27/07/2024: Excellent option for a gluten-free dinner (including pizza). It was very busy every night but the waiters were attentive. You can even get a gluten-free tiramisu here! What a surprise! The others who were eating normal food were also impressed with the quality of the meals, especially seafood. Make sure you have a reservation if you want to avoid waiting in the queue outside...

08/07/2024: Attracted by the vast choice of vegetables we entered and it was better to go straight ahead, nothing special burgers, very sad vegetables and piadina close to being inedible, in my opinion they don't make them, it looks like the ones bought... no no...

07/07/2024: Locale rustico gestito unicamente da donne. Tutte molto gentili e disponibili. Non ci aspettavamo altro che ciò che abbiamo mangiato, ossia bene e super abbondante; talmente abbondante che abbiamo chiesto se gli spaghetti allo scoglio erano per due o per il singolo commensale… era per uno! Pesce molto fresco, la signora al tavolo ci ha sfilettato il rombo con molta professionalita e gentilezza. Siamo rimaste molto soddisfatte di tutto Il prezzo è assolutamente onesto ci aspettavamo di spendere molto di più. Ottimo tutto torneremo sicuramente

06/01/2024: Scoperta di un classico. Carlo è molto conosciuto a Riccione, un po’ un classicone con la sua terrazza vista mare. Appena entrato non ho avuto una bella impressione: ambiente fanè, al limite del decadente, arredamento anni Ottanta non rinnovato. La vista ovviamente è gratificante. Parliamo della cucina: tutto buono, saporito, di altissima digeribilità (segno inequivocabile di qualità). Ho apprezzato molto la pasta e l’ottimo dolce, una crema catalana davvero speciale. Conto non esagerato. Tornerò.

01/07/2024: The pastries and cappuccino are good (the taste is certainly better than the appearance). Friendly and courteous staff. The area where the bar is located isn't that great, as you find the sky and fastweb stands and so on and so forth. Once upon a time it was freer and had benches to sit on. Today with an arrangement like this you find yourself with more chaos than before. Still good bar and in the heart of the shopping centre, what more can you ask for?

29/07/2024: In occasione di un evento/concerto nell'anfiteatro sito di fronte al don matteo prenoto un tavolo per due persone. Arrivo puntuale allora stabilita alle 19. A sedere ci sono 10 persone ma vedo molti tavoli vuoti prenotati. Mi propongono un tavolo sulla terrazza vista palco con un supplemento di 3€ a persona. Accetto volentieri per godermi il concerto (il tavolo lo posso tenere per il concerto visto il supplemento). Sono le 19:15 circa e dal menu scelgo due primi piatti e specifico alla cameriera che venga servito dentro una pagnotta fatta con l'impasto della pizza come indicato nel menu (Nel caso volessimo si poteva avere il classico piatto in ceramica) Accettiamo la pagnotta visto la cosa particolare. Ora 19:45 arrivano con i primi serviti nel piatto in ceramica e chiedo al cameriere perché non nella pagnotta... È una serata particolare... Stasera serviamo sul piatto! Magari avvisare il cliente??? Magari avrei cambiato pietanza. Primo piatto porzione normale non abbondante, gustoso ed equilibrato. Chiedo al cameriere un po' di pane per la scarpetta... Mai pervenuto! Ore 20:10 visto che avevamo fame ordino una pizza da dividere in due e non ci viene detto che tarderà molto...C'era gente ma alle ore 21 molti avevano finito. Sollecito il cameriere che mi dice arriva... Ore 21:30 vado alla cassa e chiedo lumi.... Mi dice che è una serata particolare... Capisco ma se ci avesse avvisato avremmo preso un dolce direttamente. Va in cucina e al ritorno mi dice che è ancora da fare. A questo punto chiedo di cancellarla. Non batte ciglio e la toglie. Da questo momento non si è più visto nessuno al tavolo... Un dolce un caffè da ordinare qualcosa come un digestivo da offrire per il disguido.... Nulla... Abbandonati a se stessi. Forse e dico forse un po' di miglior comunicazione e cura al cliente. Capisco la serata particolare ma si può sempre rimediare o almeno tentare appena si calma la serata recuperando la situazione... e invece nulla come la scusante del concerto e della molta gente .. o ti accontenti o ti accontenti. Non ero ad una cena gratuita e quando è stato il momento di pagare ho versato il dovuto. Certo che non mi rivedranno più...

23/07/2024: Posto molto carino al fresco personale gentile e attento. Pizza e primi ottimi. Molte promozioni settimanali che rendono il posto attrattivo . Ci tornerò sicuramente

31/08/2024: Terrible hotel overall! From the cleanliness of the rooms to the food! We stayed there for 1 week which was terrible! I strongly advise against it.... Staff very on their own, food not good, and cleanliness of the rooms really zero... the only saving grace is that the hotel is located in front of the port and therefore you are right in the center of Riccione.. But for everything else ZERO in everything..

24/08/2024: Terrible experience! NEVER AGAIN! Incorrect and grumpy staff, I was sent a quote by email and at the time of payment at the end of the stay they demanded 40 euros more, due to THEIR MISTAKE! I have been to several hotels in Romagna and have never received such dishonest treatment. Poor, scarce and very poor quality food, a school canteen is definitely better. Last negative note, at the time of booking we had reserved a room with a side sea view with their confirmation, and upon our arrival they told us that they had been wrong and had given us a room at the back which overlooked the wall of another hotel, and also for this error did not deduct anything from their wrong quote, I repeat both in the sum and in the room type! BAD EXPERIENCE
