20/07/2025: The people who work there are always very kind and helpful. The location is beautiful! Very pleasant cocktails, both classic and more sophisticated. A must-see 😊

20/04/2025: Beautiful location and friendly waiters but paying €12 for a cocktail and a 33cl beer €7.50 without having asked for an aperitif (therefore without appetizers) seems really excessive to me. Unique and final experience at Cuccuma.

14/07/2025: Coffee at the counter: cash 1.40/1.30 pos 1.50. Seated: 3 coffees, 1 small crema caffè, and a water €14.50 😱

07/07/2025: I went to this bar yesterday afternoon to have a coffee, I went first to pay and collect the receipt as written on the sign hanging inside that says (COLLECT THE RECEIPT FIRST AT THE CASH REGISTER) at which point the gentleman who was at the cash register got offended because I paid for the coffee and asked him for the receipt to show to the bartender, treating me badly, telling me that the receipt was no longer needed. I behaved as requested and I did not understand the reaction of this elderly and rude cashier. If you do not want to give receipts, remove the sign displayed. I will definitely not go into this bar again. Highly not recommended

25/08/2025: Excellent vegan ice cream, but the service needs some work: I paid the bill and stood in line while the cashier let a friend or relative go ahead and chatted pleasantly. Not very professional.

16/08/2025: The gelato is very good, no complaints about the quality. However, it's unacceptable that opening hours aren't respected. I've often found the gelato shop closed despite its opening hours being listed on Google, without any warning or explanation. If you can't guarantee availability during the indicated hours, it would be appropriate to update them or communicate this clearly. It's a shame, because the product deserves more serious management.

12/07/2025: We wanted to eat as a family and sat down to order. As we were about to order, the waiter immediately told us that the wait times were very long and that we should come back later, which is normal and we understand. But when he asked us to leave the table in a disrespectful tone and manner, which we're not used to in Italy, we lost our appetite and left the restaurant, so we don't recommend it.

13/07/2025: We had a coffee and a croissant, the croissant was very delicious. There is also a toilet available on request once you buy something.

28/05/2025: Unfriendly as few! You are right in the center and you still haven't understood the importance of behaving kindly with customers. You are as evil as the rain on Easter Monday, and you also have high prices.

08/08/2025: I'm speechless...it's practically disgusting! It's not a hotel, it's a nursing home. I've never had an experience like this...and yet I've been traveling to Pescara for years for health reasons.

18/07/2025: Horrible place, don't go there. Dirty. If you want to know what it's like in prison, you can go there. The atmosphere is very similar, with the same characters you'd find in prison. People who provoke you for no reason. Not to mention the unacceptable staff behavior.

03/08/2025: I've read a lot of negative reviews, but in my personal experience, the coffee was very good and the person serving us was courteous. In fact, it seems to me that he had already washed the machine's components, but that doesn't mean the coffee was any less good or the employee any less helpful.
