20/01/2026: Fresh and innovative place, with a youthful staff, attentive to customer needs, which is not always a given! Breakfast in the morning is a pleasure. Mario, a very kind and attentive person, is there to welcome you, along with Sara, who is extremely kind, always smiling with the customer, and very patient and competent. They never make a mistake! Excellent food, fresh sandwiches, piadinas, and super fresh croissants every day. I've been a regular customer for a while now! I'm giving my morning review because I'm unable to make it in the afternoon, so I hope no one gets offended! In any case, icaffe 099 is a guarantee.

19/08/2025: I accidentally asked the coffee maker for a sandwich, got an arrogant reply that I should ask my colleague, and she turned her back. I hadn't even finished speaking! I was treated like a number, just like in a factory!

27/08/2025: A MEMORABLE, SUBLIME LUNCH...one you'll NEVER forget! Flavorful and delicious dishes, excellent wine, a wonderful location, Mrs. Francesca is very friendly, professional, and kind, always giving great advice, easy to reach even from the nearby 7-kilometer highway, and finally, very fair prices. We will definitely be back. Thanks to Mrs. Francesca for the wonderful service we received.

24/08/2025: We were very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. Upon arrival, we were told that there were no menus and that the waitress simply listed the available dishes verbally. This meant we were unable to determine the prices before ordering. We ordered two supplì and two pizzas (a Margherita with buffalo mozzarella and a Diavola), an Ichnusa beer, and a water, spending a total of €33. Only when we got the bill did we discover that the two pizzas together cost €22, which left us perplexed. The thing that bothered us most was discovering, on the way to the bathroom, that the paper menus were actually lying near the fireplace, so it wasn't true that they weren't available. Finally, upon entering the restaurant (both to pay and to use the bathroom), we found a male member of the staff sleeping on a chair: a scene that certainly didn't convey professionalism. Overall, a less than transparent and disappointing experience: we won't be returning.

12/01/2026: Back from a few days spent at Terminillo I found the place very nice and well-kept, the guys from the new management I find very kind, yesterday with that chaos of people we ate very well and the portions were good and very generous I recommend it

10/01/2026: A canteen!!! When it was run by the previous management, the food was excellent and the price was the same. Now it's run by ski instructors. There's no table service even though there are 8 people working. And the food is decent, served as a hot meal with a classic tray. The problem is that they give you everything at once, like in a canteen, and the food gets cold. And spending €100 for 3 people and a 6-year-old girl in the canteen is too much (4 starters, 2 main courses, 2 side dishes, 2 glasses of wine).

24/01/2026: Last night, my daughter ate pizza at your restaurant with her friends. A few hours later, she was sick all night and continues to be sick today, with vomiting and stomach upset. It was a negative experience; more attention to food quality and safety is needed.

12/12/2025: Terrible experience. We called for two pizzas to be delivered, and they arrived more than an hour late. Despite calling several times to hurry, they kept telling us the delivery man was already on his way and was almost there, which was obviously untrue. On top of that, the pizzas were awful and cold.

11/01/2026: Today we had lunch at this trattoria. Excellent food. Simple and welcoming place. Warm. Prices in line with the quality. We'll be back.

08/12/2025: The location is nice, but the same can't be said for the food and service. Two of us went, arriving around 2 PM, and our orders were taken after we'd been sitting at the table waiting about 20 minutes. Furthermore, when we entered the restaurant, we were greeted with a bare, unset table. After ordering, we waited about 40 minutes for our first course (so we started eating at 3 PM). The dish was cold, with fresh pasta (according to them) underneath and a ladle of lukewarm sauce on top, which was now semi-glued. After mixing it, the pasta tasted mediocre, nothing special, probably also because it was cold. After about 15 minutes, they brought the second course, a pork shank, accompanied by baked potatoes. The potatoes were also cold and without seasoning. The shank, on the other hand, was hot, but very dry on the inside and without sauce. Furthermore, part of it was also charred. After that, we decided to ask for the bill. For these two dishes, plus water and Coke, they charged me 45 euros. An insane price given the poor quality of the dishes. Furthermore, the waitress service wasn't the best. This restaurant is definitely one to avoid. I won't be returning. A terrible experience.
