16/06/2025: Very nice hotel, recently renovated and with a beautiful style of furniture. The food in the restaurant is sublime, a not indifferent assortment of dishes. Very good Neapolitan pizza as well as all the meat and fish dishes. The staff is very kind and friendly. Highly recommended!

08/06/2025: The pizza was delicious. The waiters were the epitome of unfriendliness, rude and bad-tempered. Being a guest here is no fun. I wouldn't recommend it!!

13/06/2025: It's not a question of price: when I choose a restaurant, I do it to have a pleasant experience, to feel pampered, certainly not to be made fun of. After waiting over 30 minutes before a waiter noticed us, the first course finally arrives: my dish, however, had less than half the portion of my companion. When I pointed out the obvious difference, the waiter reacted by laughing, dismissing the matter with a "they made it by mistake in the kitchen". An unacceptable behavior that completely ruins the experience. Mediocre food

31/05/2025: The restaurant of the San Lorenzo hotel, family-run, not bad and equipped with a large room. Good selection of meat and mushroom dishes and average prices, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel/restaurant is located on the road that leads from the center of Santo Stefano d'Aveto to Rocca, more or less halfway. Informal and quiet atmosphere, perfectly suited to the town.

17/05/2025: Premise, if the menu says tagliolini with shrimp and zucchini I expect shrimp. The price is not worth the dish. For 18 euros I would have eaten something else if the dish was this. I could have overlooked it, but I was terribly dissatisfied with the service. For health reasons I cannot drink while eating and being mocked by the waiter (Emanuele) in front of colleagues and customers was rather unpleasant, regardless of the fact that it was clearly visible. I had a good memory of the place, but after this experience we will definitely not return and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND anyone to go if these are the assumptions. Also keeping in mind that it is not the customer who has to ask for bread, paying 3 euros per person for the cover charge. As a restaurant worker for several years and knowing the job I expected more professionalism, respect and courtesy. Too bad. Total disappointment.

25/04/2025: Very good selection of pizza and sensational desserts. Especially the lemon sorbet and the tiramisu are highly recommended.

04/05/2025: Excellent! Le menu est allégé et raffiné, aussi bien pour manger une simple.pizza qu'un plat! Nous avions choisi une pizza sovrana et des "tagliolino fresco con gallinella"(petits morceaux tendres de poulet, taglatelles le tout arrosé d'une crème au citron- un vrai bonheur d'entrée en italie). Allez-y les yeux fermés...le patron est, qui plus est, très acceuillant!

29/04/2025: Siamo stati due mesi in trasferta a Ventimiglia e Il Vesuvio è diventato il nostro punto fisso. Locale sempre pulito, accogliente e curato. I titolari e il personale sono gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Il menù è vario e la pizza davvero eccezionale, con ingredienti di qualità e impasto leggero Un posto dove si mangia bene e ci si sente accolti. Consigliatissimo

29/04/2025: Per me è un piacere andare da Caterina perché ti accoglie con un sorriso sincero e poi il piacere di mangiare pietanze fatte da mani che amano questo mestiere e quindi ti regalano un’esperienza sensoriale; guardi il piatto e pensi: ancora un pezzetto!

02/06/2025: Piuttosto deludente abbiamo preso una pizza niente di speciale ma troppo salata una frittura di calamari e gamberi niente di eccezionale ma decisamente misera e soprattutto non da 20 euro e per completare il piatto visto che la sola frittura non lo avrebbe riempito neanche per metà hanno aggiunto una tristissima insalata decisamente scadente. Con due birre (moretti) e un caffè decisamente cattivo abbiamo speso 48,50 euro in due. Il conto inoltre mi è stato presentato da quella che immagino fosse la proprietaria simpatica come un dito in un occhio (per essere educato!). Ho anche sentito il commento del tavolo a fianco del nostro che, dopo aver avanzato buona parte della pizza, dicevano che molto probabilmente era la pizza peggiore che avessero mai mangiato...... Quindi assolutamente sconsigliabile per pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo, forse puntano solo ai francesi anche se non ce n'era neanche uno (forse avevano già provato il locale)......

12/06/2025: The order was taken quickly. A drink was forgotten. The food arrived at the same time but was lukewarm. Except for the children's pasta dishes. The portions were small and more suited to teenagers than adults. Very poorly presented. The lasagna was a lump of dough mixed with pesto. It had no bite and the taste wasn't what we're used to from Italy. The price was significantly too high for the portions.

08/06/2025: Fast service but terrible professionalism, unpleasant and unfriendly waitresses. Not great quality food. I will never go back and I don't recommend it

21/05/2025: Pizza al taglio, I think they also make the classic round one. I tasted several pieces, good and not expensive either. 6 mixed slices and 4 Ascoli olives 13 euros.

26/04/2025: SUPER focaccia from Bari! Not to mention the other pizzas, very kind staff and welcoming place. Absolutely worth trying.

17/06/2025: Abbiamo cenato qui per due sere, il locale è centrale e con un bel dehors, personale gentile e disponibile rispetto agli standard liguri. Piatti preparati con buoni ingredienti, quantità giuste come anche i prezzi. Entrambe le sere si sono un po' "incasinati" con le comande e il servizio, ma siamo in vacanza e quindi non ha creato particolari disagi. Da provare.

07/06/2025: Sono stato in questo ristorante oggi pomeriggio a pranzo. Abbiamo preso un tris di antipasti, una lasagna, due primi di pesce e una grigliata mista. Tutto molto buono, soprattutto la grigliata completa e leggera (calamari spettacolari). Prezzo ottimo per rapporto qualità/prezzo. Personale gentile e sorridente.

16/04/2025: L'intérieur est d'un décoration soignée avec quelques objets anciens. Je n'ai pas à me plaindre de l'accueil, ces dames sont charmantes. Par contre au niveau culinaire, ce jour la, j'ai pris du Lapin façon Ligurie : Quelle déception !! Pas de goût, viande ferme, quasi pas d'accompagnement. Dans ce genre de plat, le lapin doit être plus doré. Plat que j'ai délicieusement apprécié dans d'autres restaurants de Ligurie mais ici ça n'était vraiment pas le cas . Pour le reste ma femme a pris des raviolis qui me semble être avec sauce basilique. Elle a aimé mais un peu plus aurait été mieux. Il y a des restaurant qui vous donne un petit quelque chose à grignoter ou boire en arrivant , ici non. Et rien aussi en partant. Rapport qualité prix pas bon .

11/04/2025: El ambiente y la música hicieron un buen escenario. Personal muy agradable. Reserva una mesa a través de WhatsApp. Número en la ventana. Cerrado un jueves. No estoy seguro de por qué Trip Advisor dice cerrado temporalmente. Está abierto. Desafortunadamente la comida no es genial. La sopa de garbanzos era más o menos garbanzos en un tazón, y queso a la parrilla, un charco de queso derretido en una pizarra. Estofado de conejo básicamente un tazón de huesos con unas cuantas aceitunas. Quizás pedimos mal o simplemente no a nuestro gusto. El vino tinto de la casa era muy bueno. ¡Desearía haber pedido pasta! Trató de ordenar local, pero en esta ocasión, no fue la decisión correcta.

14/04/2025: Pub con menu vario, scelta di birre e cucina ligure veramente buona. Praticamente tutto fatto in casa, pasta servita in pentolino saporita e abbondante.

14/04/2025: Un endroit à ne pas rater si vous voulez passer un moment gourmet. Le restaurant est cosy. Le personnel est serviable, dynamique et à l'écoute. Les plats sont délicieux et succulents. Je recommande à 200%.
