03/05/2025: Blues atmosphere with great background music. But that's not the most important detail. Tidy and very clean place, fantastic food, excellent meat, perfect service. I can't really say more, except that I'll definitely be back.

01/05/2025: A PEARL… For those who want to try different types of cattle breeds this is the right place. Lots of variety, including Canadian bison meat! Truffle tagliatelle, fried porcini mushrooms and trio of vegetables all delicious. Very clean environment with attention to the smallest details. At the end of the meal they offered us excellent biscuits in the shape of a pig and nocino, bayleis (made by them) and liquorice liqueur.

21/04/2025: Dopo alcuni anni sono ritornato dalla Santina, ebbene complimenti, sapori autentici cucina genuina, cordialità impeccabile, consigliatissimo. Brava ad Imperia ed i suoi ragazzi.

05/05/2025: We spent the night in a tent at the agriturismo and stopped for dinner. I have to thank the staff for both their welcome and their helpfulness, you can see that they are passionate about what they do. The main dish is definitely the pasta (excellent tortelloni).

01/05/2025: There’s only one word to describe this Trattoria – grandioso! If I lived nearby, it would definitely be my go-to spot. We had two pasta dishes as primi and shared one secondo – everything was absolutely delicious. Thank you for having us!

30/03/2025: Trattoria immersed in the hills of Guiglia. Typical dishes of the Emilian tradition and some reinterpretations. Strongly recommended to everyone. Friendly staff and fast service. Given the quality/quantity of the food, the price is excellent. 2025 update: still yummy and excellent service.

25/04/2025: We returned for 3 consecutive nights....I've said it all. If it's not enough, I'll add homemade pasta, tasty sauces, excellent crescentine and fried gnocchi, delicious desserts, courtesy and more than honest prices.

12/04/2025: I was here with a very noisy group of friends. Friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent food at an absolutely honest price, we left more than full.

20/04/2025: The restaurant has recently changed management and the new owners, Miriam and Gabriele, are a real force! Miriam is a dessert wizard and Gabriele is the perfect host: welcoming, attentive and always with a smile. The location is very beautiful, well-kept but with a warm and familiar atmosphere that makes you immediately feel at home. Lunch was excellent: special mention for the roast veal with potatoes, very tender and tasty. In short, a place where you eat well and feel good. Highly recommended!

17/11/2024: La gestione da decenni permette di avere ottima qualità e pezzi nella norma considerati che è tutto fatto in casa ! I primi buoni e lezioni giuste, gnocco e tigelle ottime e paghi solo quello che vuoi! Dolci molto buoni ! Vedo critiche per i 3.5€ di coperto! Ma almeno qui tovaglie e tovaglioli sono di stoffa! E in pizzeria che paghi per tovaglie di carta!

30/03/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo di domenica dopo aver fatto due ore di percorso intorno a castello Serravalle a piedi. Il ristorante è carino soprattutto la balconata esterna che al nostro arrivo era tutta al completo, abbiamo assaggiato in due tre primi in quanto il tris non era possibile prenotarlo tra questi: pappardelle di cinghiale buonissime, tagliatelle ai funghi rovine e tortellacci ai 4 formaggi spaziali. Di secondo il mio ragazzo ha preso il coniglio alla cacciatora io invece il cinghiale. Vi consiglio di prendere la polenta fritta non ho mai mangiato una così buona. Il servizio non è velocissimo però vale la pena aspettare!

29/03/2025: Hidden restaurant on the border between the Bolognese and Modena Apennines. Superb discovery. Not passing through, but it's worth going specifically. I enjoyed my 4 hour drive. Beautiful view through the window, while eating typical dishes. I recommend phenomenal tortellini with cream, giant tortelloni with mushrooms. Friendly service. Low prices and very high quality. Highly recommend!

20/04/2025: Ate for lunch with my family from starters to desserts with a fixed menu, all excellent quality and the food melts in your mouth! We ate in the room where the ceremonies are held. Large table and fast service, friendly staff and a very nice place! The free bar corner is nice! There would also be some music in the background 😋!
