28/05/2025: Sono anni che frequento questo ristorante mai avuto problemi ,quest'ultima volta ospite ad una cresima apparte il servizio lentissimo ,il giorno dopo ci siamo sentiti tutti male con dissenteria febbre..ecc. ecc..mi dispiace dover scrivere questa recensione , ma è stata una cosa troppo importante per sentirsi dire solamente scusatemi non so cosa sia successo. Io una telefonata a chi aveva prenotato l'avrei fatta!!! Non siamo stati i soli anche altre persone del sabato sera e domenica sono state male.

26/04/2025: Do not go! I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. First, the service in the rooms was extremely minimal. Towels were barely changed, and overall maintenance was clearly lacking. This hotel is definitely not up to a 4-star standard — it feels more like a 2- star property at best. The food was good and appreciated. However, we were never officially informed that the tap water was not potable. Instead, guests were expected to purchase large bottles of water for 3 euros each directly from the maître d’hôtel, which felt inappropriate and poorly managed for an establishment claiming to offer higher standards. The beds were very uncomfortable, with thin, flat pillows that provided little to no support. Getting quality rest was difficult. The hotel staff, overall, was not very warm or welcoming. The atmosphere often felt cold and overly controlled, especially with small restrictions such as prohibiting guests from playing the piano in the common areas. The most serious incident happened when two hotel staff members entered my room without knocking, despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being placed clearly on my door. They assumed the room was empty because the group had left for the day, but I was inside resting. This breach of privacy was unacceptable and made me feel extremely unsafe. In short, I would not recommend this hotel for travelers seeking a true 4-star experience, comfortable accommodations, or respectful and attentive service.

13/05/2025: 5 stars for a 3 star hotel, you can't expect to be in a luxury hotel. It has everything it needs to have and more. The location is wonderful, with a large park outside, beautiful and well-kept. The common areas are very artistic, with musical instruments, CDs available, a small library, paintings and statues. The breakfast is plentiful and good. The service is excellent, the waiter is very nice and kind. Convenient to Rome, even if the transport is a bit hit and miss, but we managed to get around very well.

01/03/2025: Oggi abbiamo provato alcuni piatti notati precedentemente. Antipasto Blanco ottimo. Consiste in cinque assaggi dei diversi antipasti previsti nel menù. Due primi di paccheri gratinati alle ostriche ottime. Vino Gewurztraminer Peter Zemmer buon bicchiere di vino.

15/06/2025: The outdoor setting is very nice and romantic. The staff is kind and attentive. The food is quality, too bad the mantis shrimp for the fish soup didn't arrive. Last important note, parking area in front of the restaurant.

31/05/2025: One thing I really didn't like was the paper placemat on the table. The tablecloth is no longer used, but at least a glass placemat, the rest was mediocre, the first course, spaghetti with squid, seemed more like a ragù and the fried food definitely not.

03/05/2025: Nonostante una carta davvero intrigante, non ho potuto apprezzare la cucina della chef poiché, al momento risulto potenzialmente allergico a numerosi alimenti, soprattutto alla frutta a guscio. Ed è proprio questo il motivo che mi impone di lasciare una recensione più che positiva. Il cameriere, come prima cosa, ha chiesto con grande attenzione se ci fossero allergie e/o intolleranze ed, una volta appreso delle mie potenziali allergie, ha informato la chef, che ci ha immediatamente raggiunti al tavolo. Ho dovuto purtroppo rinviare a tempi migliori la cena, ma ho apprezzato tantissimo l’attenzione e la disponibilità dello staff e della chef

19/03/2025: Siamo stati da Va.do al Pigneto per la prima volta e siamo rimasti piacevolmente soddisfatti. Abbiamo ordinato un “Nudi e crudi”, “La musa” e un “Polpo ubriaco”. I piatti erano curati nella loro presentazione senza però tralasciare il sapore che era eccezionale, tutto ben equilibrato. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

29/05/2025: Spacious and nice place, more or less competitive prices, the meat, a cut, nothing to say, was good but the rest was terrible, the fried food was tasteless, the French fries were flies but what is worse, or rather more than terrible, is the service, once seated, I must say that it was lunch and the place was half deserted, to order we had to call the waiter ourselves even though they had made us sit in full view, even when it was time to pay I remained for a good 5 minutes in front of the cash register while the waiters set up the empty tables at 3pm

26/05/2025: Compliments to all the staff, friendly and very patient people. I was there last night, even though the room was full, the service was fast. I ordered both meat and fish and pizza Parking nearby and Bathrooms in order Highly recommended.

20/12/2024: Cozy, warm, local restuarant in the north of Rome. The owner is very friendly and nice. Highly recommend the prosciutto with mozzarella and roast beef with smash potatoes.

19/05/2025: This morning we decided to treat ourselves to breakfast in the square in Sora, choosing the “Dolce Mimì” bar. There were six of us, armed with good humor and empty stomachs. Our enthusiasm was promptly dampened by the waitress, who with the grace of a Monday morning without coffee, greeted us with a warm warning: “it will take a while”. And in fact, she wasn’t lying. We ordered at 8:20: 3 cappuccinos, 3 Estathè al limone (a ready-made drink, we want to emphasize) and 5 croissants. At 9:15, when we had become familiar with every tile of the square and developed a slight abandonment syndrome, we were finally given the coveted loot. In the meantime, tables that arrived well after us were served with the efficiency of a Formula 1 pit stop. Maybe our order was particularly complex, or maybe it was just a social experiment to test human patience. In short, “Dolce Mimì” is the perfect place if you want to meditate on the ephemeral passage of time in front of a phantom cappuccino.

27/04/2025: It is a cafe very close to the Pantheon. They have limited places to sit and eat and drink. Generally, most people eat quickly and leave the place. The atmosphere is nice. But I can't say that the employees are polite. Even if you speak English, they prefer to answer in Italian. Their coffee is really good and must be tried. Cannoli was too sweet, we didn't like it. Their croissants are good, but the best thing I ate was maritozzo. You should definitely try it.
