18/02/2026: An excellent experience in Fidenza 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We dined at La Valle restaurant and the experience was impeccable in every way. The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, ideal for those seeking a special evening where every detail makes the difference. The staff looked after us with extreme professionalism, explaining each course with passion and expertise. The culinary journey was a crescendo of flavors: We began with creative and tantalizing welcome amuse-bouche. The egg cooked at 63°C (145°F) is a masterpiece of technique and texture. The trout tartare was surprising, a fresh and balanced dish. Honorable mention goes to the tajarin with lobster and kimchi air. Tortelloni with Wagyu beef stew: an explosion of enveloping flavor. We finished in style with a Marsala zabaglione and their original take on a revisited tiramisu. A must-try for those who love haute cuisine that doesn't forget substance. We'll definitely be back. Kudos to the entire staff!

22/03/2026: The rating speaks volumes, even if it deserves more. Luca, Cristina, and Lorenzo are the true creators of this restaurant, rich in tradition, delicious dishes, and a wine cellar worth visiting. I always enjoy returning, and on this occasion I was accompanied by the number one Italian chef in France, Massimo Mori, and world champion rower Giacomo Gentili in the quadruple sculls.

14/03/2026: Truly excellent. We tried several dishes and were all satisfied. Nothing to complain about the quality. The quantity of some of the starters was perhaps a little limited, but you won't leave hungry, don't worry. The owner was very kind and the service was excellent. I highly recommend it!

22/02/2026: It's been a few years since I've been to this beloved trattoria. I returned last week, and... I returned again this Sunday. My classic menu includes the delicious tagliolini with (plenty of) truffles, the tender and succulent fillet with balsamic vinegar, and the zabaglione semifreddo. This time, I opted for the signature panzerotti (few people make this ancient dish anymore), the grilled lamb chops, and the zuppa inglese. Trattoria del Sole confirms its position as a top-notch restaurant for the quality of its expertly executed dishes and the kindness of its staff. The wine cellar is also well-stocked.

12/02/2026: Went three weeks ago for a birthday. The atmosphere is great, quiet, and the food is also very good and plentiful. The wait is a bit long. Four stars only for the bread and carafe wine, which weren't excellent. Antonia's dessert was really good. Recommended!

19/01/2026: The atmosphere and service are very homey and pleasant. This osteria is a place where you can enjoy the tranquility and feel at home. I shared a platter of salami as an appetizer, followed by lasagna and shank scalloped with potatoes. I really appreciated the authenticity of both the owners and the food served, which was unpretentious. The desserts, however, need some updating; in my opinion, they weren't up to par with the rest of the menu (I tried a tart and tiramisu). The value for money was fairly average compared to other osterias in the area.

14/12/2025: Exceptional welcome. Booked for lunch with friends. We arrived early and enjoyed an excellent aperitif outside with a view of the hills. Service was prompt but never intrusive. In fact, the fish selection on the menu was exceptional. Special mention for the fried octopus and the tuna steak with puntarelle, which is very hard to find. As a Roman, I assure you, puntarelle are expertly made. Then there were the cod spheres. Oh God, I lost my dignity. I almost licked the plate. Paella was made upon reservation. Here, I have to make a comment about the quality and quantity of the fish. Nothing to complain about. In fact, it was abundant, perhaps even too much for my personal taste. It was an exceptional risotto, but not a paella. Obviously, everything can be improved. The wine list is tastefully stocked and offers exceptional wines at a more than reasonable price. Will I return? Absolutely, and I'll be happy to bring more friends. Congratulations guys, and keep it up. The only complaint is that if you have the Amex logo outside, a customer expects you to accept credit cards. But I repeat, everything can be remedied. Highly recommended.

08/12/2025: I discovered this restaurant thanks to a friend, and I still can't believe it was so close to home. A true gem, especially for seafood lovers: dishes rich in flavor, expertly prepared, and capable of bringing the authentic aroma of the sea to the table. The baby octopus appetizer was simply fabulous, tender and flavorful. The first course, tagliatelle with crab and leek, was a true delight: original and fun to crack the claws and savor every marine nuance of the dish. The grilled fish was also excellent, well-executed; the only complaint concerns the plating, which could be a little more refined. Everything was accompanied by a fresh and fragrant Sardinian Vermentino, perfect for enhancing the flavors of the fish. To finish, a sundae flavored with a dash of nocino: irresistible. Impeccable service. The owner is a delightful and very sociable person, while the chef was available to accommodate every request. Interesting note: upon request, you can also order the whole *purceddù*. The prices are more than fair for the quality offered. A place to return to again and again!

04/03/2026: Nice place, we ate here by chance, everything was really good, from the giardiniera to the steak. Service was average. There weren't many people, but we waited a bit. I don't know what it will be like when it's full. But we had a great time.

20/01/2026: We went for lunch inside the Fidenza Village on the weekend, and despite the crowds, the line for a table moved quickly, the service was quick, and the waitresses were friendly. The food was delicious! They also offer sandwiches and piadinas for those who don't want to sit down.

02/02/2026: Smaller than other more "renowned" outlets, but I personally found it very nice. Convenient and easy to get to (right off the highway). The parking lot is very spacious; you may not find a spot right away, but with a little patience, you can find one without much difficulty. The "village" is well-organized, clean, and the stores are well-arranged. My only flaw (unless I was distracted) was that I couldn't find any flyers with a store map, which I always find very useful at these centers (again, maybe I didn't look hard enough, but I didn't find any). Overall, I really liked it.

14/03/2026: On the recommendation of the receptionist at the hotel where we were staying, we went to this restaurant. It offers typical Emilian cuisine. The dishes we chose were delicious and excellent value. The fried pizza and cured meats were excellent. The Parma ham from the cured meats platter was SUPERLATIVE. Pappardelle with culatello, mushrooms, and asparagus were EXCEPTIONAL. The desserts were delicious. The restaurant was welcoming and the staff were friendly. Ample parking.

14/03/2026: My wife (who has celiac disease) and I had an exceptional experience at this restaurant. The bread, the torta fritta, and the pasta were as good as, if not better than, the gluten-free version. The fish dish (grilled octopus) was tender and tasty. We ordered bread, which I'm picking up tomorrow, March 15, 2026. I recommend this restaurant to everyone, for everything.

01/03/2026: I loved this restaurant! Traditional dishes as well as innovative options, all excellent. The atmosphere is elegant and there's something for every palate. I've eaten at several 100% gluten-free restaurants, and this is definitely one of the top three.
