05/04/2026: I followed the advice of a colleague at the airport and was blown away: Black Flip is heaven in Fregene. The spaghetti with olive oil and shrimp is out of this world, paired with a delicious, crisp house white wine. ​You can taste the highest quality in every product, but the real added value is the staff: friendly, kind, and capable of making you feel at home. Beautiful place and magical atmosphere, I highly recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The price shown is for Easter Sunday.

29/03/2026: This evening I went back to eat at Sesto. I had a great time. The service was excellent, very attentive, and fast. The staff was helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is quaint and familiar. The food was excellent, and the prices were fair. I recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely evening just steps from the Fregene sea! Nerio Urbani

18/03/2026: Large room, small TV, the air conditioning unit on the balcony is loud and runs even when the air conditioning is off. The bathroom with toilet and bidet is clean. Breakfast is served in pre-packaged boxes, each individually wrapped in plastic. Housekeeper Simona is very nice and helpful.

12/04/2026: I recently visited this seafood restaurant and I have to say I was truly impressed. The food was excellent! We had several appetizers and first courses, all super fresh and delicious. You can really taste the quality of the fish and the attention to detail in the dishes, without being overly complicated. The place is welcoming, and the service was friendly and approachable, which is always a pleasure. It's one of those places you'll want to return to and recommend to friends without hesitation. If you like seafood, it's definitely worth a try!

Despite the large number of guests, it was an overall excellent experience, both in terms of taste and service. We ate seafood: appetizers and first courses were generous in quantity and exquisite in quality and freshness. The mussel sauté was excellent, so much so that our daughter even mopped up the dish. The dishes were also beautifully presented, with the chef's skill and expertise. As for the service, there was no excruciating wait, and indeed, the smile of the waiter who served us was remarkable, which is not easy to find these days among those who work in what is undoubtedly a demanding profession. The attention to detail in the ambiance and the spacious, clean, and hygienically impeccable bathrooms round out a truly positive experience. Highly recommended for those who want a family atmosphere while enjoying excellent seafood. The menu prices are in line with the quality and quantity of the food. UPDATE APRIL 6, 2026 An Easter Monday filled with excellent food in both quality and quantity, fast and friendly service, and professionalism—everything you'd expect from an excellent restaurant. I can only confirm and reiterate my already positive review from a year ago, adding the spectacular tagliolini with lobster, which were truly tasty and succulent. We enjoyed it so much that we couldn't help but mop up the bread for both the appetizer and the main course. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Despite the time and the busy restaurant, our table was ready after just 5 minutes. ​There are three things that make this place truly special: ​Availability: The staff greeted us with a smile, making us feel immediately welcome despite the late hour. ​Speed: The service was lightning-fast! From the initial wait to the arrival of our dishes, the timing was perfectly managed. ​Quality: Despite the speed, no detail was overlooked. Excellent raw materials and carefully prepared dishes. ​It's rare to find such a perfect combination of efficiency and goodness. 12/04/2026: Like every year I return, Ondanomala remains a sure thing! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and attentive. The restaurant offers tasty dishes made with fresh ingredients. The aperitif is also very well-curated, with always new and sophisticated drinks. You absolutely must go! Highly recommended!

28/03/2026: The atmosphere is charming, small, simple, and seaside, and the service is friendly and attentive. But we were truly disappointed with the food: the pasta with clams was overcooked and dry, the linguine allo scoglio was overcooked with seafood that lacked freshness, and the tomato sauce was thickened (with flour or something else) and tasted like a mush, lacking any seafood flavor. The fried anchovies were limp. The marinated anchovies with puntarelle were definitely a highlight, and they were very good. The price (€20 for a plate of pasta) is that of a good restaurant, the pasta is like a diner's menu. I'm sorry.

13/02/2026: A welcoming, experienced bartender offers drinks, excellent wines, excellent beers, sandwiches, and pasta dishes. On Sunday mornings, they serve delicious, fresh mini pastries, both at the counter and to take home. It doesn't have large dining rooms, but it does offer seating for 16 inside and 10 outside in the smoking area. It also has a sofa and a friendly, helpful staff. The bathroom is accessible, but the steps from the street are not. It also has public parking with a parking disc. I recommend it to everyone.
