarian. The dishes were well-crafted, well-balanced, with excellent ingredients and well-prepared. The whipped goat butter was amazing.

A set menu of exceptional quality. The farm-fresh vegetables are delicious and expertly prepared. The goat butter is excellent. The wine selection is very good.
The dishes are superb.
Expensive, but worth the price.
The goat farm is very clean: the level of care given to the animals is truly remarkable.
Top-notch.
