26/12/2024: Upon entering we were immediately attracted by the very simple look and the small but warm and comfortable environment. Special dishes, essentially based on porchetta and cured meats. The millefeuille is delicious. But the pasta and beans and the lasagna are also excellent. The house wine is delicious and has a genuine flavour. Friendly and welcoming owner. Good value for money. We will be back.

10/12/2024: If you are looking for first courses and if you are in a hurry, go elsewhere. Here you can find, combined with typical products, top quality ingredients, refined but still without frills and pretensions. The combinations with porchetta (millefoglie) were, for us, a surprise that we feel we must share. The plating was well taken care of, far above the standards of fraschette and taverns. Claudio was very kind, helpful and friendly. It is one of the few places we will certainly return to. Parking difficulty: very high in the vicinity.

27/04/2025: I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this cocktail bar, which has seen an alarming drop in quality since the change of management. I ordered a cocktail and what I was served was embarrassing to say the least. The ingredients seemed to be of poor quality and I was perplexed by the terrible quality of the ice, absolutely unsuitable for a cocktail, perhaps better for a granita😉. I have attached a photo as proof. The service was mediocre and I was disappointed to note that they have not made any changes to the old decor, demonstrating a lack of vision and willingness to bring something new. It seems like they are trying to exploit the old clientele. The results, however, speak for themselves: I remember that on Saturday nights this place was always full, while now it was almost deserted. It is a shame to see a place with such potential reduced in this way. I sincerely hope that the new management takes steps to improve the quality of the place, otherwise I doubt that this place will survive for long. At the moment, I strongly advise against it.

26/04/2025: A place that I have been frequenting for a long time and that under the old management never gave me a reason to complain. Since the new management has taken over, I have been able to notice a general lack of professionalism that ranges from slow service to the inability to resolve any problems. I would like to point out an unpleasant episode that recently occurred that led me to decide not to frequent the place anymore. I had ordered a hot chocolate, it was served to me full of small shreds with a tough consistency, the chocolate was inedible. When I went to the counter I explained the problem, one of the two boys actually noticed the presence of these shreds and the other apologized for what had happened, explaining that the problem was due, in his opinion, to the type of chocolate used in the preparation while he showed me some small chocolate sticks to which I reiterated that those shreds had a consistency too tough to be chocolate that had not melted well; he then suggested that I remake the chocolate, to which I refused the proposal because if the problem was the ingredient used I didn't see how remaking the chocolate could lead to a better result. In short, I paid for a chocolate that I couldn't eat and they didn't even suggest, even just out of kindness, that I get something else. Meh...

26/01/2025: I have been frequenting this place for years and confirm its quality, unfortunately today a very unpleasant thing happened. I had a coffee and a bitter at the counter and having to make a phone call, I moved just outside the door of the place so as not to hear any noise. After 30 seconds the waitress comes out and tells me I didn't pay. I replied that I moved in front of the entrance so as not to hear any noise and that in any case I was there two meters from the clearly visible place and that once the phone call was over I would return to settle the bill. A fact that I cannot explain and which I consider serious and offensive to a known customer who has never created any problem.

23/10/2024: Great place for breakfast... we have it sometimes before taking our daughter to school! Lots of variety in the brioches....very friendly staff!!

01/04/2025: Bar pasticceria con la possibilità di sedere a tavolo sia fuori si via Guidobaldo dal Monte oppure dentro su una balconata con più privacy. Servizio cortese e prezzi nella media 2 euro il caffè macchiato seduti. Parcheggio difficile in zona nei feriali.

25/02/2025: Indecente non sapere cosa sia vegano e cosa no nel 2025. Mi è stato offerto per l'ennesima volta un cornetto integrale al miele alla mia richiesta di prodotti vegani e persino alla mia risposta "quindi non è vegano" c'è stato l'ardire di controbattere pur sapendo di non avere un minimo di informazione. Mai più, non consigliato.

06/04/2025: Terrible service, after an exhausting wait and after several couriers moved ahead of customers in the queue, I gave up. All with the total indifference of the staff.

11/04/2025: We rarely go to restaurants not frequented by Italians, but we wanted a quick dinner near Termini for our last night in Rome. I wanted spaghetti with vongole (clams) and prices were inexpensive so we went to Ristorante Santi near our hotel near opening time. The restaurant was almost filled already with Chinese tourists and service was slow. My husband has veal Marsala and we shared a tiramisu. With house wine, water, and coperto, the total was on €39 euros and the food was good for the price.

08/03/2025: Grandpa Santei's granddaughter, Julia, was very friendly and we had a great time eating. Both the vegetable soup and the main dish had a gentle flavor and were very delicious. satisfaction!

21/04/2025: Classic pizza from the wood-fired oven...now almost impossible to find. You can find it here and it's good too.

18/03/2025: Siamo arrivati in questo ristorante a pranzo della domenica. Si presenta come molto elegante e dal menu sicuramente di un certo livello. Peccato che si è rivelata solo apparenza. Premetto che mio figlio è vegetariano e purtroppo si è dovuto accontentare dell’unico piatto presente nel menù, gli spaghetti al pomodoro, e di nessuna altra proposta da parte della cucina. Abbiamo poi ordinato spaghetti alle vongole, scialbe e con poco sapore al prezzo di ben 24 euro, e un piatto di pasta con carciofi e gamberi sempre al prezzo di 24 euro. Peccato che i gamberi fossero gamberetti , tipo quelli già lessati che si vendono al supermercato a pochi euro. Il tutto in tempi diversi, uno mangiava e gli altri guardavano e viceversa. Un fritto da dividere , non sufficiente neanche per una persona, qualche calamaro e quattro gamberi di numero, nemmeno ben puliti. Servizio incommentabilie. Prezzo ASSURDO sia per qualità che per servizio. SCONSIGLIATO

31/03/2025: The meat platter that was supposed to be for four people at a cost of 80.00 is actually not even for two people 😡 if it says for four all four guests have the right to eat the same thing, and not one the sausage, another the bacon and yet another the piece of chicken!! Not to mention the bitterness at the end of the vein equal to a shot😡

21/03/2025: Eravamo una trentina di persone fatte accomodare in una sala con vetrate già di per sé mal riscaldata. La qualità del cibo non era assolutamente nulla di che, si salvava solo la tagliata. Troppo lento ed impacciato il servizio. Si salva solo la location. Locale per me bocciato
