28/04/2026: Nice, spacious place with an outdoor area. Good pizzas with quality ingredients. The desserts are also excellent. The only reason we're missing a star is because we waited 50 minutes after ordering and noticed that a table after us, all of whom were having pizza, was served first.

07/06/2026: A very nice, unpretentious spot for an ice cream or aperitif by the lake. Beautiful views of the lake (I recommend going at sunset).

30/05/2026: I went for lunch today... very nice place as described in the other posts, the staff doesn't do table service but is very kind and efficient... the sandwich was a bit so-so... but the view made up for it all! The only downside was the music was too loud and inappropriate in style... it was hard to chat.

07/08/2026: Tried the pizza for the first time a week ago: a marinara, and my companion's pizza was with spicy salami (which wasn't spicy), red onion, and gorgonzola (alas, not melted). In any case, the dough was terrible and hard to digest. The (kind) waitress informed me that it would be the classic pizza with a crust (and to be honest, my mouth was already watering!) - my marinara arrived (and if I order it, I know to expect passata and garlic). The garlic was barely noticeable, and it was chopped very finely and put in three bunches, burnt and dry. My companion's pizza: salami not spicy, gorgonzola not melted, raw onion... what surprises me is that it's a historic pizzeria (I asked about it, and having recently moved to the lake, I wanted a reference to a historic and local pizzeria), but apart from the furniture, there's nothing historic about it. The water glasses were the ones used for Fernet Branca Menta, and I had to refill them three times to drink (but let's leave that aside). Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I strongly advise against it.

05/07/2026: Would only recommend booking here if you want your nice lake holiday to be a stressful experience! Two hours after check-in had already opened, while we were on our way to the hotel, we received a message (outside of the official Booking.com platform) informing us that our room was no longer available and that we had been moved to a different hotel. We were given no choice in the matter and no offer of a refund. We understand that unexpected issues can happen. However, the replacement hotel was over 15 minutes away in a less desirable area, and both the toilet and air conditioning in our room barely worked. We were repeatedly told it was a "4-star hotel," but that did not reflect our experience. From what we could see, even the nicest room at the replacement hotel cost at least €75 less per night than the room we had booked at Hotel Alessi. When we made the simple request to see a receipt showing what Hotel Alessi had paid for the replacement room so we could understand the price difference, both hotels refused despite multiple requests in person and by email. They would only show us the receipt for what we had paid to Hotel Alessi. When we requested a partial refund, we were offered a small amount of cash—far less than the apparent difference in value—and were asked not to report the situation to Booking.com. That alone raised serious concerns. To make matters worse, the explanation for why our reservation was cancelled kept changing. First we were told that another guest had extended their stay. Then we were told the bathroom in our room had flooded. Finally, we were told the hotel had simply been overbooked. Overall, the entire experience felt extremely unprofessional and lacking in transparency. Whether due to poor management or something else, we were left paying for a premium hotel while being moved to a significantly cheaper and lower-quality one, with no clear explanation and no fair compensation. I would not book here again.

05/05/2026: I expected better; the vegetables seemed frozen and hard. The pasta was cold; there was an option to reheat it in the microwave, but it was already overcooked. The grated cheese was poor.

12/07/2026: One of the best and most digestible pizzas in the area. Very fair prices, and the owners are very kind and helpful. They always respect their schedule, except for rare delays.

26/05/2026: Unfortunately, we didn't really like the pizza! We're used to something different at Lake Garda. The dough was dry and tasteless, and it was overbaked, so it was too hard. But that's just a matter of taste. The people there are incredibly kind and friendly. It just wasn't quite right for us.

18/08/2026: I ordered a third of a pizza on a Monday night, not too late, but it was quite crowded. We waited a good half hour for the food, but that's to be expected. It's a unique and pleasant place.

16/08/2026: Beautiful place right on the lake. Exceptional grilled food and pizzas too. Excellent aperitifs. Breakfasts are also good; they usually open at 9:00, but if you arrive at 10:00, they're almost out of croissants, so you have to make do. Overall, very good.

16/08/2026: Terrible experience and poor management. My little dog was attacked from behind by a larger dog (there were two dogs at the same table, without muzzles in hand, in a very cramped space, and if I hadn't instinctively picked him up, he would have ended up completely in its teeth!). Some of the staff approached us in a friendly manner, but one young man, rude and aggressive, didn't care what happened, yelling that he'd seen everything. He chose to send me away, even though I had just entered the restaurant, asking if I'd paid (and thank goodness he'd seen it)! All this while the other dog still had the dog's hair in its mouth, with no concern whatsoever for whether anyone had been injured (the customers sitting nearby were frightened and got up from their seats). Most of the customers approached, confirming the unpleasant and distressing behavior.
