21/02/2025: Che dire piacevole sorpresa lontano dal caos del lungomare si viene accolti dal propietario un ragazzo giovane Luca ma già con le idee chiare abbiamo preso menù degustazione che dire un susseguirsi di emozioni piatti di notevole fattura e spiegati dal propietario e sua madre nei minimi dettagli che dire torneremo a breve perché nel mondo della ristorazione e difficile oggi come oggi trovare qualità e prezzo spettacolari

20/02/2025: Ogni piatto è studiato nei minimi dettagli e sorprende piacevolmente gusto e vista, perché oltre ad essere gustosi ed innovativi, sono anche molto belli da osservare. Gli ingredienti di ottima qualità, sono sapientemente accostati e mescolati per ottenere un gusto straordinario e ogni boccone ti trasporta in un viaggio culinario unico. Consiglio di provarlo almeno una volta, sono sicura che come me lo amerete.

24/01/2025: Authentic taste and atmosphere! Reasonable price.

01/03/2025: We went on February 22, 2025 with five friends, on a Friday evening. We all chose the tasting menu. From the next day all five of us, without exception, felt sick, with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. For two of us this continued until Tuesday and in my case with antibiotics prescribed by the doctor. What can I say? It's true that it can happen, but it's not acceptable in a restaurant like this. But the worst thing is that, after reporting it to the restaurant, we would have expected at least to be contacted again to find out how we were doing and to have an apology from the chef. I would like to know at least if they complied with the legislation and reported the incident to the ASL.

17/02/2025: I was more than 6 months ago but I decided to write the review following other experiences in other restaurants. For me it was the first starred experience and I think I started in the best way. Given the experience I feel lucky because I believe that the second star will soon arrive. The service is very attentive and coordinated even in the times of positioning the dishes. The sommelier is highly trained and presents wines that are not only paired but also highly sought after. The wines, like the dishes, are beautifully presented and all tell a story. The dishes are wonderful, from the first to the last, they leave you amazed one after the other.

Truly elegant atmosphere, place with attention to the smallest details, dishes well balanced between taste, plating and quantity of food, compliments to the entire kitchen team, also to Nakay the waiter who took care of our table. His professionalism was impeccable. In an hour we were out, which was nice to have eaten at the right time, even though the room was full. Prices appropriate to the place and the menu. Highly recommended, I will definitely come back. Well done guys, keep it up.

07/02/2025: My wife and I had been curious about this place for some time and we finally managed to go there. Instead of the menu we chose one of the proposed menus, the Libera - Mente. The range of proposals offered was exceptional in both quality and presentation. Unfortunately my photos do not reflect the excellence of the dishes. The wine proposed by the sommelier, truly prepared, was perfect. A compliment also to the dining room staff who explain the dishes perfectly and are constant in their attention to customers. I don't recommend a particular dish because I wouldn't know which one to start with. In short, a truly unmissable experience. Congratulations to everyone.

28/01/2025: Beautiful experience. Special food and a truly comfortable and private environment. From the bread to the covered oil, the quality of the absolute quality raw materials is evident. I did the tasting course for €65, I recommend it for the abundance of courses and the really tasty dishes.

05/02/2025: Lets just start with amazing, unforgettable and flawless. Its hard to find words that do justice to how special this place is that haven't been used in countless reviews below already! From day one having booked our wedding for July 2023 any email or questions asked of Silvia, Cristina and Mariya were answered within 24hrs. Remarkable communication with endless patience if you have many questions like I did. The venue is obviously stunning and you see this on your visits and tasting...but the venue simply comes to life for the wedding weekend and blows way past any expectations. The venue and staff have things so well organised you can truly relax and enjoy your wedding without any hiccups. I lost count of how many people said that it was the best wedding they have been to and that's down to the wonderful staff and the warm atmosphere created in the beautiful borgo. In my opinion its a complete game changer to have all your guests stay on site in borgo. All guests mingle and completely relax and switch off ambling around the venue, dipping in the pool and eating in the restaurant which made all the difference. It was the best weekend of our lives and cant thank the amazing Borgo di Tragliata and its staff enough. Fireworks a brilliant add on...highly recommend!

28/01/2025: I have been coming to eat at this restaurant from time to time for over 25 years. The location is decidedly "tactical", the environment is unpretentious but very familiar. The menu is simple but the dishes are always delicious, the service is courteous, efficient and friendly. I find that it has always had an excellent quality/price ratio. I can only recommend it (and absolutely don't miss their mixed starter!), truly excellent.
