10/03/2026: I went for lunch at 1:00 PM on a Tuesday in March and was informed that they had run out of bread. Unusual for a normal Tuesday lunchtime. When I asked what they had on the menu, I was directed to the "special" sandwiches. When I asked what bread they had for the special sandwiches, I was informed that it was defrosted bread. I'm attaching the receipt for two sandwiches consumed away from home and two Coke Zeros. The sandwich was average, neither good nor bad. A sandwich I can easily replicate at home. The sausage in the center was still raw. Avoid!!!!!!

20/12/2025: Everything was perfect, the food and the service. We had the "tasting platter," the grilled branzi, and the burger, which were truly excellent. We'll definitely be back.

21/01/2026: I've been to Capatoast in the Cucine di Curno restaurant for lunch a couple of times with my husband. They have a wide selection, including vegetarian options, and the dishes we've ordered have always been delicious. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. Ideal for a quick lunch.

16/01/2026: Yesterday, as often happens, I stopped by the center for a smoothie. 7:15 PM, the clerk, a little annoyed, tells me that she's already cleaned the machine so she can't make it for me. Capatoast closing time in the Curno kitchens = 9 PM. 😅😅😅😅

The room was already empty at 2:10, and the lack of aromas, combined with the photos of the dishes, didn't bode well. Difficult to find, and not even a sign indicating the way; the only indication was in front of the cemetery. Very expensive, by the way. Highly not recommended.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the ingredients were excellent: everything was delicious and cooked with love and passion! 07/03/2026: The food was quite good. The situation, however, was absurd: if you sit at a table of 12 and 10 people want to taste something, they can't; everyone has to do it. After politely asking if it was possible to make an exception, the (very kind) waitress went to ask and said it was possible, but, in her words: "We'll check if they take anything from your dishes or use the water that's part of the tasting packages. If they eat something from someone else's tasting, they'll pay the full price for the tasting." We felt very uncomfortable. The idea was to get an elderly person a single dish and, if anything, have them taste something from our dishes, with the risk, however, that they'd check to see if she tasted anything so they could charge her full price. It was truly embarrassing, a bad experience. In any case, the waitresses were very kind.

12/03/2026: We ate at Chalet Paradais 3 days out of 3 for lunch. Very convenient for its speed and location. It's convenient for cross-country skiers, both within walking distance and those using the ski lift to reach the 1km slope. The restaurant is very beautiful and well-kept. It offers a variety of dishes, from sandwiches to platters. It would be nice to have bread from the bakery, so the SCHILPARIO bakery would also work, but the sandwiches, although good, come with frozen bread in plastic bags. The platter was excellent, and the beers even better. Piadina is best left to the locals. Very friendly and helpful staff. Recommended.
