11/10/2025: Recommended trattoria, with tasty and beautifully presented seafood dishes. Friendly owners. We opted for mussels with chili pepper instead of pepper, and instead of the mussels with pepper, we opted for mussels with impeperoncina (a type of mussels with pepper), followed by fish gratin and sardines in saor (sautéed sardines). The house wine by the glass is good, both still and sparkling. Prices are reasonable. Free street parking is available near the restaurant. Worth a stop for some food and wine.

02/12/2025: A very traditional and rustic place, recommended for those like me who want to experience the place authentically and eat fresh produce! The pasta with clams is exceptional, the grilled scallops are excellent. The staff is friendly and cheerful, very welcoming!

14/10/2025: We had an amazing lunch here one Saturday afternoon quality was top notch, the service was professional and attentive, and the setting was just lovely. The seafood lasagna was a real stand out, although all the dishes were absolutely delicious.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Beautiful view.
27/08/2025: Very tasty food, large portions, a wonderful view from the restaurant, beautiful surroundings, and plenty of greenery.
We ordered the grilled mixed meat and sliced horse meat with ricotta cheese and mushrooms, bread, fries, salad, and drinks.
A small downside: After arriving, we sat for 10-15 minutes without the waiter's attention.
Overall, I recommend this restaurant.

09/06/2025: Als "Wiederholungstäter" wurden wir auch diesmal wieder nicht enttäuscht.
Schöne Terrasse, schönes Lokal, netter und zuvorkommender Service und last but not least viel Gutes aus dem Meer und aus dem Keller.
Wenn man in der Umgebung ist, unbedingt ausprobieren.
Die Preise sind übrigens der Qualität entsprechend.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von sieben Personen
Und alle Speisen die serviert wurden waren einfach fantastisch . Das Thunfisch Tatar einfach lecker . Aber auch die Hauptspeisen einfach ein Traum .Mir viel die Auswahl richtig schwer,weil alle Gerichte auf der Karte sehr verlockend klingen . Empfehlen kann man auf jeden Fall das Risotto mit Meeresfrüchten ,aber auch das Rinderfilet war ein Gedicht . Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wieder wenn wir in Muggia sind .

12/10/2025: The hotel is conveniently located, practically halfway between Trieste and the nearest Slovenian towns, Izola and Piran. The property features a beautiful, spacious terrace offering stunning sea views and the beautiful sunsets. There's a lovely, large outdoor pool. Inside, there's a spacious breakfast room for a delicious sweet and savory breakfast. The rooms are furnished with slightly vintage but decent furniture, and have comfortable beds. The bathrooms are large, but the showers are a bit limited. The hotel has parking and is located in a very quiet area. The manager, Mirella, is very kind and hospitable. Overall, a highly recommended property.

06/10/2025: We stumbled upon this place quite by chance a few nights ago. The place is really cozy and has a wonderful, elegant feel. The food was simply delicious, and the staff was super friendly and very attentive. We really enjoyed our time here. Hopefully, we'll be back soon!

05/10/2025: We've been coming here for a while, and the quality of the service and products never declines.
The coffee is always fantastic, both morning and afternoon. The croissants are fresh, just baked, fragrant, and delicious... I couldn't say which flavor I like best!
As for the desserts...they're all very fresh and beautiful, but a little too sweet for my taste. Many of them only taste like sugar, not enough cream. What a shame!
But you can tell the pastry chefs work here with so much talent and passion.

We've been coming here for quite a while, and the quality of both service and products never goes down.
The coffee is fantastic every single time—whether it's morning or afternoon. The croissants are freshly baked, fragrant, and delicious. I honestly can't decide which flavor I like best!
As for the cakes...they're all fresh and beautifully made, but a bit too sweet for my taste. In most of them you can only taste the sugar and the flavor of the cream gets lost — such a shame!
But it's clear that truly talented pastry chefs work here, putting care into every single dessert.
Our favorite spot for coffee and a croissant in Trieste!

07/08/2025: Es gibt viele positive Aspekte dieses Lokals: Verlässliche Öffnungszeiten (in Porto San Rocco nicht selbstverständlich), herzliche Eigentümerfamilie, vernünftige Preise und tolle Lage. Die Pizzeria bietet eine große Auswahl an wirklich köstlichen Pizzen. Die Trattoria-Karte ist ordentlich, aber leider werden (zu) viele Convenience-Produkte serviert, was wirklich schade ist. Sie sind nicht schlecht, aber man merkt die Massenware. Die Getränkeauswahl ist einfach, birgt aber kleine nette Überraschungen wie die Biere der südtiroler Brauerei Forst.
27/07/2025: Che bello!!!! Ambiente familiare, Simonetta una proprietaria che ti fa sentire a casa. Il mangiare? Che si mangia puzza , pesce è veramente fotonico. Ho mangiato una pasta con gli scampi ( giganti) che era fotonica!! Non lo consiglio... LO STRACONSIGLIO. Complimenti a tutti. Torneremo presto
