16/11/2025: We stayed at this property for one night, and, aside from its location, I believe it doesn't even begin to meet the standards of a true four-star establishment. The room, advertised as "Superior," featured a double bed that was actually two single beds joined together with only a bedspread, an unacceptable solution for the category and price. Furthermore, we found the room to be poorly cleaned, with visible dust buildup especially on the coat hangers and the sealed toiletries. The hotel advertises a 24-hour reception, but when we requested a late checkout (even for a surcharge) on the morning of our departure, we were incomprehensibly told that "THE HOTEL CLOSES ON SUNDAYS AND WE COULD ONLY DELAY 30 MINUTES," raising serious concerns about the hotel's management and essential services. The breakfast service also proved lacking: although the receptionist claimed it was available until 10:30, when we arrived at 10:00, the selection was extremely limited. I understand the challenges of the low season, but this isn't a marginal reduction in service, but rather a lack of minimum standards of hospitality and cleanliness consistent with a 4-star rating. An urgent review of the standards offered is needed.

The place has a great atmosphere — cozy and friendly — and the prices are really fair. Highly recommend this pizzeria to anyone looking for great food and good vibes!

10/03/2026: The atmosphere is the same, after all, but what I didn't understand was... I ordered one dish, but they brought me another... I mean, you can see that the dish I ordered on the menu doesn't have radicchio, but cherry tomatoes... and the other ingredients too. I asked the waiter if it was the right dish, a bit hesitant, and the answer was "Yes," in a rather unpleasant tone. After the answer, I raised the issue of the vast difference between the ingredients listed on the menu and those presented, and the answer was "bring me some cherry tomatoes." Wow, well done, I hope the boss can sort out this unpleasant service.

07/03/2026: Italian My first impression wasn't very positive. The place was extremely noisy, almost like a football stadium. It was difficult even to talk at the table. Furthermore, the temperature inside was too high. Even for someone like me, who tends to feel cold easily, the environment was truly suffocating. Ordering didn't go smoothly either. We chose a few dishes from the menu, but shortly afterward, we were informed that they were no longer available. So we were forced to change our order. It wasn't a good start, especially since those dishes were still on the menu. I ended up ordering fried vegetables with seafood. Unfortunately, the dish that arrived was very different from what I expected. The dominant flavor was salt. The seafood and vegetables had almost lost their natural flavor. It was so salty that to eat it, I had to remove the fried outer layer and eat only the inside. Obviously, this completely ruined the experience. Overall, the value for money was disappointing. For the price, neither the service nor the food lived up to expectations. Considering how often this place is recommended and praised, my experience was rather ordinary, if not downright disappointing. In short, it seemed decidedly overrated. 06/09/2025: One of the best Doner wraps I’ve ever had. A must if you need an escape from the delicious Italian food of Desenzano. Quick, tasty, and good portions. A spot I would likely frequent if I lived here, but definitely one I will stop at on every visit!

20/06/2025: Comida encantadora, servicio discreto, vale la pena una visita, un poco caro pero muy bueno, la señora que lo dirige claramente se enorgullece de hacer que la gente se sienta bienvenida que es en realidad lo que sucedió. Recomendaría

20/06/2025: Qué maravilloso hallazgo. Simplemente soberbio. El cerdo ibérico estaba particularmente delicioso y la pavlova para terminar. Personal encantador, decoración y ambiente! Probablemente nuestra mejor comida en Desenzano...
