26/08/2025: A truly charming place, this elegant inn nestled in an ancient farming village in the Collio Friulano region, just a stone's throw from Gorizia, near the splendid city of Aquileia and the Grado lagoon. Everything is perfect, from the meticulously designed furnishings in both the rooms and common areas to the friendly staff, attentive to guests' every need and full of valuable local information. The lush garden offers rare moments of relaxation, and the wine bar, where you can enjoy homemade wines, offers pleasant breaks, including aperitifs and organic tastings. It's a true pleasure to find establishments where the principles of hospitality are so alive. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it!

25/07/2025: The staff, especially Mr. Lorenzo, were excellent, friendly, and helpful. The room was simple but very clean and well-maintained, as was the bathroom. The simple dinner was delicious, especially accompanied by an excellent Merlot from the on-site wine bar. We were in an emergency situation due to a car breakdown, and the staff's help was simply fantastic and deserves a special thank you.

04/05/2025: der Weg vom Zentrum ist schon ein Vergnügen. aber dann dieser freundliche Empfang. aber das Beste wartet am Teller. das ist jeden Cent wert. so eine Spargel Suppe mit Garnelen und Trüffel habe ich noch nicht gegessen- und ich war wirklich schon oft gut essen

23/04/2025: Tappa della nostra breve vacanza una Grado fuori stagione e semideserta. Locale molto carino vicino al nostro albergo ma soprattutto aperto! Entriamo e ci accoglie il titolare molto cortese! Al tavolo una cameriera deliziosa ci elenca il fuori menù e ci lascia il tempo di scegliere L’ordine viene preso da un altro cameriere e la gentilezza dev’essere requisito essenziale di questo locale! Mangiamo 2 secondi di pesce “Boreto”, tipico della zona, molto equilibrato nella preparazione che ne esaltava il gusto e, nonostante non fossimo particolarmente affamati, la bontà di questo piatto ci ha molto soddisfatti tanto che ne avremmo mangiato almeno il doppio! Niente dolce ma un buon sorbetto arricchito dal Calvados! Limoncello offerto da titolare talmente cortese che ci ha salutati dandoci la mano! La qualità del cibo qui va di pari passo con la cortesi! Bravi

07/07/2025: unica pecca è che non essendo del posto non so se avrò l'occasione di tornare per degustare nuovamente la pizza più buona che io abbia mai provato negli ultimi anni ... veramente lodevole! Prezzi un pò sopra la media (almeno rapportati a quelli della mia zona di residenza) ma qualità degli ingredienti, bontà delle pietanze e gentilezza del personale top!

25/05/2025: Sulla pizza nulla da dire,fantastica,ma il servizio...avevamo prenotato, veniamo accompagnati al tavolo, ci accorgiamo che manca un bicchiere, lo chiediamo alla cameriera e quasi scocciata ce lo porta, ci portano dell'acqua frizzante invece che naturale, arrivano le pizze e li ci accorgiamo mancasse anche un coltello, scocciati ce lo portano (era un altro cameriere ,sembra il mood del locale), durante la cena due camerieri diversi hanno rovesciato il vassoio con le bevande, dulcis in fundo, dopo aver pagato ed essere usciti ci accorgiamo che i dolci ce li hanno fatti pagare più di quanto scritto sul menù (che abbiamo ricontrollato). Peccato, onestamente non lo consiglierei vista l'esperienza.

08/09/2025: A very nice beach bar with delicious aperitifs (Hugo is highly recommended). The paninis are also very good, especially the one with San Daniele ham. The service is very friendly, and we came here every day of our vacation.

28/08/2025: I've been frequenting the place for a year and can confirm that it's always a pleasure to stop by. I like to indulge in the seasonal changes, which show a lot of care, dedication, and selection, but it's the classics that really shine, and the cappuccino remains my favorite: the best I've ever tasted, truly. A small note to the staff, very kind, cheerful, and helpful: it's nice when you receive a smile along with the service 💌

31/08/2025: We went to dinner at 8:00 PM with friends; the place wasn't full. We ordered pizzas and drinks, which arrived promptly, but we waited two hours for the pizzas. Meanwhile, the place had filled up, and the other tables were served while we were still waiting. The pizza was good, but the wait was unacceptable.

31/08/2025: Despite the friendly staff, the experience wasn't positive. The pizza was burnt on the edge and raw in the center.

17/08/2025: Raf Russo 1/5 a moment ago on Google I stayed for three nights on August 15th with my two children and two elderly people. I'm expressing my opinions, supported by three days of one problem after another. The facility might be pleasant from the outside, but once you stay, you realize that there are far more things that don't work than those that do. To be more precise, we had to change two of the rooms because the air conditioning didn't work in either of them, with temperatures outside of 36 degrees Celsius. The problem was resolved after 48 hours and a lot of insistence on our part. Getting even a fan seemed like a Herculean task; it was impossible to speak to a manager; we only interacted with the guys at reception who kept repeating the same things: that technicians had to come but then didn't fix the problem, or that the manager was in charge of a lot of facilities and therefore couldn't be present. As for the pool, it absolutely needed cleaning, with its rim dirty with silt and leaves and insects floating in the water, untouched by anyone, despite the presence of a robot inside, which clearly wasn't enough. The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with cobwebs and dust, and the tennis court was in dire need of renovation. Talking to other guests at the hotel, many agreed that this property absolutely needed updating and that the management clearly didn't seem capable, or interested, in solving the problems. Finally, at the end of our stay, we had to ask for at least a minimal discount on the price, because no one had even bothered to compensate us for the damages we'd suffered. If it had been possible to find a different hotel in the area, we would have left after the first night spent in unbearable temperatures, but since it was the August bank holiday weekend, there were no alternatives. It's a shame, because the location would be pleasant and there's potential. Personally, I absolutely do not recommend staying at this hotel.

08/09/2025: Every time I go to IKEA, I have to go through security, and they only stop me. There are thousands of people walking away with the biggest things and they stop me, and I wonder if this is just because I'm a black person that this is happening to me, because it's not possible! I understand that they're doing their job, but every time...??!!!

29/08/2025: I had lunch yesterday at this beautiful wine bar and had excellent lasagna with meat sauce and cheese, and I really enjoyed the presentation. The staff is made up of a group of young women, very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to service. The place is very beautiful, well-kept, and has an outdoor garden for al fresco dining. Excellent place.

27/08/2025: The location is always remarkable, the owners are kind but not suited to the type of work they do. A crazy price for two canapés and two white spritzes. ..... What a shame.
