Whether in Rome, Milan, or any other city in Italy, we need more places like this! I wish there were fewer posh places, all appearance and little substance, and more places like this, where appearance and substance are well-balanced. When I was in Rome at the end of December, this place was a pleasant discovery. It's a true rotisserie-pizzeria. They don't just make pizza by the slice, like many rotisserie restaurants, but also make round pizzas. Their round pizzas are exceptional! They're Roman-style pizzas, meaning they have a crispy base and don't have the thick crust typical of Neapolitan pizza. But they're still a delicious alternative. I tried a pizza with cooked ham and mushrooms, which was really good. Of course, for the round pizzas, you can request combinations with ingredients not on the menu. I also tried their baked chicken and potatoes and was very satisfied. Everything was very good. I was very satisfied. The staff is friendly. The prices are average. The location is quite strategic: the restaurant is in the San Lorenzo neighborhood and just a few steps from Rome Termini station.
