16/11/2025: The food was poor, terrible ice cream with a strange aftertaste, and the ricotta and chocolate chip tart was very hard, probably made at least a week ago. The location was unwelcoming.

07/12/2025: My negative rating is strictly related to what happened this morning: I walked in saying "good morning" (as politely requires) and noticed two baristas laughing at me (the reason was obvious, given my complexion). To avoid any disappointment, I asked for what I wanted, paid, and left. The cashier and another barista were courteous in serving me and wishing me a good day, but otherwise I'm very disappointed.

24/11/2025: On Sunday, November 23rd, we celebrated my father's birthday with some friends and were delighted with the hospitality and professionalism of Dario and the restaurant staff! We ate wonderfully! Everything was perfect! Thanks again for your hospitality and professionalism!

28/10/2025: Lunch with a group. Fast and efficient service. Excellent first courses (amatriciana and tonnarelli cacio e pepe) and grilled meats. Excellent impression.

We saw Hybris with Antonio Rezza: a beautiful show, completely unconventional, captivating, and original. A perfect example of the bold, unconventional programming that characterizes Il Vascello. We had a wonderful evening, enjoying quality theater and an environment that truly fosters the artistic experience. Highly recommended for those who love lively, experimental, and unconventional theater.

01/11/2025: We order a plate of patanegra after being assured that it was hand-cut, a plate of machine-cut ham arrives and if it is Spanish, it is of a very low quality, we ask for explanations and they assure us that it is patanegra, I have my doubts, for the second course meatballs in sauce, a plate arrives with 5 balls, the sauce is orange in colour and has an acidic flavour, the meatballs are soft, then the sliced ​​steak in balsamic vinegar arrives completely immersed in a watery pink liquid, we get up to pay the bill without eating practically anything, they ask us for explanations, I reply that we did not like any of the three dishes ordered but we prefer to pay our bill and leave without ever coming back, sometimes it is better to lose them than to find them thanks

02/12/2025: I discovered this establishment and its staff, masterfully led by Valentina, ten years ago; we've celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, and graduations: everything was always perfect, delicious food, a fantastic DJ, and kind and helpful waiters. Well done, keep up the good work!!

23/11/2025: We celebrated my daughter's eighteenth birthday here, renting the upstairs rooms. The evening went very well: the food was excellent (we opted for the buffet) and the timing was perfect. The entire staff was extremely helpful, competent, and kind to us adults, as well as attentive to the kids and their safety. Valentina immediately proved to be very helpful and looked after us throughout. The closing times for the evening were respected as agreed. I recommend the upstairs rooms because they are more intimate and have a functional, unobtrusive outdoor space.

05/12/2025: Everything was excellent, from the food to the courtesy of the staff and the wait time to order. I was also satisfied with the bill: the two of us ate everything from appetizer to dessert for about €100; it may seem like a lot, but I can assure you that we ordered a variety of dishes. Truly satisfied.

20/10/2025: It's no longer the place we frequented so often over the years. Eleven of us had lunch there last October 19th, and not a single one of us appreciated the food. Tonnarelli (half-portion portions), cacio e pepe (with pepper only) because they'd seen the cheese in passing, but there was plenty of cooking water in the center of the plate. Mezze maniche carbonara, where each plate was topped with no more than 3-4 strips of guanciale or pancetta. For the main course, beans (no more than 20-25 per plate) with pork rinds, of which the luckiest of us found 3. It was definitely our last experience at Filu'.

15/11/2025: It was the second time I went, not by choice. I wonder how it's possible to have a lukewarm pizza delivered to your table, fresh from a wood-fired oven, and a small one at that. If you want the classic Roman pizza that overflows the plate, that's not possible here. You can only get a larger pizza if you pay extra. The toppings were truly lacking. Among other things, I asked for a pizza with lots of tomato and little mozzarella, and I paid 0.70 cents for the extra tomato (which wasn't there), but no discount for the lack of mozzarella. We ordered simple suppli (plain, not with 'nduja), which arrived burnt and spicy. I didn't eat them, but the people I was with were happy with them. We didn't even mention it... luckily, there were no children with us. The benches were uncomfortable to sit on and too close together, and there wasn't even a paper placemat on the table. I think it's really unhygienic to put napkins and silverware directly on the table. The bathroom is located above a staircase... I think they have a bathroom on the ground floor too, I didn't ask... for those who can't climb stairs.
