18/08/2025: I wasn't familiar with the place, so it was a lucky reservation. I had the best gnocco fritto I've ever had (at least in a restaurant), accompanied by sublime prosciutto. The tagliata, wine, and vegetables were also excellent. They have so many premium cuts of meat. I ate really well. The atmosphere was pleasant, the service excellent. One star less for the service only because they mistakenly charged us for a full bottle instead of the glass we ordered. It happens, I should have checked. The prices are high, but they're reasonable for the quality. I don't live nearby, but I'll make sure to return.

14/08/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance during one of our weekly strolls and, reading the reviews, were intrigued. It was a great surprise: excellent food, very friendly staff, and a clean and tidy place. We ordered an appetizer, which was more than enough for two. The tigelle were fantastic, soft, the gnocco delicious and not at all greasy, and the cured meats and cheeses were very good. Words can't describe the deliciousness of the trio of homemade pastas we left to the chef to choose from: fabulous cream tortellini, fantastic tortelloni with a very flavorful filling, and delicious mushroom tagliatelle. The portions are generous. The quality/price ratio is average.
It deserves more than one return.

17/08/2025: We arrived 11 minutes early. After that, it was a real wait. For a simply ordinary first course, they made us wait 40 minutes, and the place wasn't even full. I asked why the first courses hadn't arrived, and the owner, with a grumpy attitude, replied that we hadn't been seated 20 minutes earlier, which wasn't true. Not to mention that there were four of us at the table, and two of them had already taken their insulin. We were disappointed. And then they brought out the second courses at 2:00 PM, which was already late for us—very late, in fact. Remember, the customer is always right, especially if they're polite and not arrogant.
24/07/2025: This place doesn't deserve a cold review; it simply deserves to be fully experienced. The food is excellent, the sleep is wonderful, and the human and animal interaction is simply superior.
Thank you for everything you do for hikers and others.

19/08/2025: Gorgeous terrace overlooking a breathtaking view, excellent simple, traditional dishes, and excellent value! On vacation with the family, we went one evening on a recommendation, and the second night we went back because we had such a great time! Congratulations!
10/08/2025: The place looked promising upon entry! Instead... a veranda with a spectacular view... fast and accurate service! Pasta cooked to perfection... and the pistachio semifreddo was spectacular!!

19/08/2025: The restaurant changed hands a few months ago and has even improved upon the old one, despite it being excellent. The gnocco fritto and tigelle are excellent, along with top-quality cured meats and cheeses, which are by no means a given these days. Next time we'll try the rest, which, judging by the dishes we've seen, looks very promising. The service is excellent, always attentive and exceptionally kind. The place is very cute, and the outdoor area in the evenings is very atmospheric.
We'll definitely be back soon!

I gave ONE because they welcome four-legged friends.

04/06/2025: in short, very happy. we stopped to look for a bathroom just before midday, at which point we asked if there were 4 seats. the lady with a nice and easy-going manner after 30 seconds told us yes, note that we had booked in another place perhaps nicer but certainly not as easy-going as here with the lady whose name I don't remember. given the way she did it we accepted and cancelled in the other place, the lady assured us that we would leave more than satisfied. and so it was. 3 courses of first courses, unique tortellini, excellent grill that for me was for 6 people and not for 4. too much to eat, too bad, but the lady anticipated us by bringing 3 aluminum trays to the table telling us to take away what we had left, practically half the grill. to finish 3 first courses, chips, sparkling water, side dishes, vegetables, coffee and dessert, 25.00 euros each!!!!! we were amazed. this is a place that when I'm in the area I will definitely stop by even just to say hello

15/08/2025: The restaurant's exterior is very attractive, with a lovely view. The August 15th 2025 menu is decent, and the price isn't excessive. The lasagna and macaroni with culatello and courgettes from their garden are excellent. The homemade dessert, a creamy berry dessert, is also decent. The wait isn't too long, considering it's August 15th.
15/08/2025: Live review of the mid-August lunch... Excellent food as always. Service, unfortunately I couldn't give it a 0: incompetent waitress, always forgot our table. If we hadn't remembered, she wouldn't have brought us the main course. At all the other tables, they stopped by several times to ask for seconds, not from us; when we pointed it out, as if nothing had happened with a smile, they took away our main course! With a fixed menu and a meal starting at 12:30, we're now on the main course at 2:30!

