The welcome was warm and sincere, the kind that makes you feel immediately at home. Lunch was excellent: carefully prepared dishes, authentic flavors, and a quality evident in every detail. There's a genuine atmosphere, where tradition and passion meet.
But what made this experience truly unique was the after-lunch experience: amidst smiles and conviviality, we had the pleasure of playing accordion and cello with dear Elio. A spontaneous moment, full of emotion, that transformed a simple lunch into a precious memory.
A wonderful day, filled with good food, music, and wonderful people.
A place truly worth returning to.

08/05/2026: Overrated pizza; the dough is good, light but average. In my case, a simple Neapolitan pizza, very little tomato and an excessive layer of cheese, 4 anchovies, and 4 capers. I wasn't thrilled; I'll go back and try the gourmet version.

08/03/2026: I had a really good pizza on Friday night, a Mediterranean one with a classic crust. We arrived late, around 10:30, and the service was incredibly fast. Dining with a loud football match playing on the screen behind you isn't exactly the best thing for me, but that's their specialty, and I'm sure many will go there for that. The pizza is still recommended.

08/06/2026: Collecchio's historic restaurant is in a dizzying decline.
Prices are rising, portions are getting smaller, quality is getting lower, the place is getting emptier.
Add to that the increasingly poor and less attentive service, and you have the complete picture.
After all, just read the reviews from the last year: they're nothing like those from when Mauro and his family owned it.
How sad...

09/06/2026: A truly beautiful place, shame about the service. We were guests for a baptism, and the waiting time between courses was biblical, far too long. The food was average, nothing special. The appetizer was all fried and the pizza was deep-fried, and then we had more deep-fried pizza at the table. The cold cuts were good, but the gnocchi were a bit too greasy for my taste. The staff did their best to serve us, but there were far too few of them for the number of people seated.
I expected more attention to detail.

23/02/2025: Ieri sera siamo stati in questo posto io, mia moglie e i miei 2 figli per cena.Locale curato, camerieri molto disponibili ed educati e soprattutto cibo di altissimo livello.I primi e gli antipasti di carne cruda davvero buoni per non parlare poi della carne alla griglia(schiena argentina)…fenomenale!!!Prezzi in linea con il cibo.
Torneremo sicuramente!!!
01/02/2025: Abbiamo mangiato solo carne, per gustarcela come si deve.Ci siamo fatti un assaggio di vari tagli e provenienze. Materia prima ottima, sapori incredibili e diversi. Sono riusciti ad accontentare anche un amico con allergie pesanti senza essere stati avvisati prima. Il tutto accompagnato da un buon vino rosso. Noi siamo stati bene ed anche il prezzo è giusto, lo consiglio.
