12/01/2025: Top culinary experience that far exceeds expectations: quality of food much more than excellent, highly trained and very welcoming staff, high level location; I will definitely be back and I understand why the fork has awarded it more than once.

09/01/2025: Large, bright, elegant, simple place that smells clean. Perfect service, both for the explanation of the dishes on the menu or to replace the missing ones, and for the quality of the raw materials, starting with the Apulian oil to be tasted with homemade bread, and for the timing. Certainly very original, creative preparations, beautiful to look at and taste, even if sometimes the less elaborate enhances the product more (classic super-top fried calamari and delicious spaghetti with coconut and raw scampi). Some prices too high for the quantities presented (excellent raw shellfish on Tom Yam and delicious apple pie). The card for choosing coffee is interesting and welcome. A very pleasant culinary experience for what I tasted, in addition to what I mentioned, also the squid tagliatelle carbonara and the sea bream morsels with purple potato chips. Congratulations to the whole family.

08/01/2025: Above expectations! Very nice and welcoming environment. Very kind and attentive staff. Excellent food, as well as excellent choice of wines and spirits. Desserts absolutely worth trying. Although there are many meat dishes, my wife and I (vegetarians) found starters and first courses without meat and fish: excellent!

01/01/2025: I had a fantastic New Year's Eve!!! The quality of the food and products super!!! But then an impeccable service, education and friendliness of highly trained staff!!!!! I think the final price was far below everything we ate and brought to the table, I wouldn't have imagined!! Fabulous. I will happily return on Sunday

02/12/2024: Dopo Anni che non mangiavo piu a Fiumicino per il livello perso di tanti ristoranti, do' fiducia al GRANDE POMATA , mio fratello, cosi andiamo a pranzo da un suo amico MARCO de Il Marinaio , accoglienza calorosa simpatia allo stato puro , per non parlare della qualita' delle pietanze , tutto preparato all'istante e freschissimo, si sente davvero il sapore del mare in bocca, alici buonissime, crudo squisito, le cozze di un sapore che erano anni che non le mangiavo cosi', i polipetti al sugo da leccarsi i baffi, spesso inventa degli accostamenti buonissimi come la melanzana di pesce , passando per i primi dove abbiamo preso il risotto alla crema di scampi squisito e i scialatielli allo scoglio buonissimi, la frittura fresca e si sente che l'olio viene cambiato spesso che dire una scoperta bellissima e poi a chiusura cucina marco e la moglie si siedono ai tavoli per una piacevole chiacchierata, simpatia allo stato puro, grappe barricate di qualita' da tornarci prima possibile, sono una certezza.

16/01/2025: What can I say. an excellence in every sense. Food, service, wines, staff, all impeccable and top notch. Always better and better. Food, preferably fish, prepared in the best possible way. The meal as a journey to be experienced and savoured. Very high quality, excellent service, wine list worthy of a very high level restaurant. Gianfranco and his wife were lovely people.

14/01/2025: An unforgettable taste experience. The dishes are all extraordinarily balanced and light. It feels like you're eating something insubstantial until the flavors explode in your mouth. The raw fish are exceptional in my opinion. I couldn't choose between the oyster with white chocolate ice cream, the cuttlefish or the amberjack. The service is very attentive but not overly intrusive or formal. The chef passed between the tables to greet the customers, not all starred chefs do this and I appreciated it. Perhaps the mark-ups on wine are a little excessive, exceeding 50%. Complete menu at €160 per person, wines excluded.

16/01/2025: Went here randomly on our last night on vacation on a Monday. Many places were closed but we enjoyed our dinner. Had the lobster and wife had the carbonara. Split a bottle of wine and tiramisu and enjoyed all of our food and drink. Was a slow night and very peaceful. Would go again

07/01/2025: I feel terrible because I have been meaning to do this review for a while. My husband and I visited Italy in October 2024 prior to a cruise and this restaurant was the highlight of the trip. We made reservations for our first night in the country and I don't know how we got so lucky. They had amazing food, wine, and service. I cannot thank the chef enough for giving us a 5 star experience. The waitstaff was just as amazing. This is Italy. When you think of Italian food and hospitality this is what you are envisioning. I felt at home although we were clearly from the US. They made us feel like VIP, we literally lost count of how many courses we had and made the very American mistake of eating too much (delicious) bread early on! This place will always hold a special place in my heart. I long for the next time I get to visit. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

10/01/2025: We got married at Borgo di Tragliata in July 2024, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we visited the venue to book our wedding, the staff were incredible. They were super helpful, responsive, and patient, answering every one of our many questions in the lead-up to the big day. The venue itself is breath taking, the food was outstanding, and every detail was of the highest standard. Our guests were blown away by the venue, and the joy and magic of the entire experience made it one of the best decisions we ever made. Without a doubt, it was the three of the best days of our lives. We’d like to give a special shout-out to Sylvia and Mariya for their amazing support and assistance in the months before the wedding, and to Torre for taking such great care of us during our stay. Your support made our day even more memorable, and we couldn’t be more grateful. We will absolutely find any excuse to come back to Borgo di Tragliata. It will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you for making our wedding everything we dreamed of and more!
