20/07/2025: Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience; I won't be returning. I was a guest at an 18th birthday party about three weeks ago, and initially, I had considered this venue for my daughter's birthday. However, after experiencing the evening as a guest, I completely changed my mind. Although the venue is undoubtedly beautiful and exclusive, the owner's attitude ruined the atmosphere: she was intrusive, unfriendly, and anything but professional. She often gave the impression of wanting to "control" the party rather than facilitate it, intervening inappropriately and creating discomfort among the guests. A real shame, because the venue has potential, but the owner's hospitality and demeanor really make the difference. Personally, I wouldn't feel comfortable entrusting her with an important event.

20/07/2025: If I could, I wouldn't even give one star... A total disappointment!!! An intrusive owner, capable of ruining your party. She rents out a garden, not even very well lit, for €1,000, from 8 PM to 2 AM, and then intervenes, disturbing everyone. The first time she asks for the music to be turned down, the second time she says someone had skidded in her parking lot, which we hadn't even noticed because we were all still inside singing and had yet to cut the cake. Maybe it was someone who heard the party from afar and came over to see, what were we supposed to know? But these things should be occupational hazards, and she, looking quite pissed, approached the guests and asked who those people were. Anyway, to make a long story short, my nephew risked having his 18th birthday party ruined by an incompetent person who rents out her garden and doesn't even know that loud music is normal at a party. Because she was asked permission to do everything she did! And to be honest, I've been to a lot of parties and the volume wasn't that loud!!! And it was in the middle of nowhere, because it was a villa surrounded by nothing because the other houses were far away except hers. Forget it if you want to choose this place, listen to me!!!

26/07/2025: We recently had lunch at this restaurant and were generally satisfied 👍. Arriving around 12:00 🕛 after having spotted the restaurant by car 🚘, we asked if we could sit down; at that point we were asked if we preferred a veranda or a completely outdoor setting. Opting for the latter, we then waited for a table to be prepared for us next to those already reserved 📞. Browsing the menu 📋, we immediately noted the deliciousness of the various options, finally choosing two second courses (lamb chops on mint and pea puree and cod in squid ink with green asparagus) accompanied by two portions of chips 🍟. To complete the order, we also ordered a small beer 🍺, a 0.75-liter bottle of sparkling water 💧, and a glass of Cabernet Franc 🍷, followed by two coffees ☕. Everything was absolutely tasty 😋 and well-cooked, and the choreography of the dishes was also excellent 👌. The staff were very kind and friendly, from the manager 🧑🏻 who welcomed us to the various girls 👩🏻👩🏼 who then served us. However, I must make a comment regarding the wait times and, more generally, the organizational aspect: if, initially, everything went well, then something stopped working... we waited over half an hour for the coffees, while the desserts 🍰, despite repeated requests, never even arrived. Not that it was the end of the world, in fact the rating remains largely positive 👍, however I think it's fair to point it out; it should also be said that the place was full anyway and this may have caught the staff a bit off guard. I'm also aware of the current difficulties (including psychological ones) of a category, that of restaurateurs, against which our illegitimate government has declared an unjustified and intolerable all-out war; therefore, I fully support this and, nevertheless, wish the business a good restart. Prices are perhaps slightly higher than average but in any case fair in relation to the quality. Bathrooms 🚾 clean and tidy 🚽🧻. Parking area 🅿️ not huge but still adequate. The surrounding rural setting is pleasant even though the structure faces the main road 🛣 connecting Aquileia and Grado. Overall, we had a good time, so I RECOMMEND IT 👍. 08/11/2025: Terrible, believe me, don't eat here. The food is awful and recycled. The service is even worse.

17/10/2025: Shipyard with a beautiful tourist marina located in Via Bagni Nuova in the city of Monfalcone in the province of Gorizia in a large, comfortable and completely renovated area by the multinational Red Bull where there is an elegant Bar Restaurant, a Self Service and large sheds with storage and maintenance of boats in a very beautiful and peaceful landscape.

09/12/2025: I ordered a Leffe indicating this, I meant the same quantity. Instead they brought me a half
