13/07/2025: This was my first time ordering from this pizzeria, and I have to say I was very pleased. The pizzas were made with quality ingredients and delivered on time! I definitely recommend this place.

18/05/2025: A complete disappointment, even though the place is very nice. The service was extremely poor and rude. The food was basic and not good at all. With so many options in Milan, I will definitely never return.

07/11/2025: At my table, they ordered chocolate salami. What can I say? Immoral? Dimensionless? I admit, however, that it takes some ingenuity to slice it that thin. Extremely sophisticated equipment. It resembles slices of bresaola more than chocolate salami. There was nothing inviting about it, and terrified by what I saw, I avoided ordering dessert for fear of finding another surgical procedure on my plate. Bad marketing; peeking from the next table is the best way to sell something!

27/10/2025: I've been a customer of the restaurant group to which Grill Inn belongs for ten years. Grill Inn deserves to be known for the courtesy, professionalism, and helpfulness of the staff led by Manager Giuseppe, and for the professionalism of Chef Aldo, who, with the help of other chefs, prepares succulent dishes. Don't hesitate to reserve a table. Manager Giuseppe is no longer with us. Jimmy has replaced him. A very courteous and polite young man. He puts customers at ease and respects their needs. He does everything possible to make your meal a pleasant one, also respecting your time to eat. Chef Aldo is also no longer with us. He has been replaced by another equally professional chef, who is supported by highly trained sous-chefs.

17/10/2025: I've known this place for years, frequenting it for both lunch and dinner. The location is pleasant and suitable for couples, small groups, or larger ones, thanks to its well-designed dining rooms. The ethnic decor makes it a pleasant place to be. Over the years, the staff has always remained friendly and attentive to customer needs. The menu offers a variety of dishes, but the quality isn't top-notch and, consequently, doesn't match the prices. Perhaps the value for money is better during lunchtime, which offers a special menu. Unfortunately, the place is noisy, even when it's not crowded.

13/11/2025: For a quick breakfast or lunch. Helpful and courteous staff. Clean place. In the summer there are also tables outside.

27/05/2025: The owners are helpful and friendly. The food is more than satisfactory, as is the service. Clean and pleasant atmosphere. I recommend it for a business lunch, whether you want to dine alone or with friends. Cinzia

23/06/2025: I go every now and then for coffee/breakfast, and to pick up packages. The coffee is good and the staff is kind, except when it's getting close to closing... Quite difficult to park.

27/10/2025: We stopped for lunch. The place with a lovely view of the lake is beautiful. We ordered an appetizer, a platter of cold cuts and cheeses (so-so) and two first courses, which were excellent and plentiful.

16/10/2025: It seems the management has changed; in the past, we didn't wait as long to be served, and the food was better. We appreciated the fact that they offered us limoncello and focaccia as an apology.

07/11/2025: I don't know if it's this store that has such a calm, laid-back staff that it almost seems like they're doing you a favor by working, but waiting 40 minutes for a piadina in a restaurant with five people waiting seems way too much. At this point, I'm going to the restaurant for lunch.

02/11/2025: One of the brand's best outlets. I've eaten there several times and tried various piadinas. All are well-filled, well-cooked, and made with impeccably crafted dough, including the perfectly fried fries. The place, despite being small, is clean and the staff are welcoming. I'll definitely be back!!!!!!

23/09/2025: Food: The menu is varied but doesn't follow a specific theme, but what I ate was very good. The portions were too generous, and to reduce costs and increase sales, they should be smaller (so I ordered a second course as well). Service: Good and friendly, truly worthy. Atmosphere: Needs revisiting. Advice to customers: Try it, you won't regret it! Advice to management: Invest some of your profits by hiring a consultant to reorganize the space and make it more welcoming. Revise the menu to give yourself a distinct identity, based on the most popular dishes currently available. Expand the wine list. If you do everything I suggest, increase the average price by €2-3 (at least) per course.

11/10/2025: It's unthinkable to pay €8 for a bottle of water. Not even Venice and Cortina have these prices. The sign outside refers to an aperitivo, not a bottle of water. If you're a professional, you should have warned us about this. You've lost customers.

10/10/2025: Yesterday I had a bad experience, the staff was rude, the place I wouldn't recommend. ⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️ No, it's Anchora 👎 Water: 2 half-liter plastic bottles, 8 euros each! Absurd!

22/09/2025: The place was dirty, the bathroom sink was full of hair and there were no towels to dry it. The table where I ate dessert and coffee was dirty. The guy who served me didn't even bother to remove the crumbs. A soulless place.

05/04/2025: Prima volta nella città di Bergamo . Sono stata in questo ristorante dove ho potuto assaggiare Piatti tipici della tradizione. Carrello di formaggi e dolci, cibo davvero buono, presentazione e accoglienza attenta ad ogni esigenza. Lo consiglio.

05/04/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale dopo diverse recensioni da parte di amici e devo dire che ci ritorneremo molto volentieri: cortesia, qualità e professionalità fanno di questo ristorante un’eccellenza. Dall antipasto al secondo , tutto veramente buono e tipico bergamasco. Camerieri attenti e disponibili per ogni esigenza del cliente ( comprese allergie importanti) . Prezzi medi , qualità eccezionale! Da ritornarci!

27/10/2025: It's very dirty inside, and it's scary to go into the toilet. The coffee is not tasty, we bought 2 more espressos to add to our cappuccino. We haven't done anything like that in Italy yet🤦‍♀️ I would recommend a general cleaning of this establishment👌

01/10/2025: The coffee is mediocre, the staff is rude, and the price of coffee has been increased without changing the price on the billboards. There are better and cheaper cafes in the area.

17/11/2025: We went on Saturday the 15th for my sister-in-law's 40th birthday and were absolutely delighted. The staff was excellently organized. Excellent cuisine; I'm personally quite picky, and all the dishes were to my liking. Excellent service, with Nassir (dining room) and Amin (bar) punctual, attentive, and friendly. The after-dinner entertainment was enjoyable, with dancing and fun for adults. The downsides were the parking (expensive) and the music (tasting bus), but it's definitely a place we'll definitely be back to party.

11/11/2025: I've been going there for years, and the place has continually evolved, always keeping up with the times. Excellent management, friendly staff, and perfect artistic direction! Whoever comes here, always comes back.

29/08/2025: Average pizzas. There's a lot of traffic, and they're inexperienced and slow in producing pizza pans. Service is lacking.

25/08/2025: A good focaccia, at a fair price.
