Today I had lunch with a friend, for the first time, at this restaurant. The atmosphere is beautiful and welcoming. The menu is varied and the dishes are very good. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. The staff is very kind and friendly. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

We went for lunch on Saturday, January 11, 2026. We were looking for a typical Bergamo restaurant and, while browsing the internet, we found Trattoria Sole. We had lunch for two, accompanied by our two furry friends. The house appetizer was excellent. The first courses were also good (the spectacular pappardelle with venison ragù and the excellent porcini mushroom ravioli). This was followed by a tender roast veal that melted in your mouth with perfectly cooked taragna polenta. Dessert: panettone with mascarpone cream, a delicious sparkling white wine by the glass with a fruity flavor, and coffee. It's a shame we were just passing through, but if we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back. Excellent food quality. Renovated location. Service: good

The food was average, but the prices were decidedly high for the quality and type of restaurant. The wine markup was excessive, more than triple the retail price, and the wines were quite commercial. The focaccia wasn't bad, but the pizza would be worth trying.
