09/10/2025: A beautiful restaurant on stilts overlooking the sea, with a view (of course) of the Grado lagoon. The menu and wine list are varied, and the dishes are carefully selected and well-prepared. The staff is courteous and attentive. Prices are in line with the restaurant's character.

17/09/2025: A refined restaurant with a pleasant view of the lagoon. Attentive and helpful staff. Good appetizer selections, and the "Pinaccia" (a kind of seafood stew) with shellfish and mollusks is excellent. It has everything you could possibly want, dipped in an excellent sauce, served with crostini. One point less for the baked turbot, served with both potatoes and tomato, which created a somewhat watery base. Reasonably priced. Parking isn't always easy to find in the summer, especially on weekends.

03/11/2025: Among the many places serving traditional local cuisine, in two visits to Gorizia we discovered this welcoming osteria near the center. It's very good, high-quality, and offers excellent service. The staff recommend the canederli and the famous Ljubljanska. And last but not least, don't forget the Pelinkovac, the area's historic bitter.

01/11/2025: A place of objective value. The food is very good, perhaps the space is a bit small, and the wait is noticeable without a reservation.

10/11/2025: Fantastic experience! I had lunch at Trattoria al Pieve and ordered the lamb ribs—simply delicious! Tender and flavorful meat, paired with an excellent house red wine. The atmosphere is authentic and welcoming, with a timeless feel. The service is friendly and attentive. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back! 👌🍷

11/11/2025: We went here on a Saturday for lunch with friends and were very pleased. The place is also frequented by locals, so that's already a guarantee. The dishes are traditional, but also classic, and I'd say generous. I'd definitely recommend the frico and chifeletti. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend making a reservation. Dogs are welcome.

09/11/2025: What can I say... It's dangerous: it's addictive! I'm an elderly traveler from Bologna with some restaurant experience... Well, I accidentally discovered this little gem... Simple cuisine with top-quality ingredients, you really taste the sea in every dish. It now forces me to detour when I pass through Friuli Venezia Giulia those three or four times a year.

20/10/2025: Excellent food, carefully prepared and with an innovative touch. Friendly, attentive, and pleasant staff, attentive service. The atmosphere is warm, pleasant, and relaxing.

04/10/2025: I usually never leave reviews unless I try a place at least a second time, but this time I'm making an exception. The restaurant deserves five stars for the quality of the food, the owners' passion for their craft, the charming location, and, last but not least, the Palestinian flag at the entrance. I ate a delicious boreto on a cold October evening; I hope to return soon to try other dishes.

30/08/2025: Family atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, more than fair prices. A word of advice: make sure you're hungry, as the portions are generous. Reservations are recommended. A must-visit, we'll be back.

02/11/2025: Excellent sandwich shop, with a distinctive decor, all themed around sports (especially football, with jerseys of various players, both well-known and lesser-known). Quick service, very friendly staff. It was created as a place to watch football matches together on the big screens (if you like football, it's a must-try experience; otherwise, it's best to avoid if there are any big matches scheduled, as it gets very crowded). It remains one of my favorite places in Monfalcone.

17/06/2025: The most delicious pizza I've ever tried!!! Very nice staff. My daughter ate two huge pieces of pizza and asked for more. That's the coolest compliment.

16/06/2025: Very good pizza, the staff speaks little English, for eating on site they add 1.5 €, fees, it is in the price list, but the pizza is delicious, especially the dough. I personally think that the so-called small one is enough for 2 people but to eat it is for one, thin dough .
