25/09/2025: Price-performance ratio is not right at all.

14/09/2025: I had lunch on Saturday at Ristorante Centrale, in a pleasant setting that conveys a sense of history and tradition. Unfortunately, however, my experience was disappointing in several respects, and the dishes offered did not live up to the (definitely excessive) asking price. The quality-price ratio, therefore, leaves much to be desired. A wasted opportunity; I won't be returning.

08/07/2025: Non è un posto cattivo, ma neppure un posto in cui tornerei di corsa. Il locale si presenta un po' vecchio negli arredi e nelle stoviglie. Il servizio è, seppur simpatico, un po' lento ed impreciso. La qualità delle pizze è assolutamente nella norma (io ho preso una salsiccia e friarielli), nulla di più, non ci sono proposte particolarmente interessanti.

17/06/2025: Beggars and starving, after having made me pay 50 cents for a glass of water without it being on the menu (illegal in Italy) they even greeted me with a hello and a mocking smile after I left.

13/06/2025: Situato all'uscita del percorso della pinacoteca. Mi avvicino alla cassa e vengo aggredita verbalmente dalla cassiera che mi dice che loro hanno servizio al tavolo. Mi spiazza perchè' non mi ero posta il problema. Mi vede un addetto alla sala, che si trovava di fianco a me , e gentilmente mi dice: lei può andare dove vuole. Mi metto al banco, attendo quanto ordinato. Arriva altra gente e per educazione mi sposto, verso l'angolo del bancone. Vedo che al di fuori del luogo dove le persone mangiano ci sono tavolini vuoti, davanti a una panca , contro parete. Allora prendo tazza e piattino e cercando di non sporcare mi appoggio al tavolino, ci sarei stata 2 minuti senza togliere il posto a nessuno. Dopo 1 minuto vengo raggiunta da un cameriere che mi invita ad alzarmi perché io avevo pagato la consumazione al banco e non seduta. Trovo vergognoso questo trattamento . Tra l'altro il bar non offre neanche la toilette, perché a richiesta ti inviano fuori dove vanno tutti, anche chi entra dall'esterno dal cortile e non visita la pinacoteca. Praticamente quasi una toilette pubblica. Ritengo che questo comportamento strida con la cultura di cui respira l'aria. La cultura deve dissociarsi da questo finto lusso e dalla cafoneria.

11/11/2025: The overall dining experience was... okay. The food was pretty mid.Nothing outright bad, but nothing memorable either. Flavors lacked depth, portions were a bit inconsistent. The tiramisu, in particular, was a letdown. It was more of a cream splatter than a proper dessert. The texture was off, the coffee flavor was faint, and the garnish felt randomly thrown on for color rather than taste. That said, the service was rather great.The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely made an effort to ensure we were comfortable. If only the kitchen matched their energy.

11/11/2025: €10.10 for a piece of toast (€7.50) and a bottle of water (€2.60) is excessive. The toast wasn't even toasted, it was slightly warmed, but the cheese hadn't even melted.

29/03/2025: Very nice place with live music, but it's a shame because it's very small (the photos aren't recent and don't show the exact location). Good service and reasonable prices.

31/10/2025: The place is truly charming and well-kept, perfect for a quiet evening with friends or as a couple. The wine selection is good, with some interesting labels. However, the food isn't up to par: the portions are tiny, and the dishes—though beautifully presented—absolutely don't justify the prices. It's a shame, because the atmosphere and wine list deserve better, but the food really leaves a bad taste in the mouth (and, unfortunately, an empty stomach).

13/09/2025: Very friendly, very reasonable prices for the area. The perfect place for an after-work aperitivo.

15/11/2025: I happened to be passing by and was pleasantly surprised by the positivity that this wonderful, timeless location exudes. The waitress with the curly hair is incredibly kind and professional. The food is truly delicious. Excellent value for money.

09/11/2025: Saturday night aperitif, we ordered an aperitif for two and they brought: 1 glass of water with 4 chips 2 squares of pizza 2 squares of focaccia 2 squares of empty toast... there was probably only cheese. Terrible!!

11/09/2025: overcooked spaghetti, small portions, some flour instead of parmesan, French fries made from defrosted semi-finished products, piña colada without ice and decorations. There were four of us, we all ordered different dishes and the only thing that tasted good was grilled vegetables. For the same money you can find a better restaurant and enjoy real Italian cuisine. Their only big plus is the location and fast service.

06/09/2025: I would say that my experience is not positive...in fact disappointing at best...I asked for 1 courgette brie and there wasn't any...ok I can understand...but asking for 1 mushroom p and a pizza like that arrives no way...there was no mushroom p...it really had nothing to throw away

07/10/2025: Rude and arrogant. They make a fuss and look askance at you if you pay for breakfast with a credit card.

05/08/2025: A delightful, clean, and welcoming place. A very pleasant atmosphere. Added to this is the friendliness and kindness of the owners and staff. Breakfast features delicious croissants and cakes, creamy coffee, and delicious cappuccino. For lunch, Apulian cuisine and many other dishes. Both the first and second courses are delicious. In the evening, aperitifs are served, and you can also purchase wines because it's also a wine shop. In short, since I first came here, I continue to go often because I've had such a great time. I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed.

17/10/2025: The pizza was good, the pasta was so-so, and the portion was small (despite being considered large)

13/10/2025: Everything was great, but there were a lot of people smoking outside. That's why it took one star off. The food was excellent.

26/10/2025: Hardly anyone and a 10-minute wait for a beer, a cold tea, and a coffee that arrives cold. The waiters are as unfriendly as can be. The price? €16.50!!! Pure and simple theft. Move on!

24/10/2025: We came to this bar for spritz, and after being seated it took more than 10 mins for someone to take our order, and then after about 20 mins waiting for our 2 drinks we had to wave down the waiter to ask if our drinks were coming. We asked if it was possible to smoke in the outside area and were told no, which would have been fine, but we noticed that many other patrons of the bar were smoking in the same area, as well as some of the staff. After receiving the bill, we realized we had also been charged a cover charge, so our two spritzes ended up costing us 22 euros, which was a surprise after the abysmal service.

08/11/2025: A group of five girls, we were in line from 11:30 PM, and by 1:30 AM we still hadn't gotten in. Entry is based on acquaintances and those who pay for the table (€500); others don't get in. There's no staff; they don't listen or communicate. It's perfect for wasting time in the cold at night. Otherwise, I'm giving it one star only because I can't give it zero.

05/11/2025: Entering this place is like stepping into a social experiment: how long can someone last before regretting leaving home? The space is so small that breathing becomes a luxury, and cleanliness seems more philosophical than practical. The management is astounding: it almost seems as if the goal is to test the customers' patience. All this is topped off with prices that make you think of a high-end experience, when in reality you're just trapped in a place that seems to be surviving by inertia. In short, a place that manages to combine discomfort, disorder, and superficiality into a single, unforgettable disappointment. Congratulations—it's not easy to achieve such a result.
