18/03/2026: A very large, spacious, and bright restaurant, reminiscent of a formal setting. The cuisine alternates local dishes with more unique offerings across all courses, with a special focus on grilled meats, the restaurant's true cornerstone.
The wild boar croquette as an appetizer is truly excellent, but the goose salami is a bit less so, as it's a bit bitter and its flavor is barely noticeable with the spinach. The pumpkin risotto is excellent, and the chocolate and pistachio tartlet is truly sublime. The wine list is extensive.
The service is prompt, and the prices are in line with the quality. Recommended for meat lovers, but not only.

08/03/2026: The restaurant is suitable for those with a moderate appetite. The food was good but the portions were very small, and the service is best left unsaid. The €30 dance menu with no choice was shocking; in all our years, we've never left the table feeling hungry. I can't say anything good or bad about the pizza, as we didn't order it, but looking at the ones passed around the tables nearby, they looked large and very tempting. The dance hall adjacent to the restaurant is decent, with two rooms for ballroom and Latin, and an excellent dance floor.
14/02/2026: I remember small portions, barely adequate desserts, but on the other hand there were tons of flies buzzing around the tables! ps The price was too high for what was offered, the location didn't live up to the prices.

29/11/2025: A charming place with a lovely spa where very competent staff pampers you. I recommend the massages and the spa, it's wonderful.
13/10/2025: Wrapping up our 1 month vacation in Italy, one of the best memories is our time spent at Valle del Marta.
Our Host (and owner) Mario was such a wonderful person who made our time there entertaining and he was extremely helpful (driving us in and out of Tarquinia for dinner each night.
The staff could not have been more friendly - thank you Alessandra and Rita. After a long trip in I would highly recommend a massage in the spa from Rita - excellent.
The pool and grounds were extremely beautiful and we even got a taste of the first grappa made this year by Franco (Mario’s brother). Not to mention their world class production of award winning brandy.
No matter where we go in Italy on our next trip - we will certainly stay and visit with our friends at Valle del Marta !!

09/09/2025: The agriturismo is located in the countryside halfway between Tarquinia and the Lido. During the summer, you can dine in the garden, and the interior is warm and welcoming.
The food is delicious and plentiful (appetizers and first courses in our case), and the staff are extremely friendly. Prices are average; definitely recommended.

20/08/2025: First time at this restaurant. The appetizers were all excellent, and the first courses were decent. I would pay attention to a few service details, such as serving wine to everyone and not leaving the appetizer plates in the center of the table.

08/03/2026: Small restaurant in the center of Tarquinia. The menu features local dishes, including meat and fish options.
We chose fish; we weren't particularly impressed with the simple, straightforward presentation. Unfortunately, the seafood appetizer was seasoned with a truly awful oil, which affected the overall outcome. The first course, en papillote, with paccheri and fish sauce, was good. The stuffed squid was good, neither good nor bad. The food was adequate, the staff friendly, and the atmosphere a bit too simple.

02/01/2026: High prices compared to the local average and lack of transparency in communication.
Several of us ordered a half chicken with a side dish of our choice for €15. Before ordering, we asked for clarification, and the owner told us we could freely choose a side dish from the menu, clearly implying it was included.
When we got the bill, however, a €7 side dish was added for each chicken, something never indicated on the menu. We paid without question, but this approach is misleading and leaves an unpleasant feeling.
I've attached a photo of the menu: the words "chicken with herbs and a side dish of your choice" legitimately suggest the side dish is included. Finding out only on the bill that each side dish costs €7 is perplexing, to say the least.
It's a real shame, because the atmosphere is beautiful, the waitress was very kind, and the food was good, but we felt cheated.
19/12/2025: We went out for dinner one evening in December. We ordered a wagyu burger, inedible; it wasn't wagyu, it smelled terrible, and it didn't even come with a side dish. €19...
The cube roll was as hard as a cobblestone...
Very good service.
