Il giardino del papero In Viterbo

Cena di lavoro con colleghi eravamo 20 persone abbiamo preso un pò di tutto per assaggiare ogni cosa antipasto del papero e selezione di formaggi con mostarda e verdure fresche pastellate e fritte agnolotti fatti a mano con cime di rapa, risotto con gambero crudo, coscia di faraona farcita e filetto al tartufo bianco con funghi porcini e una torta sublime fatta con crema di nocciole e pandispagna

We found the restaurant by chance strolling through Viterbo and were surprised by the nice courtyard in the historic building (to be used in the summer, of course). The second surprise - after the building - was the friendlyness and warmth of the owner, who gave us a table. The third surprise was the excellent food - starting with the warm and homemade bread. We had little fried blinis of polenta with mushrooms, pasta with truffles, coppa di maiale, salmon with peas and ginger and a delicious semifreddo. Everything perfect and optically well presented. We will definitively come back.
