31/08/2025: Truly poor service. The chaufa was flavorless. Terrible service from the staff, who lacked customer service training. We had to wait an hour for our dish, which was subpar.

26/07/2025: I loved this place. They served me quickly. The service was great, the atmosphere was great, and the food was even better. I recommend this place to eat.

19/11/2025: Disappointing. A friend from Rome recommended it to me. The service was unpleasant, and seeing the reviews, I see we're not the only ones. The waiter was rude and had poor service. The pizzas were passable; the thin crust was the only redeeming feature. The calzone was surrounded by a pool of liquid. They said a 20-minute wait, but it took an HOUR for a pizza?! It's unacceptable! Tables that were served earlier were served later because they were Italian, and if you're a foreigner, they ignore you. The waiter was annoyed if you asked for another drink, making negative gestures with his hands. What kind of place is this? The owner should be paying attention to how his employees treat customers. Clearly, I won't be returning and I won't recommend it to anyone I care about. Rome is full of delicious restaurants with charming waiters where you can have a great experience in every way. ☺️

18/11/2025: This is a local favorite and deservingly so. They are serious about their pizza and the first bite solidifies any opposition. The house wine was not as full as other local Hosteria’s but that can be appreciated as well. My choice of sausage pizza was very distinct as the freshness stood out each bite. Service was speedy and receptive to my intermediate level Italian skills. As soon as I was seated a +20min line formed. So yes, I’d say take the time and enjoy some pizza romana

09/11/2025: Shameful! It's a shame because the restaurant has a lot of potential, but... Paying €14 for a penne pasta (which was also bad) for a 2-year-old is madness!!!!!

29/10/2025: Terrible food. Yesterday, October 28, 2025, I had lunch with my daughter and my one-year-old granddaughter. The little one happily ate pasta with fresh tomato sauce. I ordered it for myself. It was absolutely disgusting. Even the little one refused it. Having paid 14 euros for it, I keep asking myself... "What kind of tomatoes was it cooked with?" This is the last time we'll go. The NAS should check us out. Who knows, they might find something irregular. I'm also disgusted by what my pregnant daughter tried to eat. I'm speechless!

25/07/2025: Posto immerso nella campagna al confine tra il Lazio e la Toscana, tavolo apparecchiato come si deve in un bel contesto agreste.vPrimi promossi a pieni voti, coniglio fritto ottimo, e poi le patatine fritte pazzesche, veniamo all'unico punto critico della serata la tagliata, la carne come correttamente mi era stato anticipato dalla nostra cameriera si è rilevata piuttosto dura e grassa, tanto è vero che loro per gli stessi motivi non propongono la bistecca; dolci fatti da loro molto buoni. Servizio perfetto carta dei vini non chilometrica ma con vini locali di assoluta eccellenza e conto in linea con quello che abbiamo preso.

14/07/2025: Posto bellissimo immerso nel verde ! Abbiamo mangiato un antipasto con parmigiana di melanzane e gnudi ! Strepitosi ! Per finire poi con il maialino arrosto e una tagliata ! Se si soggiorna in. Zona Pescia Romana dovete provalo :) prezzi buoni

16/10/2025: The place and the food are fine, but the service is terrible. They didn't give us much time to choose. Also, there were three of us, and we were only allowed two food options, so the third had to choose between those two... I don't know if this only happens at lunchtime. We won't be back.

16/10/2025: The best fettuccine I've ever had. I would 100% go back for the food, but not for the service, which leaves a little to be desired.

12/10/2025: We had lunch today with my family at this very rustic but beautiful restaurant. The first and second courses were both meat-based, each better than the last. It's a shame about the homemade desserts; among the options, only the panna cotta was homemade. The organization and service could use some attention... If you want to eat at this restaurant, be patient; the wait times are very long... Genuine

06/10/2025: The place definitely needs renovation, but the setting is beautiful. There's a lovely fireplace lit even in autumn and a beautiful chestnut grove to work off a good meal. The food is simple and good. Not a lot of choices, but that's fine by me. The porcini mushroom and wild boar ragù are a highlight, an excellent first course. Then there's the grilled meat and side dishes. Plenty of parking inside, so reservations are recommended.

04/11/2025: Absolutely delightful!!! Great drinks menu, small but excellent food menu. The owner and his staff are incredibly friendly. It was my go-to spot every day during my entire stay in Rome 🤩

25/11/2025: The management has changed. Acceptable but not excellent. Although, for example, they charge €1.50 for the mini pastries, the same as the nearby Michelin-starred pastry chefs Marta Boccanera/Felice Venanzi di Gruè and Iginio Massari....!!! And in comparison, it makes a big difference.

28/10/2025: Very kind and welcoming staff, always with a smile 😊 The pastries are absolutely delicious and fresh, and the coffee is perfect — rich and aromatic ☕️. The place is cozy and elegant, ideal for a relaxing break or breakfast in Rome. Definitely one of my favorite spots in the city! 🍰🥐

14/08/2025: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! The staff is very friendly, kind, and helpful. The location is stunning and very quiet, perfect for enjoying a relaxing dinner. The food is sublime: the fish is incredibly fresh, the pasta dishes are hand-crafted by the chef, and the portions are generous. The quality-price ratio is excellent. If you're in Tivoli and don't know where to enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner, I 100% recommend VINO TINTO!

06/08/2025: We came for dinner. The food was excellent. We had appetizers of bruschetta, saltimbocca parmigiana, and supplì (all strictly seafood), exceptional... the first courses were exquisite, everything delicious, we had a great time. We'll definitely be back.
