27/10/2025: If you ever find yourself in Fiumicino, just minutes from Rome’s airport, do yourself a favor and stop by this incredible Italian gem. From the very first bite, you can taste the freshness and love poured into every dish. We ordered the fettuccine and carbonara, both perfectly balanced and cooked to that ideal “al dente” texture Italians are famous for. The carbonara was rich yet light, creamy without being heavy, and the fettuccine melted in our mouths with every bite. Our server recommended a local Lazio wine, and it turned out to be the perfect pairing—smooth, aromatic, and the kind of bottle you remember long after you leave. Everything—from the warmth of the staff to the simple elegance of the setting—made it feel like a true Italian experience. You can tell every ingredient is fresh and locally sourced, and every dish made with heart. We loved every little piece of it. A must-visit if you’re near Fiumicino or heading to the airport—this place alone is worth the trip!

25/10/2025: Absolutely in line with expectations. An experience in which taste, smell, and sight combine to evoke images and atmospheres linked to the sea and beyond, and to stir emotions. At times, I couldn't help but close my eyes to enjoy the complexity of the flavors and textures of the dishes: a complexity never cloying or gratuitous, but aimed at enhancing the quality of the ingredients and the clear concept of the dish. The smoothness of some elements of the dishes and the explosion of flavor in others truly impressed me. I enjoyed the understated and relaxing elegance of the setting and the impeccable service. I will definitely return.

24/10/2025: A BEAUTIFUL restaurant with an elegant beach design! I want my home to look just like it! My absolute favorite dish was the classic calamari, I still think about it! The amberjack and crispy red mullet were amazing as well. The staff were very welcoming and nice! My only notes: the peanut pesto in the lobster pasta dish was slightly overpowering so you couldn’t fully enjoy the sweetness of the lobster and the clam pasta was slightly salty.

04/11/2025: Excellent cuisine and professional, attentive staff who speak several languages. Fresh and delicious products (only seafood, so the kids won't be happy!). Pleasant setting, white and blue terrace reminiscent of Greece. Excellent value for money. Gusto del Mare!

28/10/2025: I had a wonderful calamari dish, amazing and very generous! The spaghetti with clams was also very good. I also really appreciated the waitress's hospitality and the value for money. With a 20% discount, the price was fantastic! If I may offer just one constructive and easily resolvable piece of advice... it's really hot in the dining room. Perhaps it would have been better to sit outside now that the days are still gorgeous, or somewhere with a little more ventilation. 🤗 Excellent experience. 26/10/2025: Invited by dear friends, I found the quality of the ingredients (fish) and the professionalism to be priceless. The level was much higher than many renowned Roman restaurants. I took one star off the ambiance, but only because there was a graduation party going on at the same time as our dinner, making it very noisy. But that's fair enough.

28/09/2025: A simple and genuine family atmosphere in a historic location for carnivores, with the legendary Mr. Baffo always grilling, just as he did 40 years ago. For those who love good meat and the typical Roman spirit, dining at Baffo is highly recommended.
