05/06/2025: A beautiful culinary experience: good and well-prepared dishes, with high-quality ingredients. A big praise to the staff, very helpful and friendly, with a special mention to the owner and her son, truly kind and welcoming. The only sore point is the quality-price ratio. Our dinner for two was pleasant, but with a bill of €90 for a plate of veal with tuna sauce, an onion tarte tatin (exceptional but mini), a Russian salad, a tasting of cheeses (3 types), and two glasses of wine, and the portions were a bit small for the overall cost. We understand that quality has to be paid for, but the price seemed excessive to us. However, we appreciated the idea of ​​the “La Formule” menu, which offers 3 dishes of your choice for €30 (drinks not included): at this point I think we will return to try it, hoping for an equally pleasant but more convenient experience! Excellent wine cellar and a refined, intimate environment far from the chaos of the city. Perfect for a relaxing aperitif or a dinner with friends/couples.

09/11/2025: Two couples went for Sunday lunch, after receiving several recommendations from friends. The food was quite good, except for the sliced ​​potatoes, which tasted like the frozen ones you'd find in any supermarket. Unfortunately, however, we must point out a notable disparity in the portions of the first courses: ours seemed like simple samples compared to those served at other tables. This was true for both the tagliatelle with mushrooms and the pizzoccheri. It's a shame we have to highlight this difference in customer service!

07/11/2025: Two plates of Ossobuco were completely salty and the meat was poor quality, full of sinew, not enough meat. €23 is definitely too much. Standard service quality or not, they do just what's necessary. A SHAME!

13/10/2025: We went for an aperitif. Excellent and generous appetizers. Excellent value for money. For a few euros more, you can add a nice touch of parmesan, fresh Italian mushrooms, and truffle. Excellent quality. Worth the money. We'll be back. Tip: Pick up the pizzas in person, don't rely on websites or Raiders.

12/10/2025: Disappointing experience and terrible management We went last night for the famous "apericena," advertised everywhere at €20 per person with a first drink included. At the table, the girl confirmed the same price: €20 per person with a drink included. At the cashier, however, a surprise: €25 per person. When I pointed this out, I was told (only afterwards!) that "there was truffle." It's a shame no one had communicated this beforehand, not at the table, not on social media, not on the menu. A price increase without warning is simply unfair. We also had a flyer with a 15% discount, which had been given to us during an event: we asked for it and applied it, but in the end we paid €85 for four of us, which is more than we would have spent without the discount! Totally absurd and managed like an amateur. The owner, when contacted the next morning, admitted he "forgot to mention it," but made no effort to remedy the situation. A reputable establishment, faced with a mistake like this, would have truly apologized, perhaps offering a small gesture or refunding the difference. But nothing. Result: €25 for an aperitif and a total lack of fairness and transparency. Misleading advertising and questionable management. I absolutely do not recommend it. And, if you decide to go, ask first how much it really costs... because here prices change by word of mouth and unexpectedly. What a disappointment!

21/09/2025: A group of 20 people booked a room off to the side, and upon arrival, we were told, "The dog isn't allowed." Never mind that dogs are allowed in the supermarket, but everyone does what they want at home. We offered to move to the (empty!) outdoor tables, and a staff member gave us the okay. The owner proceeded to verbally attack his staff member, who had given us the okay, saying that only one person was allowed to eat outside. A true gentleman! Obviously, we'll never return, not even under torture. Such rudeness.

21/09/2025: A beautiful refuge. Well-maintained, clean and tidy, and the food is delicious. A pleasant hike from the Bobbio plains. The hosts are welcoming and professional.

19/10/2025: We went there today for the first time. We had a really good pizza. The meat and vegetable carpaccio was truly delicious. The location was truly beautiful, the place was truly welcoming and pleasant. The staff were truly kind, smiling, and helpful. A special thank you for your kindness, helpfulness, and support to Denis and Dilan for helping us manage our little Ginevra.

20/09/2025: The place, formerly Riva caffè has interiors that remind the wood Riva boats and nice tables outside. The best food in town, also when other place are close. Pizza has a special shape, remembering a boat. Service top, always fast.

10/11/2025: A traditional family-run trattoria. Very good food, a wide variety of dishes, and delicious desserts. Fair prices and a pleasant atmosphere.

05/11/2025: Small restaurant with just a few tables, simple but truly delicious dishes, made with quality ingredients. The vitello tonnato is one of the best I've had in years. I'm celiac, so they even have homemade gluten-free ravioli. They're also very careful about cross-contamination. Unparalleled value for money. I'll definitely be back.

19/10/2025: We ordered a charcuterie and cheese platter and two first courses: homemade tagliatelle with mushrooms and blueberry risotto. The platter was the only dish we enjoyed. I can't say the same for the other two dishes. The tagliatelle seemed industrially made and, what's more, was smothered in cream (not listed on the menu), and the mushroom flavor was nonexistent. Likewise, the blueberry risotto tasted only of parmesan cheese, and the only color of blueberries was blueberries. The only saving grace for this place is the kindness of the staff.

17/09/2025: The accommodation is located in a beautiful area. The view outside the window is very beautiful. The staff provides good service and the price is not expensive.

13/11/2025: We chose this place as a place to use a Smartbox voucher for an aperitivo (abundant and tasty), and then continued the evening with dinner, which was delicious. The owners were kind and helpful. I needed to move my reservation, which I had made with a gift certificate, and it was no problem. Highly recommended!

03/11/2025: The maître d' was very friendly until we asked if we could eat inside. At that moment, everything changed. He ushered a group ahead of us and seated us at a table in near darkness. From then on, we had to call the waiters over to be seen. The food was average, and the price wasn't bad considering its proximity to the city center. We won't be back.

And of course also the owners of Posteria I Sabbioni!!! 🙏🙏 I've never been here I have to say Very Very Beautiful!!!!...I recommend it to everyone.... Here's a tip that I feel is necessary for anyone planning to go. We recommend going after 8:00 pm for dinner and for lunch ask for information at the restaurant due to ACTIVE CAMERAS, I believe the ZTL (limited traffic zone).

29/07/2025: I recently dined at this restaurant, and while the meal was delicious, my experience was marred by the service regarding the wine. I ordered a 13.5% wine, but was served a 14.5% wine, which turned out to be undrinkable. After reporting this issue, I requested a change of wine, and both wines were taken into account at checkout. Unfortunately, the staff were not understanding and offered no goodwill. It is disappointing to see that an establishment of this reputation does not take customer feedback into account, especially when it comes to wine, which should be a pleasant experience. I can only recommend being vigilant when choosing your wine at this restaurant.
