08/03/2026: I had lunch with my wife for the first time today, March 8th. We appreciated the location, the restaurant's decor, and the attention to detail and cleanliness. We were greeted with courtesy and friendliness, the menu offered unique and inviting options, and the wine list was extensive. We chose five different dishes, all prepared with attention to the smallest details. The service was consistent with the above. Congratulations!

Highly recommended for couples or groups. We've tried it previously with a group of 25, including a Romagna tasting session and an ethnic evening, which I highly recommend!

The owners, Valentina, her brother, and her mother, run the place with love and passion, and are so friendly, yet unobtrusive, that they make you feel right at home! 09/03/2026: We stopped at Birroteca Cattolica on our way from Vasto to Trieste, where we were meeting friends for a wedding. This is obviously a personal and subjective review, based on our experience. We found the place rather spartan and not particularly well-maintained. The staff was very attentive, definitely too attentive: their hospitality was extremely obsequious and overbearing, which, for our taste, was too affected. What really struck us, however, were the prices, which seemed decidedly disproportionate to the quality of the ingredients and the type of venue. Wine by the glass costed over €5 each, crostini di pane cost €15, and a vegan pizza cost €16: high-end restaurant prices that, in our opinion, don't reflect the overall experience. The dishes themselves aren't bad, but the quality-price ratio seemed truly unconvincing. If you don't want to spend a lot for a simple meal, perhaps you're better off going straight.

17/02/2026: The atmosphere is very nice and welcoming, the dishes are very carefully prepared and refined, with an Argentinean flair (considering the chef). The price, given the work I presume goes into it, is affordable, definitely worth a try. The only flaw is that the wines (if you choose to pair them with the dishes) are always late. Two extra glasses of wine were requested for dessert, but never saw them, and fortunately not even on the bill.

25/01/2026: It was my second visit to this restaurant, the first having been very positive. My second overall positive experience at a high-end restaurant. As a food intolerant, I had mentioned my concerns the morning of my reservation and appreciated their willingness to offer a dedicated menu. The menu was well-organized, but the final dessert didn't convince me: a panna cotta accompanied by spinach leaves, which didn't provide the harmonious and satisfying conclusion one expects from a Michelin-starred tasting menu. I believe that the finale is a key moment of the experience and that, even with intolerances, it can become an opportunity to express creativity and care right down to the last bite. I'm sorry, but this time I left feeling a bit dissatisfied...

01/01/2026: You never cease to amaze us. Always fresh dough and endless toppings. This time I tried the piadina with gratinated vegetables, burrata, and lemon zest—truly excellent! It's a shame there aren't any indoor tables for the winter. However, when the weather starts to warm up, the outdoor ones are incredibly popular.

08/12/2025: A coffee costs 5 euros at the end of the meal and you pay the same for a dessert they offer you without asking for. Water is not included in the menu and you pay through the nose for it, bring your own. Not to be repeated!

16/11/2025: We didn't eat here, but I simply asked if they did takeout pizza. The lady, with great kindness and professionalism, gave me the address of another restaurant also located in Verucchio. I was treated with such kindness, so it was only right to leave a review. I hope to have lunch at this restaurant one day.

19/02/2026: A real surprise! A beautiful and welcoming place, with attentive service, always professional yet charmingly informal. The cuisine is top-notch: absolutely local ingredients, carefully selected, and truly commendable preparation. You can sense the love and attention in every course. The Mora Romagnola cold cuts appetizer is exquisite; delicious meats in every preparation, with a special mention for the rabbit medallions. The fennel with olives is also excellent. To finish on a high note, wonderful desserts, a homemade liqueur that I won't spoil for you... and a barrique-aged grappa that is one of the seven wonders! Thanks guys, that's exactly how we work! 👏✨

23/10/2025: We discovered this restaurant by chance while browsing Google Maps, and it was a fantastic discovery. Beautiful location, almost all the seats have a sea view except a few. Starting in spring, you can even eat with your feet in the sand, and after lunch, you can lie down and soak up some sun right next to the restaurant. The food is truly delicious, and their specials are excellent; simple cuisine that harks back to tradition but is meticulously prepared. The mixed antipasto platter was delicious, and the waiter was very kind, giving us the option of switching out the pasta and ordering passatelli. This is the third year in a row, and we've been back, even several times in the summer. Well done.
