26/06/2025: Just because I'm forced to give a star. 74 euros three spritz two cans of coke a blueberry juice (as if it were hand squeezed) two frozen pizzas chips and two crostini with aubergines in oil. It's our fault, not theirs.... A theft without even a receipt! I hope that at least the waiters aren't underpaid. The bill written in pen on a piece of paper. A disgrace.

25/06/2025: The worst food I've ever had in my life. The ingredients were not fresh at all, the taste was terrible, and the food wasn't cooked the way it was supposed to be, it was hard to chew. Most of the dishes on the menu weren't even available. On top of that, it wasn't even cheap... NEVER EVER EAT THERE.

24/06/2025: It was a wonderful experience. Great service... Staff with contagious kindness. Great price...delicious dishes. Thank you to the entire team for the spectacular service.

19/06/2025: El menú se veía bien, así que entramos, pero cuando estábamos sentados en una mesa en una habitación vacía en la parte trasera cerca de los baños decidimos que no queríamos cenar allí. No había ambiente y no se sentía particularmente italiano. Siendo demasiado educados y sin ánimo de ofender, acordamos quedarnos a tomar una copa y un poco de bruschetta. Bruschetta comprendía tostadas espesas con tomates picados crudos y salados en uno y aceite de ajo en otro. Sin adornos ni presentaciones. Mordisqueamos los trozos del medio y dejamos las cortezas gruesas y secas. Experimentamos la misma actitud que otro crítico aquí cuando se trataba de pagar. Trataron de persuadirnos de pagar en efectivo y no estaban contentos cuando dijimos que queríamos pagar con tarjeta. Le dimos a nuestro servidor una propina en efectivo, generosa considerando, y se la metió en el bolsillo. Luego tuvimos que explicar a la persona que tomaba el pago con tarjeta que ya habíamos dado una propina en efectivo a su colega. Salimos rápidamente y encontramos un encantador restaurante italiano para cenar.

28/05/2025: Essen war wirklich nicht gut. Lasagne kalt. Personal war zunächst sehr freundlich. Die Stimmung kippte als ich mit Karte zahlen wollte. Trinkgeld war schon auf dem Beleg vermerkt, wurde aber auch noch eingefordert.

02/07/2025: Ate here 01/072025. Waiter wasn’t listening to anything we were asking for just trying to upsell all the time- just a very unpleasant experience. Food was very average Wouldn’t recommend. Just trying to take what they can from tourists. Avoid

11/05/2025: Ho vissuto i tempi d’oro del bar Vanni ( dagli anni 60) perché nato e vissuto a via Monte Zebio. Ricordo un bar di classe e di alto livello. Oggi è la caricatura di quello che era. La nuova generazione dei Vanni hanno tentato di cavalcare le nuove generazioni , ma sono stati disarcionati.

18/04/2025: Ma davvero c'è ancora gente che nel 2025 va a fare colazione o addirittura a pranzare in questo bar angusto??? lo ci sono capitato ieri, per caso portato da un amico. Abbiamo mangiato all'esterno sul marciapiede odinando delle pizze bianche farcite e un club sandwich. Benvenuti alla saga dell'orrore: l'ordine e le pietanze ci sono state servite da una signora dell'est con una scarsa professionalità da fare paura. Sembrava gli rodesse il sedere! Ma è stato solo l'inizio. Con l'aperitivo ci sono state portate patatine mosce e vecchie di chissà quando, olive secche e un paio addirittura con la muffa, pistacchi molli anche loro vecchi. Poi il club sandwich immangiabile con fesa di tacchino color viola (ovviamente lasciato nel piatto) e delle pizze farcite una addirittura con del salmone acido. L'altra ugualmente immangiabile. Praticamente l'unica cosa degna è stata la coca cola. Per finire il caffè disgustoso…..

18/06/2025: On a night out with friends, we decided to order an ice cream at 11:30 pm, the estimated time was about 30 minutes. At 1:00 am the courier hadn't arrived yet and we decided to call the ice cream shop and they answered saying that it would arrive within 20 minutes. After 30 minutes we called back and the ice cream shop answered us rudely, hanging up on us and telling us not to call anymore because sooner or later it would arrive, also hanging up on us in the face. The ice cream arrived at ten to 2. (by the way, practically melted). We absolutely do not recommend this ice cream shop.

14/06/2025: If you happen to be in a place, ask for a coffee and before taking it you would like to drink a drop of water, they will tell you that they don't sell it, you have to buy the bottle to get a coffee, rejected without a doubt.

29/04/2025: Passavo con mia moglie davanti a questo locale e un butta dentro ci ha bruscamente interrotti con modi aggressivi per farci entrare nel locale. Gli ho risposto molto infastidito rifiutando i suoi modi così e’ passato a minacce e insulti… Questi sono i locali di piazza navona, la più bella piazza al mondo forse!!! Questo e’ il livello del food di questa piazza Giudicate voi

12/04/2025: Thieves....5 euros a coffee that's crazy, plus long service and unfriendly staff...to be avoided like the plague...g gave one star because the pasta was good but at 30 euros the dish was rather interesting...

15/06/2025: Achtung hier handelt es sich um Abzocke! Es gibt hier nur eine Größe (Becher) den man vollmachen kann mit jeder Sorte die man möchte inkl. Schlag und einer kleine Knabbertüte. An der Kassa kommt dann der große Schock. Pro Becher bezahlt man 15€!! Es stehen weder am Eingang oder sonst wo ein Preise. Die Preise sieht man erst, wenn man an der Kassa steht. Der Becher ist ca. zwei Kugeln. Direkt gegenüber ist auch eine Eisdiele, wo man für zwei Kugeln 3,80€ bezahlt. Das Eis selbst war dann wenigstens nicht so schlecht. Diese Diele sieht uns nie wieder und ich hoffe auch keinen von euch (die das vorher gelesen haben).