08/09/2025: If you're traveling along the provincial road from Guiglia to Zocca, stop at La Braglia restaurant. Fantastic menu, traditional location, and unsurpassed hospitality. It will become your temptation, believe me.

09/07/2025: Unfortunately, it's not like it used to be. When my dad ran it, it was a whole different story. We had tagliatelle with mushrooms, a trio of soups, super-salty caramels, unsalted tortelloni, and tortelloni with 4 cheeses. The trio they used to make is nothing close to the ones they make today, a bottle of wine, a bottle of water, and two grappas. Once upon a time, the trio of soups for two came in a generous baking dish. Now, a small plate with the trio for two arrived, which was very small. I'm sorry to say that after so many years of going there, we will never go back. For the amount of food we ate, €60 is really a lot.

28/04/2025: Ambiente informale, quasi sul greto del fiume. Cibo...ottimo secondo tradizione modenese, primi, ciccia gnocco e crescentine ottime. Pollo alla cacciatora come non lo mangiavo da tanto. Complimenti al cuoco e a tutto lo staff. Ci si ritorna😋😋😋
15/12/2024: Uno delle nostre trattorie preferite. Cibo tradizionale con buonissimorisultato (sono modenese) .Ambiente informale . A volte con le sale piene, puo capitare come ovunque qualche inghippo. Pero’ sono Incomprensibili alcuni commenti negativi sul titolare o il trattamento avuto. Se per loro l essere riveriti e piu importante del cibo , e della semplicita di una trattoria , che vadano in un ristorante accreditato michelin magari a mangiare cucina chimica in porzioni ridicole , ma con ossequi…..
Scrivere tali commenti e’ pura accidia , ignoranza e voglia di usare un potere represso dando giudizi negativi.

07/11/2024: Sempre una garanzia, anche con il cambio di gestione è tutto sempre buono e genuino. Tutti gli anni andiamo a fare una bella escursione ai sassi di rocca Malatino e non può mancare un bel traghetto al nostro chiosco La Quiete in un ambiente caloroso, familiare e veramente spettacolarecon i sassi in bella vista! Al prossimo anno ragazzi!
16/09/2024: Anche se era pieno, hanno trovato posto per noi visto che eravamo a piedi e si era fatta ora di pranzo già da un pò. Menù unico di gnocco, tigelle e piadina con pinzimonio, formaggi, salumi, dolci, caffè e amaro, bevande comprese a € 25 a testa. Si può personalizzare a piacere. Tutto buono, servizio veloce e ragazzi molto attenti e gentili.

27/01/2025: Siamo andati a cena in 10 persone.
Abbiamo speso 50,00 euro a testa, veramente tanto per quel poco che si è mangiato.
Chi un primo, chi un secondo con un misero antipasto che solo quello ci è costato € 20,00!!!!
Tre piccoli piatti di affettato, e 30 tigelline (piccole) in totale e qualche piccolo pezzo di gnocco fritto. Il cibo era buono, ma poco e soprattutto poca scelta. Come secondi c'era solo: pollo, faraona e roast beef. Non è stato di nostro gradimento.

11/05/2025: Sono tornato in questo agriturismo dopo ben 25 anni, come sono arrivato mi sono subito accorto che è cambiata la gestione ed anche l'allestimento del locale, tutto molto curato nel minimo dettaglio, pulitissimo, ed estremamente accogliente e non rumoroso. Il proprietario si è subito presentato e ci ha accolto come se ci conoscesse da sempre, ci ha presentato la sua famiglia, cosa quasi commovente. Andando sul cibo, tutto di altissima qualità, i formaggi da loro prodotti squisiti, i primi eccellenti, merita menzione il ragù di vitello delle tagliatelle, leggero ma saporito bene, gnocco e tigelle ottime, queste ultime leggere senza pasta all'interno come le faceva mia madre, salumi di qualità eccezionale, alcuni da loro autoprodotti. I dessert, fatti in casa dalla moglie del titolare, molto buoni. Una buona carta dei vini. Il prezzo ottimo per il rapporto qualità/prezzo e servizio, gestito a livello famigliare con l'aiuto di un robottino portapiatti. Di nuovo Complimenti siete FANTASTICI!! DA PROVARE ASSOLUTAMENTE!!!
