27/03/2025: Ricordo che siamo rimasti delusi.. premessa che siamo venuti in questo locale per mangiare carne e porchetta, abbiamo poi ascoltato i consigli della cameriera prendendo un antipasto con focaccia e porchetta per poi proseguire con la loro spaziale carbonara.. Peccato che questo prima non era per niente buono, la crema liquida e il sapore tutto tranne che una carbonara. Ecco diciamo che il ricordo l’unico positivo è stata la focaccia con la porchetta. Non ci ritornerei mai.

07/07/2025: Excelente restaurante y un ambiente maravilloso. Fuimos una noche fresca de lunes con la familia y pedimos directamente al chef, ya que era el único que hablaba Inglés. La comida estaba deliciosa y se entregó relativamente rápido. ¡Gracias por una gran visita!

09/10/2025: Negative Review – Lorella Restaurant/Pizzeria September 2025 • SOLO I've been ordering from this place since 2023, twice a week, always courteously and without ever complaining, even when the pizzas weren't ready at the agreed-upon time. Until July 2025, I considered myself a loyal customer. That evening, however, I received three pizzas burned on the bottom, with a very noticeable bitter taste. For the first time, with tact and respect, I asked if there was a problem with the oven, clarifying that I'd always been satisfied in the past. The owner's response? No apology, just arrogance: she said she'd made them herself and that they were perfect, even going so far as to send me a photo of her pizza, as if my opinion didn't matter. I've always waited patiently for my pizzas, even when I arrived on time and the owner was sitting at the table with her family having dinner, despite the restaurant's opening time being 6:00 PM. I've never complained. For personal reasons, I haven't ordered since July. Yesterday, I was finally able to resume my usual pizza routine and decided to return, hoping for a more professional welcome. Bad idea. Instead, I encountered the same smug and rude attitude. I politely asked her son if I could pay first so the pizzas wouldn't get cold, since I live quite a distance away. Instead of taking care of it, the owner arrived and arrogantly told me, "Check them first, so if there are any problems, you can report them right away." An unpleasant welcome, to say the least—as if she were assuming I'd complain again. And as if that weren't enough, the same order that I'd always paid €24 suddenly went up to €30, without any explanation. I'm sorry to say this, but I'll never set foot in that place again—and I told them so straight away. It's not enough to know how to make pizza: you need to respect your customers, especially the loyal ones. It's not a complaint that ruins a relationship, but the way you choose to respond. I never questioned the price or asked for discounts or special treatment. I could have paid more, but that certainly wasn't the point. The problem was the way I was treated, with a lack of respect that a customer—loyal or otherwise—should never receive. I have never allowed myself to mistreat anyone or be disrespectful. In fact, I have always paid for and respected the work of others. But respect must be mutual. Writing a review means sharing an experience, for better or for worse. Respect, however, should remain the foundation of discussion, something that unfortunately was completely lacking in your message. Perhaps you should examine your conscience before gratuitously accusing someone who simply shares their experience. A negative review isn't a personal attack: it's an opinion. His response, however, is. Good luck. PS: Did I ask for more pistachios? Yes! But I didn't ask for mortadella... Did I ask for porcini mushrooms? Yes! But I didn't ask for artichokes. 21/10/2025: Stay away from this restaurant... inflated prices for a mediocre lunch/dinner. Two ice creams €24, two waters €20, two double coffees €18. They practically served me the bill with a balaclava on.

02/11/2025: Three hours in line, and then the entire bakery was sold out... on Sunday, November 2nd... not to mention the slow service. The two cappuccinos arrived, followed by a piece of cake. The sugar for the cappuccino, of course, arrived after we'd already finished eating everything.

26/10/2025: Excellent ingredients, impeccably cooked and served in generous portions, wonderful people who work with passion, and a "nativity scene" town immersed in nature. Sure, it's a bit far from Rome, but it's definitely worth the drive and the wait to relax and enjoy delicious food.
