01/01/2025: A real trattoria that brings you back to simple but good tastes. The setting is a bit old but excellent service and delicious dishes. All at really low costs and generous portions. The ragù is exquisite and the escalopes are superb. I also saw lamb and sausages served to other diners who satisfied various palates. A treat for those who want real flavours.

12/04/2025: La Casetta a Monti is a small piece of medieval history inserted in the historic center of Rome, Rione I (Monti) in Via della Madonna dei Monti, not far from the iconic Colosseum. This review delves into the historical aspect of the place, rather than the activity that currently takes place there. This ancient house (I also saw it in a drawing from 1759), which survived demolitions and various urban transformations, is very evocative due to its peculiarity, a silent witness to a bygone era. It is characterized by two peculiarities that are very rare in the city, the first is that it is located in the middle of the street almost a challenge to modern architectural conventions, the second is that its façade is completely covered by a blanket of ivy, except for the two entrances on the ground floor and the two windows on the first floor, all of which gives it an almost fairy-tale appearance. For several years it has become a small bistro where you find yourself in an intimate and welcoming environment, sought after by those who love sweets and therefore a good breakfast, but also a lunch or a cocktail. 13/03/2025: They come almost every day, excellent food, variety of menus and what doesn't hurt is the kindness of the staff, in particular Mrs., always smiling, I love her..

16/02/2025: We ordered a pan last night. However, it was delivered to us definitely too late. We had ordered it for 8.50pm. The pizza was delivered to us at 10.05pm. So more than an hour late. At 9.30pm we called to ask and were told: "Unfortunately we are full of orders because it is the Sanremo final. You have to wait at least another 20 minutes." What can I say... we would have understood about 15/20 minutes late. But more than an hour is really too long. The organization should also be reviewed on particular evenings, full of orders. Having said that...the pizza was really delicious. So, we will give you another chance.

25/03/2025: I was in this restaurant for the second time. I can say that the food is very good, the meat and the first courses are excellent. Service a little slow, but during the weekend I think it's also normal. I recommend it!!!!!

20/02/2025: I went to the Casa Abis show and even though it was sold out I queued for 5 minutes to get in to go through the ticket control; this is because more people had been checking for months and this is not always done even in larger cinema theaters. The seats are comfortable and we enjoyed the show 100% smoothly

18/02/2025: Kesté is a small pizzeria in Piazzale Clodio that stands out for an unexpected detail: the Roman wood-fired pizza, a rarity done well. The dough is thin and crunchy at the right point, with quality ingredients and perfect cooking, all at fair prices for the area. In addition to takeaway and home delivery, there is also the possibility of eating it on site, which makes the experience even more pleasant. The quality-price ratio is excellent, and for those who love real Roman wood-fired pizza, this is certainly an excellent choice.

22/01/2025: Elegant and refined place. Managed perfectly by Matteo. We organized two events, my son's communion and my daughter's 18th, everything was wonderful to say the least! Congratulations indeed. Excellent food and really compliments received from all guests

18/04/2025: Unfortunately, the dinner disappointed us greatly: the wine was brought to us late halfway through the dinner (from time to time the waiters warned us that the type of bottle chosen was not available). The grilled vegetables were practically raw and watery. The waiters were very kind and nice, the environment was welcoming but overall we were dissatisfied.

04/04/2025: As a Campanian I say really good pizza, meat as well, welcoming environment. To spend an evening without commitments and relaxed, super welcoming staff.

31/03/2025: Arrival time 2.30pm. End time 4.40pm. Dishes eaten 4 appetizers, dishes ordered and forgotten, fried fish. Wine ordered 1 glacette requested 6 times, arrived when the bottle was finished. The thing that makes you smile is that, when, politely, God forbid, this was pointed out to the owner, the response was: you don't go out for lunch on Sundays and the fish here is fresh (luckily we're happy about that). Let's say it's the second time I've gone there, but the situation hasn't changed. The problem is ours because we continue to go to places that with the takings of a Sunday give us at least a week in this season and, they also tell us to stay at home, because in fact we are the disillusioned ones and we deserve places like this. Too bad 😌
