22/06/2025: They're thieves; they rip you off with the tip. Don't go to this place. The food wasn't bad, but they gave us our dinner when it was time to pay. I didn't react when they told me I had to leave a "mandatory" tip; I ended up paying €5 more than I should have. When everything goes smoothly—service, atmosphere, good food—we usually tip. But this way it's a scam. I didn't look at the reviews of the place tonight, and I regret it because, as I wrote this review, I realized it's happened to several of us. I hope many people see all these reviews and walk away from this place.

21/06/2025: Con artists! The waiter was condescending when we said we wanted the steak medium rare. He chuckled and said “that’s the only way we prepare it sir.” Then when we ordered one beer he brought two. THEN when I had ordered the lobster and linguine (50 euros), they served me with the lobster seafood and linguine (100 euros), and when I asked both waiters about it, since the description of what I had ordered was just linguine and lobster, they agreed that what I had in front of me was what I ordered. It was undercooked and there was no taste. It was disgustingly honestly. THEN the steak was brought out and it was OVERCOOKED, WELL DONE. When we told the waiter he asked if the problem was with him or with the food, we said food obviously. They remade the steak but then brought out TWO steaks. They wanted to charge us for everything, even though we didn’t eat any of the rubbery steak (literally spit out the one bite we took), and I got something I hadn’t ordered. I highly recommend to avoid this place.

09/05/2025: Queríamos dos helados y una botella de agua. El camarero te dice que pidas otra cosa : chocolate frappe y una botella de agua. Nos costó 35 euros más cinco de propina que consideró el camarero.. ni en la mejor cafetería de Plaza de España te cuesta tanto …

23/04/2025: Muy mala experiencia. El mesero nos estafó, trajo cosas que no le pedimos y otras de tamaños que no estaban en el menú más grandes para cobrar más. Al final pidió una propina obligada y en cash. Para nunca volver ya que ellos saben que uno como turista no hace tanto reclamo por no conocer el detalle de letra menuda. Recomiendo evitar este lugar al 100%.

16/05/2025: Definitivamente el peor café que he tomado en Italia hasta ahora. Diluya los insultos a los dioses del café. Cero vergüenza. Más cucharas de plástico. A evitar.

31/01/2025: Un attrape touriste médiocre à fuir même boire un petit café sur le pouce accompagné d’un palmier qui date d’au moins deux jours, ça ne vaut absolument pas la peine 🤮

23/06/2025: We didn't think to look at other reviews, but we found the prices way too high. The food wasn't very good, and the coffee was nothing special. Also, beware of hidden fees! The final bill was higher than expected because of a service charge, which we didn't find mentioned on the menu.

23/06/2025: We stopped by for a quick coffee and bite, but unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. A single grand cappuccino was priced at €12.50, which already seemed excessive. When we went to order at the bar, we were told to sit down. For just two brioches and two cappuccinos, the final bill came to €47 — including a service charge — and the waiter still asked for a tip on top of that. The pricing felt extremely inflated, and overall, it gave off the impression of a classic tourist trap.

08/06/2025: Estafa monumental 20€ por tres café con leche fue en septiembre de 2009. Fue el primero que fuimos y nos cazaron, después preguntamos en el hotel donde desayunar nos mandaron a un Bar a dos calles y nos costó 6€ lo mismo. Hacé muchos años pero tenía ganas de ponerme una reseña por qué veo que sigue igual.

08/07/2025: The waiter was so rude and for the prize it was not worth anything. Everything got slammed on the table, so disappointed.

08/07/2025: Bad experience, nothing more, nothing less than a tourist trap, €5 added to the pen, equivalent to 10% of the bill, for a forced cash tip. Run away!!!

22/06/2025: Worst pizza in my life!!! Its a disgrace that someone dares to call this a pizza and in Italy. Frozen pizza from supermarket is better than this, my bad desicion, we were passing by and I didn't check for reviews

22/05/2025: It was not tasty at all. 😭 The shrimp and crab salad is basically just a salad mix without sauce, two tomatoes, shrimp that were taken out of the freezer after drying, defrosted and put on a plate, and the crab is just crab sticks. As for the cocktail, Pina Cola was ok. The non-alcoholic one with pomegranate was very, very sweet. The pizza was burnt, I'm not sure that's how it should be. The location is cool, but the taste was not tasty.

26/06/2025: We walked into this place without looking at any reviews. The place is spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for a break. We ordered a few drinks (coffee, caffelatte, and a virgin mojito). They were decent, but some were quite expensive. The non-alcoholic mojito, in particular, cost €15, which seemed clearly disproportionate to us. It felt like one of those places more geared toward tourists. It wasn't a bad experience, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a good value coffee shop.

25/06/2025: Never go there. It's a scam that takes advantage of tourists. They don't even give you a menu first and scam you. They charge 13 euros for a cup of coffee. I visited this place early in the morning. Don't be fooled. It's a very bad place. Don't go there.

28/06/2025: The cash register clerk was so rude, I ordered an ice cream, most ice cream cones in Italy are around 5 euros, and when I got to the register to pay he tried to charge me 15 euros and I said I was confused because the photo said 5 euros and he said I got a different cone. Very confusing service and then when I said it was too much he snatch the cone out of my hand, threw it in the trash can and told me to get out and then started cursing at my friend who had told him that what he did was rude and bad service. This place should close or they should get new staff.

02/05/2025: Nonostante fossimo stati gentili con la cameriera il trattamento che ci è stato riservato non è stato dei migliori. Perché dopo venti minuti le abbiamo chiesto che fine avessero fatto le nostre bibite lei ci ha risposto che dovevamo avere pazienza perché c'era un sacco di gente. I tavoli erano già stati tutti serviti mancava solo il nostro. Non lo consiglieremo mai.

14/06/2025: Personale molto scortese, prezzi esagerati e qualità pessima. Ho ordinato un analcolico alla frutta, non c’era frutta se non due fettine di limone , acqua colorata con un po’ di sciroppo, poi una bottiglietta di acqua servita in vetro aperta, era di rubinetto. Il tutto per € 19,40. Poveri turisti !
