21/06/2025: Hotel located on Lake Bolsena with a direct view of the lakeside and 2 minutes from the center of Bolsena. Very quiet area with cycle and pedestrian path. The structure is very nice, we stayed on the ground floor with a patio overlooking the pool. Courteous and professional staff, especially the guy who manages the pool, very kind and good! If we were to return to Bolsena we will always choose Hotel Holiday

30/04/2025: I stopped by for a quick lunch and got three types of pizza - stuffed with sausage and mozzarella - porcini mushrooms - prawns and salad Plus a supplì. The pizza was good both in terms of dough and toppings, the supplì didn't convince me.. the owner seems approachable and friendly.. generally speaking, passed 👍

04/01/2025: The pizza is very good. The absolute surprise is the pizza without mozzarella for anyone who has trouble eating it for one reason or another. He makes many varieties (courgettes, mushrooms, etc) and it's the first time he doesn't miss cheese. In other pizzerias when you ask for it like this they are empty, not very tasty but here they are well mixed. And he also uses spices very well, neither too much nor too little. Unfortunately the only flaw is that the environment is small, only two tables, but very welcoming and helpful. Advise

15/04/2025: Abbiamo potuto apprezzare questa pizzeria durante una passeggiata a Castel Romano e siamo stati accolti nonostante l’ora( e 16.00) con estrema cortesia da Massimo e da tutto il personale. Pizza strepitosa e pastiera fantastica. Tutto ottimo. Torneremo presto. Cristina Antonio e Daisy.

08/06/2025: Prenotato un po' all ultimo momento a pranzo, siamo riusciti ad avere un tavolo dentro che alla fine ci ha permesso di stare più tranquilli e freschi. Cibo molto buono, personale gentile. A 3 minuti a piedi dal castello.

08/06/2025: Abbiamo ordinato un aperitivo come da foto promozionale: birra, spritz e tagliere in più un terzo bicchiere di vino, specificando chiaramente di volere l’offerta. Alla fine ci hanno fatto pagare 44 euro. Lo spritz era già pronto e annacquato, il servizio scortese quando abbiamo fatto notare l’incongruenza. Assolutamente sconsigliato. Una truffa.

29/03/2025: Ottima cucina della tradizione, personale cortese, una garanzia. Torniamo sempre con piacere. Antipasti ricchi, porzioni generose, bistecche molto buone. Tutto cucinato con amore e servito con cura in una bella location rustica e accogliente. Buon rapporto qualità -prezzo.

23/04/2025: Eccezionale! Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante sia per la cortesia del personale , una menzione speciale a Simone sia per le pietanze consumate. Sublime il carciofo in umido con crema di pecorino , per non parlare dei primi tipici della cucina romana , cucinati in modo magistrale. Selezione di vini ampissima ! Assolutamente un ' esperienza da ripetere .

21/04/2025: I'm ashamed that I brought my family here for Easter. Completely unacceptable food quality, from the seafood salad to the industrial ravioli through to the tasteless risotto that seemed boiled. Close up shop and go do something else because what we received for €45/person was absolutely unacceptable! 2 year old child price €25 for a plate of pasta with sauce also speaks for itself but it was the lesser evil

21/05/2025: Posticino tranquillo e carino, ottimo cibo tradizionale( abbondante!) e personale gentile. Assolutamente da provare in zona. Ci siamo poi tornati a pranzo il giorno successivo.

18/05/2025: Frequentato in sostituzione di una delle abituali pizzerie della zona si è rivelato un buon posto dove consumare la pizza. Giudizio unanime sulla bontà del prodotto, una tipica pizza alla romana cotta in maniera appropriata e con ingredienti ben gestiti. Anche fatta la tara alla confusione romana del sabato sera, il locale si rivela un po' rumoroso e con una certa fretta di "sgombero" dei tavoli da parte dei gentilissimi camerieri. Un peccato veniale che, però, non consente di attribuire il massimo voto.

Ambiente raffinato.servizio accurato.cibo eccellente materia prima freschissima , gusti intensi.I camerieri ti curano con attenzioni fuori dai canoni usuali , consigliandoti sulla scelta dei piatti e accostamento vini. Ottime puntarelle burrata baccala' croccante fregola con cozze!Sapori semplici ma ricercati. prezzi onesti per la qualita' offerta.Consigliatissimo!

29/01/2025: Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni presso l'Una Hotels di Roma e cenato nel ristorante annesso, il nostro giudizio è assolutamente positivo. 2 cene davvero superlative, con pietanze ottime e ben presentate. Il personale cortese e preparato. Indicatissimo per serate rilassanti e con un'ottima cucina a farla da padrona. I miei complimenti allo chef ed a tutto il personale. Da consigliare.
