28/08/2025: Great taste. If you want to have a special delicious lunch, then look in here and see if their buffet can tempt. You point to what you want and the waiter at the buffet is preparing and comes with the plate. The artichoke was prepared from we pointed it out. You pay per time you fill the plate. We had wine and a dessert for sharing and a coffee. Everything tasted fantastic. A very special lunch out on the street.

05/06/2025: Quería probar la comida tradicional romana, y estaba en la zona y eligió este restaurante como leí comentarios favorables en línea. Me senté de inmediato y disfruté del ambiente y el servicio de esta bulliciosa trattoria en un sótano. Elegí el menú de precio fijo de 35 euros que incluía bruschetta al Pomodoro, Carbonara, Saltimbocca alla Romana con Patate al Forno. Esto también incluía agua, vino, pan, postre, un café y creo que licor - por lo que era una gran cantidad de comida y todo lo que pueda querer, excepto una ensalada o verduras. 31/05/2025: Very Cozy restaurant with the most friendly staff ever! We were on a bike trip and didn’t now where to sleep. They contacted a friend! And yes we had a place to sleep! After the good help we went to the restaurant where she worked! This was incredible good. The food the wine the atmosphere. Best night ever. So if you are in Calcatta go to this place and it will amaze you!

25/05/2025: Ho avuto l'occasione di provare il ristorante Il bambinello di Anzio e devo dire che è stato un'esperienza davvero soddisfacente. La qualità della carne era ottima, con tagli selezionati e una preparazione impeccabile. Il servizio è stato attento e veloce, il personale cordiale e veloce. The vegetables and pasta dishes were good, the desserts a little less so (July 28, 2020, N.B.: two small disposable plastic cups of panna cotta with a thin layer of peach puree on top, a simple and unfortunately also tasteless dessert, but at a "grande patisserie" price = €12.00!!!). Takeout is available, but you can also eat in the shop; there's a counter with stools. A note on the decision to charge by weight rather than by portion, as is usually done 90% of the time in other excellent gourmet restaurants in Rome. 08/10/2025: Terrible experience. Rude and inattentive waiters. The appetizers and starters were served promptly, but we waited over 50 minutes for the meat. They forgot to bring the appetizers to some people, and they didn't bring the main courses to others. And to top it off, many people had stomach upset that evening. I strongly advise against this restaurant. The food was very poor quality.

26/01/2025: I have been going to this place for years and I confirm its quality, unfortunately today a very unpleasant thing happened. I had a coffee and a liqueur at the counter and having to make a phone call, I moved just outside the door of the place so as not to hear the noise. After 30 seconds the waitress comes out and tells me that I didn't pay. I reply that I moved in front of the entrance so as not to hear the noise and that in any case I was there two meters from the place clearly visible and that after the phone call I would go back to pay the bill. A fact that I can't explain and that I consider serious and offensive for a known customer who has never created any problems.

26/06/2025: It's a good pub. Good selection of beers available, sandwiches, condiments used and other products for sale. The owner is a nice person, helpful and friendly, as are the employees. The service is sometimes a little slow, but in my opinion it reflects their philosophy: it's not a fast food. Come, sip a beer, chat with friends and eat a good sandwich. It fully deserves a greater turnout. They also do take-away service. I often go back and recommend it.

26/09/2025: Great experience. I've been going to this pizzeria since I changed schools last year, and Fridays are a much-needed treat before assemblies. The student menu is very affordable, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

18/09/2025: I ordered pizzas at 4pm to have them at 8pm...they were delivered to me at 9.30pm. Some were missing ingredients and the dough wasn't crispy but flaccid.
