22/04/2025: Informal restaurant nestled among the beautiful Coresi hills (Cori LT). The location is simple and clean with a small play area (be careful of the black cat scratching 😀) and tables overlooking a splendid panorama. Paper tablecloths, straw chairs that make your legs fall asleep after a while (I recommend comfortable cushions). The dishes served were simple and tasty. We went to spend Easter Monday and the menu was fixed, paying 30 euros each for a starter; two first courses; a second ; dessert (slice of dove) and drinks including wine, water and carbonated drink. All in all we had a good time, the place is appreciated by those who need a quiet place immersed in the countryside where they can eat without so many unnecessary frills from great chefs, eating simple but healthy food. The kindness of the staff should be highlighted. The only small flaw was the long times between one course and the next.

11/04/2025: Delivered to your home: Worst Pizza, Supplies and Croquettes ever eaten. The pizza topping was half on the pizza lid and it was lacking in everything. Very few chips and sausages and the sauce seemed to be ketchup, even in flavor. An inedible thing. The supplì were bland and dry. The croquette [in the picture they show 4 mini croquettes per portion, I received only one mega croquette which looked like a suppli!] was bland and dry. I will never order anything from us again. Those who say in the reviews that it is a good pizzeria are confused with "the other" Pizza Oasis. This one on via dei Colombi is not good at all. I respond to the owner's comment: "We are Guinness World records". Congratulations, you certainly are, but I reviewed what arrived at home that evening, and it was inedible. Evidently you weren't at your best that evening, what can I tell you? I'm not disputing that maybe at other times you are good, I'm limiting myself to the only experience I had with you, which was terrible. I don't review to annoy you, I review what comes my way.

06/10/2024: Dopo aver letto varie recensioni di ristoranti in zona, ci siamo affidati a quelle "di sere" e devo dire che ne è valsa la pena!! Locale piccolo,accogliente...servizio attento, veloce...antipasti sfiziosi ,e secondi altrettanto buoni....il tonno marinato alla paprika una delizia!proporrei di aggiungere qualche altro vino locale!non mancherà occasione di tornare!

28/08/2024: Ristorante assolutamente da provare, piatti eccezionali, materie prime di altissima qualità, staff gentilissimo e disponibile… Questi 3 elementi (diretti dalla Chef) fanno si che la vostra esperienza culinaria a “Casa Di Sere” sia indimenticabile!!! Ristorante super consigliato!!! ANDATECI!!

23/05/2025: Conosciamo, da sempre, questa ovvero quella che era una favolosa cantina. Ma favolosa cantina non lo è più. Il vino, quello da spillare direttamente da una botte anch'esso non c'è più: vendono solo bottiglie chiuse e di altri produttori. Inoltre il - fagotto - è molto triste, sebbene presentato ad arte, ma non all'altezza di una tradizione popolare. Lo spendere 17 euro per il fagotto e 8 euro per mezza bottiglia: un bicchiere e mezzo a persona, è scellerato e offensivo. Per cortesia ridateci la semplicità o, mai più.

14/05/2025: Ci siamo passati in vacanza.. Il titolare ci ha presentato il locale con tanto di storia della cittadina.. Veramente molto interessante.. Poi ci ha fatto arrivare a tavola. il fagotto. Una vera sorpresa.. Una bella sorpresa.. Tutto di qualità super.. Ci torneremo volentieri quando ripasseremo a Frascati .

20/12/2024: A real shame, a pizza without infamy and without praise. Question, where do they buy mozzarella? With all the goodness that the Pontine countryside offers, theirs tastes like parmesan. Ahahaha There were 7 of us at the table, no one finished the pizza, some left half, some a quarter, some three quarters. Strange, if it's good, we often do an encore.

20/05/2025: What a lovely little place! Relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a quiet evening. The owner is very kind and super helpful. He made us feel at ease straight away. Excellent selection of drinks and appetizers, what more could you want? We will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended!

10/05/2025: Sono sempre sorpreso dalla gentilezza del personale che oramai considero un amico vista la presenza costante presso di loro. Mai un problema mai un disguido. Ottima carne buona cantina di vino il tutto condito da cortesia e simpatia. Assolutamente consigliato

16/03/2025: Pessima esperienza presso questo ristorante , qualità cibo scarsissima , servizio completamente assente . Tra una portata e l’altra tempo il tempo di attesa è stato di un ora .

02/03/2025: Mangiato benissimo, ci siamo trovati molto bene io e la mia ragazza! I crudi di pesce erano pazzeschi, i primi molto buoni! Poi c’era un cameriere in sala molto gentile che non ricordo il nome, le ho dato 20 euro di mancia perché se lì é meritati!

04/04/2025: Update 2025: Restaurant closed for some time. Premises for sale. ---- A piece of Sardinia in Rome Tuscolana. The Ravioli stuffed with grouper or sea bass seasoned with bottarga and courgettes are phenomenal... The soup with Sardinian fregola and seafood is another excellent alternative. Owners always kind and helpful. Leave some space at the end of dinner for a sebadas :)

27/05/2025: Worst people ever, never go. They are just looting money. They give the vread withour asking and we thought they were just complementary and had them, they took money for that 4 euro, service charged an additional 5 euro, pasta was not fresh enough. Don't think they are making it on order. Just taking it from earlier prepared. Lasagne was not good as well. Pizza was very expensive for a small piece compared to the good ones we had eaten. Never go thus place . You can have better food at better places for a very very VERY MUCH cheaper rate.