15/06/2025: The mozzarella and tomato pizza was amazing. The croissant with yellow filling was also fantastic. I had two of each. The staff are hardworking and polite. I normally don't write reviews, but this place truly deserves praise. I definitely recommend the pizza I mentioned — you won't regret it.

15/05/2025: In my opinion one of the nicest bars in the entire outlet. The outdoor space with tables and umbrellas is very pleasant. I have always only had breakfast there so I cannot comment on the rest: in my opinion good quality but prices are definitely a bit too high. I have also always found it quite crowded (obviously this is not meant to be a criticism of the business, on the contrary) making it sometimes a bit difficult to consume. However I would say recommended.

12/07/2025: Sporco ovunque e totalmente decadente, piscina dall’acqua verde! Sembra impossibile che sia concessa l’apertura al pubblico di uno stabilimento/ristorante in queste condizioni.

29/06/2025: Con il desiderio di trascorrere una giornata al mare con la mia bimba senza la preoccupazione di cercare parcheggio, mi imbatto, sull’app spiagge.it, in questo lido. Per assicurarmi, oltre all’ombrellone, il posto auto, decido comunque di chiamare la struttura per specificare la mia necessità di fruire del parcheggio (a pagamento). La receptionist accetta la prenotazione, acquisisce i miei dati (un giorno prima), e dunque serenamente affronto 1h di traffico con la mia piccola con la prospettiva di un pranzo sul mare e una serena giornata al sole. Giunta sul posto alle 12:30, un maleducatissimo addetto alla logistica mi ingiunge di andar via perché il parcheggio è pieno e non possono accettare altri ospiti! Gli faccio presente la prenotazione ma non vuol sentire ragioni e mi intima con aggressività di spostarmi immediatamente con l’auto per consentire il passaggio al suo furgone, obbligandomi peraltro ad attraversare una strettoia in cui rischio di distruggere la mia auto. Mai più!

19/06/2025: I went in for an ice cream. After having noticed the very high prices and having a cup made for me, the counterman told me that he didn't have cream. I asked him for a slight discount (a medium cup, not even too big, was 4 euros) since there was no cream, and he replied "if you don't like the price, leave it". I left, leaving the cup made on the counter. Really rude, a place to avoid.

12/05/2025: Antipasti risicati e troppo costosi per la qualità del pesce. Pasta alle vongole acquosa e senza sapore, calamaro alla piastra di minime dimensioni. Prezzo alto per quanto mangiato. Una delusione.

12/05/2025: Pasquetta. Menù fisso, poca scelta stavolta. Prendo le fettuccine alla pescatora e il “gran Fritto”, che alla fine era un semplice fritto di calamari, moscardini e gamberetti. Buona coordinazione tra la cucina e le ragazze il sala. Mi accorgo che delle 75 foto su TripAdv 67 sono le mie e oggi, al mio arrivo, non trovavano la mia prenotazione... Bravi! Mi chiedo se sono venuto troppo spesso!

30/06/2025: Great bar with very good coffee, and one evening I was also here at the restaurant to eat! Tonnarelli cacio e pepe very good, exquisite appetizers; Kind and friendly staff :-) I will gladly return ;-) It is located in a nice, central and well-connected area :-)

30/06/2025: I stopped here once before Castel Sant’Angelo, on Via della Conciliazione. The coffee was okay, probably because they use Illy brand. I had one espresso and one orange juice al banco (no table service), and they charged me €6.90. I still don’t understand how that was calculated. The orange juice wasn’t fresh and the glass was only 2/3 full. But the worst part was the attitude of the two baristas – no hello, no “please”, just a very rude and arrogant way of dealing with people. I’ve honestly never seen a place with so many bad reviews. That made me feel like my experience wasn’t just a one-time thing. Seems like most people are unhappy with the quality and service. The location is amazing, but sadly, like many places near tourist landmarks, they don’t care about quality or customer experience. It feels more like a tourist trap.

14/06/2025: Ordered 1 bruschetta that didn’t have a price, got 2 instead (and charged) then got charged for 2 prossuito and cheese and spent $90 on this crap. The waiter insisted on a tip ina country that doesn’t require tips and got upset when I handed him my change for him standing at the door. Awful service, crap food and wasn’t worth the air conditioning we wanted to pay for. AVOID THIS PLACE PLEASE

19/07/2025: I'm giving it one star because I can't give it a zero. Rude, unpleasant, and impertinent. We were about to order breakfast, quietly, when the manager sees a pistachio croissant from another nearby place in a bag. Without further ado, and with very rude manners, he tells us that he won't be serving us and that we should leave. Just like that. I repeat up to three times that I'm not going to eat the croissant there, that we just want breakfast, and that if it bothers him so much, I'll save it. But nothing. Rude, crude, and with an absolutely ridiculous attitude, he insists that we leave. I'm amazed. As if bringing a bag from somewhere else were a crime. Well, I hope it becomes known as "the empty place" by the Trevi Fountain. Because with that kind of treatment, it's unlikely anyone will come in.

12/07/2025: We have been sitting during half an hour outside, no one was interested and asked about anything. Even though the crew was take care of another clients which they arrived after us. Main chief waiters were so arrogant and unhelpful. Such a shame for nice place and location.
